Kapa'a is a great town and the condo is in the perfect location if you plan on seeing the entire island. Communication with the owner was immediate and she even allowed us to check out late since our flight wasn't leaving until 9 pm. I can't wait to come back and I'll definitely stay here again!!

This property is excellent for a family vacation with young children! There is ample room to play, and Baby Beach is within walking distance. Kapaa is a great town with virtually everything you need and is within walking distance of the condo. Susan is a great host. One of the fans wasn't working, and she had a worker come out the next day to fix it. We couldn't be happier with our selection, and we will definitely be coming back next year.

Had a great stay. Steps away from the beach and shops/restaurants within walking distance. Owner had quick responses to my questions and the place was clean and ready ahead of the official check in time.

We were 3 adults in the condo. We loved that it was ground floor and litterally just steps from the ocean. We listened to the sound of the waves every day and night.
The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host supplied bathroom basics, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, hair dryer, kleenex, Q-tips, cotton balls.
The AC units worked well although we only used them once or twice due to humidity..
Thhe host was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to stay for a late checkout since our return flight didn't leave until 9pm.
Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to see the canyon or the Na Pali coast due to a storm arriving.
Other than that it was a fabulous trip.
We went to Hanilei several times, but alas, failed to see Puff!

Susan and Brenda are the best. We had a few questions and things were dealt with expeditiously. The location CANNOT be beat. We were here for 10 days and enjoyed every day. Lots of beach gear, wonderful beds - we slept like babies. Will definitely be back! 🌸🌺🏖️ Mahalo

Very clean, very loaded with everything you could possible need. The location was one of the best I have seen, cant beat the views and the sunrise !! They really have thought of you, I have never been to another location that had so many normal household items stocked full. The location is one of the best as well, all the local shops are in walking distance and was a very fun to go through all the local eateries' and shopping. The owner was very easily reachable at anytime we needed which was a very pleasant surprise. We will stay here next time we come without a second thought. A++ All the way.

Mostly positive. Great condo but not the cleanest. Food left in fridge and dry goods in microwave!
The owner allowed us early check in which we were very grateful for after traveling from Ohio. I did send a note about the lack of cleanliness but never heard back.

We love the condominium . The view is beutifull. They have all amenities that you need.TVs in the rooms did'nt work good but who cares, you don't come to Kauai to watch tv. Everything was very clean and confortable.Very close to everything.Susan was very kind and offer help if we need anything. I definitely will comeback here and recommended to other people.

This condo was perfect. Susan is an excellent host. The condo is updated, well stocked and clean. It is ideally situated to explore Kauai. The Pono Kai is a wonderful resort. Our grandchild could play on the lawn. Highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were super comfortable, lanai was lovely, and the beach was one of our kids' favorites. Having laundry facilities was super helpful. Loved the location for exploring every part of the island. There was a long, very slow-moving line to check-in (not something the owner can control), but otherwise everything went smoothly.

Beautiful location, steps from the beach. Has a resort feel. Susan has everything you could possibly need or want in the condo! Very large easily accommodating my 3 teens. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! This unit is a large end unit that was larger than I expected. Our family of 4 had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay, including spices, some condiments, and cooking spray. It may be worth checking out before shopping. It was great to have laundry within the unit, and there were lots of beach items as well. My boys enjoyed bringing out the boogie boards and sand toys. We also had lawn chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. The beach is very close, and the resort property has lots of ammenities for outdoor entertainment. There are restaurants and shops that are right down the road, so plenty to do in walking distance. Another feature that was helpful was a binder that has lots of information and suggestions for activites. We would love to visit again sometime and would defietely recommend this rental.

My husband and I along with our two teens stayed here and it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. It had all the amenities you can think of! The beds were comfortable, and most of all it was quiet! We couldn’t hear any neighbors and being on the end was great. We enjoyed watching all the chickens in the mornings while sipping coffee on the lanai. 10 out of 10!

It was our very first girls trip (anywhere away from our husbands/family’s) our first ever trip to Hawaii, and we could not have asked for anything better! This is the perfect location. Susan supplies so many extras that no other hosts do anywhere (my husband and our family stay in a lot of VRBO condos in the Gulf shores area) we would definitely love to come back!! Highly recommend!!

I agree with all of the positive reviews. The only thing to be aware of is the unit directly above can transmit a lot of sound. There were several days where our neighbors were up at 5AM. Overall five stars...

Great location in Kapaa, if you skate bring your board, was looking forward to letting the kids chase ama-ama crabs on the rocks of the breakwater and they had a blast.

Great property! The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. Susan was very quick to response when I had a question.

This rental far exceeded our expectations, the beds were very comfortable with lovely soft sheets and mattress topper. The master has beautiful view windows to watch morning daybreak on the ocean. Condo is very well equipped, made our stay very comfortable. After traveling most of the whole island we thought our beach was the best… Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

So nice and close to the beach access, nice having our own yard space just outside the back door. Spacious unit, comfy bed, nice grounds, walking path to a ton of stores and restaurants. Susan was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay here again.
