BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. We had a lovely time. The check in and check out were easy. The cove feels secluded and is great for snorkeling. The turtles love to hang out here, and there is a great variety of fish and other marine life here too. Fairly straight forward to walk to Nāpili bay beach to get on the sand too- also good snorkeling there. We ate breakfast on the patio and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. The condo was clean and everything we could want or expect. We would stay here again.

We loved the quiet location! Easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping but away from any crowds. The patio was perfect for breakfast and unwinding in the evening. The bay is just steps from the lanai and perfect for snorkeling. Would love to return one day!

This location and unit is incredible! So quiet, cozy, and amazing views anytime of day. The bay has so many turtles and it’s a short walk to Napili beach. We snorkeled the bay almost every day and it was so convenient that it was only steps away to get in from the rocks. The room is very nice and well kept. The kitchen and bbq made it so we cooked many of our meals. Had everything we needed! We hope to return one day.

This was possibly the BEST place we’ve stayed in Maui. The condo was clean, quiet, and well equipped. I can’t stress enough how quiet it was. The whole complex is quiet. We heard the waves crashing all night. No traffic noise and no neighbor noise. The condo had everything we needed. Access and parking were so easy. Friendly staff too.
The bbqs were clean and easily accessible. Everyone who walked by commented we had the best location, and I agree!
The pools are wonderful and the ocean is amazing. We (kids 12 and 14, myself and my husband) explored the tide pools each day and watched the turtles and whales. Beautiful sandy beaches right next door through a little path.
I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a quiet authentic Maui vacation.
