Everything has been fantastic! The listing is even nicer in person than in photos— which is rare. It’s incredibly well appointed. Courtney left us a sweet note with a basket of coffee and snacks. There’s shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as dish soap, cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent. Extra towels and beach towels and chairs— literally everything you need! The bedding is lovely as are all the decorations. Everything worked well and the host has been incredibly helpful! Highly recommend this listing!

Our family had a fantastic 5-night stay at a Waikiki Beach condo, which was ideal for two adults and two children aged 11 and 12. The condo was just like the pictures—modern, updated, and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights.
We loved the location, with everything from dining to the beach within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring with kids. The convenience of laundry facilities on the floor was a huge plus, keeping our clothes fresh throughout the trip.
While the building itself is on the older side, the condo's updates made it feel fresh and inviting. The included beach equipment was a delightful bonus, making our beach days easy and enjoyable. Free parking added even more value to our stay, simplifying our transportation needs.
Overall, this condo felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Waikiki Beach.

This place was perfect for our small family- 2 adults, a 4 and a 1 year old. We loved the built in bunks and fully stocked condo. It was clean and comfortable. Also appreciated the beach cart and beach gear. We definitely made use of the outdoor grilling space each evening. Great location and easy parking.

what you see is what you get
there are things there we didn't expect and coming from NZ that was great. Bed is comfy. The Hotel was doing some work which affected the water and Courtney offered us one of her other rentals the use off, if needed. It is the small things that matter, so thank you for having us for 10 days and hopefully we will be back again . Recommend to anyone wanting comfort, a home away from home

We had a wonderful time at this apartment and I would highly recommend staying here. Everything was as shown in the pictures and description. The location is very convenient and safe. There was one small issue which Courtney had no control over and she handled it in a very friendly and professional manner. Best VRBO experience ever!

Very clean and well kept property, close to the beach. The king bed was comfortable along with the bunk beds in the room. The living room sofa opened up nicely. Plenty of sleeping places. The pool and the fitness room looked good although we never used them as there was so much to do there for us in the area. Plenty of shops and eateries in walking distance. Parking was busy but we always found a stall which is excellent in central Wikiki. The host had included some beach chairs, umbrellas, tube and snorkelling kit which was a nice touch. I would go back again.

We were moving our son to school so didn't have much time to enjoy Waikiki but because the place was so close to the beach, we had a chance to sneak over for a morning. We enjoyed this place - very clean and modern and comfortable. The building itself is a little dated but did have a very nice pool and outdoor area to BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked including a few treats Courtney left. Courtney was easy to contact and responsive. She also had supplies for the beach including a cart to roll it down in. I would highly recommend this place!

Courtney was super friendly, very welcoming, and very easy to work with. The unit had everything we needed, from kitchen tools to a nice amount of towels to supplied laundry detergent. It was decorated very well and seemed spacious for its size. The minor disappointment we encountered was with the listing of beach chairs. There were two available for use, however they were more like the pop up, non adjustable, higher sitting camp chairs, whereas we were assuming the chairs were the light weight, low sitting, adjustable back ones that would be carried like a backpack. So we did not end up using them as planned. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Made our very first stay in Oahu a wonderful one!

This place was outstanding - the location was within easy walking distance to the beach. There was ample parking that is included with the accommodation, so we didn't have to worry about that. The place itself was comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had activities planned on both side of the island, so this location was perfect for getting to everything on time. We would definitely stay here again!!

We chose these accommodations due to the amenities, specifically that parking is included, central air conditioning and a full kitchen. The photos are very accurate: The renovations make this a very VERY nice place to stay. Details abound, from the outlets with nightlights and quality supplies such as soaps/detergents and toiletries. There is a filtered water pitcher, soft side cooler and a couple of reusable ice packs as well. The windows and doors close up tightly, so all but the loudest of outside noises are kept out. The central air conditioning is much quieter than most rentals with window air conditioning units. This unit is north-facing so while there is no ocean view, the unit also stays comfortably cool all day long, a respite from the tropic warmth. All of these combine to provide a quiet comfortable night's sleep. Access to the pool and five propane gas grills on the 6th floor recreation area are included for no additional cost. Courtney is an exceptional host and provided perfect detailed instructions for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend these accommodations!

This place is cute, clean, close to so much, has free parking, clean pool and everything you would need. The host has thought of everything. The room overlooks the pool but it’s not noisy at all. If you have bunk bed sized children this is the place for you! Adults, you will love it too.

By far, one of the best experiences I have had on rental apps. Very clean, new and spacious. Perfect location for shopping and food, zoo or even the beach. We can’t even begin to describe how wonderful our stay was at Courtney’s condo. The unit was immaculately clean, modern, and very well stocked with everything we wanted or needed for our two week stay. We had one rainy day when we decided to stay in and rest from all the activity and we baked (fully appointed kitchen which was a pleasure to be in), played cards, put puzzles together, and watched movies! The unit overlooks the pool, lounging, and grill areas and at 9pm sharp it goes silent outdoors (hotel staff was very good about shutting things down outdoors). There were no loud guests/tenants, and we were not bothered by any sounds around us (there just weren’t any). Everything was in working order (and seems new) and we had zero complaints there. The building itself is one of the older ones in the area but don’t let that deter you. It’s well maintained and like I mentioned, the condo is fabulous! The area was safe and it’s a five minute walk to the beach. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping within easy walking distance as well. We so enjoyed our stay and looked forward to returning to this little slice of heaven after long days out adventuring! My only regret is that I just now found this property on my fifth trip to Oahu! Where have I been?! We highly recommend this place and plan to return ourselves. Courtney made things so easy and she was very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. We miss it already! This property was exactly as advertised. The location was spot on ,walking distance to beach , restaurants , aquarium, zoo. The building is well maintained, there was construction happening, but did not effect us to much. The check in process was very easy and fast, same for checkout. Courtney was very easy to reach. I would recommend to anybody. It was great to have the parking as we did have a rental. Thank you very much Courtney

This is a beauty of a find for Waikiki! Our favourite aspect was the balcony with wide open views of the city and mountains! The place is very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen has excellent supplies and we prepared a lot of meals in it. The bbqs on the pool deck are in good shape and are cleaned daily. Appreciated the boogie boards, beach towels and beach umbrellas very much! The welcome package of Hawaiian snacks was a delightful surprise! Courtney was very responsive and accommodating when our flight was cancelled which made a stressful situation a bit easier.
The only downside is the lengthy wait times for the elevators at peak times.
Amazing to have free parking and we never had difficulty finding a spot.
The walk to the beach is quick and there are many restaurants nearby. We explored the island a ton and this is a great place to come back to!

Easy Check-in, early check-in was also accommodated at no additional charge.There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and the room was large enough for three adults. I was disappointed that the drain in the bathroom needed cleaning, but there were no other problems. The building has four elevators, but one was out of service so it could get a little crowded at times. Overall, I think the room was perfect. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is very close to the beach, has great city views from the 11th floor and was extremely clean! Also, there are beach towels, boogie boards and more.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. There is also a market in the 5th floor for any items you forget.
The main bed was super comfortable.

The only advice I have to give, is allow extra time, when waiting for an elevator, during peak hours, because they are crowded.

We had a wonderful stay, Courtney was very accommodating with our check in and check out times. Property was exactly as described and very clean. We didnt cook but the kitchen was stocked with essentials. There were beach chairs, beach umberella and boogie boards which was a big bonus. There were sufficient toiletries, towels, and even cleaning products and vacuum which we much appreciated due to all the sand we bring back on those beach days. Overall the property has everything we needed. The only thing was parkade was under construction and elevator broke down along with the parking and elevator entrance doors not functioning. However, there were security and lots of staff around to help us resolve issues fairly quickly.

We have previously stayed at another property with Courtney and loved our stay so much that when we came across this new property of hers we knew we were in great hands. The location of the condo is perfect and it has every amenity one needed for a great vacation. The free parking was definitely great!! The condo is EXACTLY as pictured and Courtney is the perfect host as she was for us last year. Updated and remodeled condo steps away from Waikiki Beach and easy access to the freeways to get to anywhere on the island. Definitely would recommend anyone staying on the property or any property Courtney has. Mahalo nui loa for another great trip!!

Courtney was a great host. Super responsive and helped us out with recommendations as well. Her place was really nice and modern. Just as pictured. The location was great. Not in the busy Waikiki area but really close to it and a 5 minute to a really nice beach. Really recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay. I liked how modern it was in comparison to some of the other places we were looking at. And the bunk bed in the room was a huge hit for our young daughter. Also game with beach gear including snorkels.

My family and I were fortunate enough to find this newly renovated, modern condo - everything exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and sleekly furnished. The location is so convenient just a few mins of walk to the center of Waikiki beach with tons of eateries and shopping - we didn't cook much but the kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. The Sunset building has great elevators which made going in and out a breeze. Free parking is a bonus. The building was doing some maintenance to the pool and other upgrades for part of our stay so occasionally we needed to adapt our plans, but Courtney the host went above and beyond to make us feel valued throughout the process. Her hospitality made this an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. We would not hesitate to return and recommend her condo to anyone.

We were so impressed with the condo! It was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, and beach toys. Courtney has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home. It was very clean and just like the pictures. We loved the bunk beds so my teens could have their own space and not feel cramped sharing a bed. The location has easy access to the beach with a short walk and being on the edge of Waikiki made it easy to drive to other locations. The free parking and outdoor pool and grill area are nice perks that we really appreciated. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect little spot very close to Waikiki beach. Centrally located with walking distance to many great restaurants! Close to Diamondhead Park and great beaches in the east side of the island. We had a car and the parking was a great perk! The bed was very comfortable and the decor newly updated! Courtney was a very gracious host and responsive to all our request. My daughter and I returned from staying in Courtney's condo a few days ago. I highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in Honolulu/Waikiki. Her condo was just like the pictures show: chic, modern, clean, and comfortable. I happened to see inside another condo on the same floor and it was nowhere as beautiful as Courtney's. Plus, it had all the things we needed like plenty of towels, shower amenities, and cookware. There is even 2 boogie boards, two beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a beach trolley to haul your stuff to the beach. Courtney also gave clear instructions for check-in, parking, and check-out. She was quick to respond to questions as well. I would stay there again for sure. 10/10 and I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful and beyond what we expected. Courtney accommodated all our needs and more. The beach was only a block and a half away and a lot of local shops and food and things to do while walking distance. Very convenient for a family with infants or young children. The place was so roomy and everything was spick and spend with all the amenities needed. One thing I would point out is the building is a little older and there's residents there and outside of our condo is not renovated. But parking is so convenient and free. My family a five state there for 7 days and very comfortable and safe.
Would definitely recommend! The host is very accommodating and on top of things and super responsive in text and replies. Our favorite host so far. The laundry machine didn't work one day and Courtney compensated us. Which was beyond thoughtful.
I would definitely recommend bringing extra clothes and not really depending on the laundry which is located down the hall.
Other than that five star and and super affordable!!!

I’ve been to Oahu many time and this is by far the best best location that I’ve stay in! Great for family and close to the beach, all the shops and restaurants. Parking is included and that’s a big plus in the heart of Waikiki.
