Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through June 30, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access. . Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Waikoloa Colony Villas 1303 is located in Building 13 at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are townhouse style accommodations. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to the Hilton and King Shops. We felt the unit was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable for our family, 2 adults and two kids. The management company was super helpful and quick to respond.
The one negative I would say has to due with the property. The pool wasn't friendly towards young children. The pool had a lot of rules including no pool toys, no music, no flotations, which really wasn't fun for my 5 and 7 yr old. If you're traveling with young children I wouldn't recommend the property because of it's restrictions. The unit worked for my family but we felt we had to venture off property to the beaches or hilton to have fun.

This house was a great place to stay. Located in a central hub of hotels and resorts, there is access to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and amenities.
The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
Check in was easy and the host was quick to respond to messages.

this property holds Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass is a plus, which allows to access Hilton pools, self parking fee can be waived with parking ticket validated at valet parking station.
one thing though, somehow the code for main gate has to punch # at the beginning and end, such as, #1234#. Just punch 1234# doesn't work.
a minor point, the power outlet in bathroom is GFCI controlled but without reset/test button, no instruction where to reset it, need to use bedroom one for hairdryer.
