There were a couple hiccups when we first got there.But once we contacted staff, they were on it so quick. We will definitely come back and request to stay in the sane room we had. It was amazing, convenient and fun.

The photos on the website are not what you get. The sliding door that leads out to the patio has no lock & the screen door is ripped so, anyone can let themselves in at anytime. The furniture is worn & peeling, the shower was filthy, there is NO twin pull out. The floors felt as if they had not been swept or mopped (lots of sand on it). The absolute worse part about this condo were the “ROACHES”. I will admit that when this was communicated to the property manager, they were apologetic & immediately had someone come out to spray. I was also given the opportunity to move to a different property (which they called an upgrade) but, I would be responsible for paying $73 a one time fee by the resort or to receive a small refund for my troubles. I declined the move due to the reviews I read on that property & accepted the small refund. Somewhere through the communication it was told that I was being given a late check out but, found out the day of check out that it was only if I would had accepted the offer to move to the other property. However, because of the miscommunication on that they honored the late check out. My children & I decided it would be best to just wash all of our belongings & to clean out our luggage to avoid taking any ROACHES with us & to just leave the property before the check out time. In the final communication with the property manager she made it seem as if she had done us such a huge favor by giving me a small refund & giving us a late check out.

We stayed here in mid June for 1 week with 3 adults and 1 child. Communication with the hosts was easy and they sent quick replies. Place was easy to find and in an excellent location. Accommodations were clean with all required amenities. Lots of towels, bedding and beach supplies, even for a 4 year old! This location is on the ground floor, which meant it was cool and great to walk out into the communal garden. Easy parking and access. It was so quiet during the day and night. We felt very safe. The pool, outdoor kitchen, bbq’s and grounds were very well kept. This is an amazing location with or without children. I would highly recommend it and will stay again! Thank- you so much to the hosts who offered us a late check-out free of charge. It wasgreatly appreciated since we had a late flight that day. Bonus, Maui Brewing is just up the hill and the grocery store, restaurants are just around the corner! Kihei has the best beaches just minutes away or you can just walk across the street!

Kristie and Thomas had great communication throughout our stay, if anything needed to be fixed they were on it right away. It’s in a great location not beach front but literally steps from the beach, safe area.
It’s a one bedroom with 2 pulls out couch and an ottoman that pulls out as a single bed. The main bedroom has a very comfy king bed. There was also a pool and hot tub that was communal.
Only wished the pull out couches were a bit more comfy they were quite hard for our teenagers, but we made do. At the end of our trip our flight didn’t leave till late night and they allowed us for a late check out. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

The property was beautiful. We were steps away from the beach. We would eat our breakfast outside in the sun and just watch the little lizards run around and listening to the variety of birds. The backyard was amazing with a beautiful view of the trees and plants. We used the pool couple times during the day and some days we had it all to ourselves. If you get a chance walk over the restaurant coconuts they have delicious fish tacos or to Peggy Sue’s for a fresh milkshake. 🤗

Condo is spacious and located in well-kept sub-division. Close to beach and shops / supermarket. Beautiful beaches in Wailea are only 7-10 min away by car. 20 min to airport.

The place could definitely use a little TLC--it felt a little old and dirty, as if they do only a quick spot cleaning in between guests. For example, the glass in the shower had that film, and the corners of the floor in the shower just seemed a little dirty. Things are starting to fall in to a state that it could use a little updating--the microwave handle falling off, old scratched cabinets, one very torn apart beach chair and one newer (but kind of uncomfortable) one, blind strings not rolling evenly, etc. Overall it's fine and live-able, but just felt a little run down.
Having said all of these things, the property manager Thomas was really nice and VERY responsive. There was a bit of a snafu at check in, but he made it up to me by offering a late check out at no charge, which was greatly appreciated.

I have trouble giving a negative rating but this unit is overpriced for what you get. It is overdue for a major upgrade - The bottom part of the microwave handle was not attached, the dishwasher did not clean properly, the dryer worked sometimes, the washer was filthy first time we used it (water black!!), the porch light was burnt out (needed a flashlight to put the code in at night), the sliding glass door handle was removed making it hard to open and close and it was difficult to lock which made my wife nervous (lack of security). Also the air conditioner in the bedroom was set on one temperature and fan speed and could not be adjusted. There were other issues but the property manager handled them quickly. Luckily we only ate breakfast in the unit and did not spend a lot of time in it during the day. On the positive side, the location was great for us.

We had a nice stay. Check in and out was easy. Unit was comfortable with AC and cable TV. Location was great for our needs.
