Cleaning - Bleach products are used to clean surfaces and high profile area such as light switches and their covers, door and window handles / knobs, TV controls, etc. All laundry items, linens and towels are washed using detergents that kill bacteria and viruses.
Waikiki Condo, tenth floor with views, updated throughout with new paint and cabinets, relaxing Lanai with views of Honolulu hills and city, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and doors on each bedroom, outdoor pool on the main floor with gas barbecues and seating, kitchen set up with all the necessary cooking utensils and pans, the Condo is close to whatever you want to do... sunbathing on the beach, swimming, surfing, restaurants and night life are all within walking distance.
A six minute walk to the Convention Center.
There is a grocery store / Food Pantry 6 minutes walk from the Condo on Hobron Ln at Eaton Square. A wonderful locat grocery store that has all your needs.
Food trucks are 2 minutes walk from the Condo located on Niu St. The food trucks have wonderful food and you can eat there or bring the food back to the Condo.
There is a small bakery store in the Monarch building on Niu St that has pastries, coffee, breakfast foods.
Don Quijote is a Hawaiian 24 hour store, 15 minute walk from the condo that is a fun adventure, has groceries, drinks, kitchen gadgets, tools, everything you can imagine and items you have never seen before.
Two 7 Eleven stores (yes 2) are across the intersection from each other immediately near the Condo.
The closest beach is a 12 minute walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, there are 2 beach chairs, beach towels and a sunshade you can use at the condo.

There was no difficulty checking in or out. Space had an excellent view of the city. It was clean and a very comfortable place to relax after fun in the sun!! Located within walking distance to beaches and shops. Very grateful we picked this location, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from check-in to all the stuff in the condo. Our only complaint was the sound of the sirens and the vehicles, that we hear every night from the 10th floor, we got used to it after a while. Overall it was great, Dan was a good host answered all our questions. We will recommend his place if he opens it up again.

The rooms are huge. upgraded condo. love the beds, living room and nice bathroom.
My only concern is the paid parking (tight parking lot/bring cash). And the crazy people at midnight and 3am. Mahalo for hiring Hawaiian cleaner.

Check in process was easy but there was no mention at all about the parking situation. I ended up spending an additional $166 to park my rental car at a garage for 4 days. There is street parking but MAX 2 hours but free from 10pm-6am.
The condo was beautiful but the air conditioner kept leaking all over the patio. There was a pan under there and a towel to sop up whatever was leftover. I felt bad because it dropped to the patios below so we turned the ac off and it was super hot.
Luckily we were able to book an additional night because our flight home to vegas was cancelled because of the system outage and didn’t fly out until 1130pm. Unfortunately when I got home I got a message from the owner saying I stole $85 worth of towels! I even washed almost ALL the towels and put them back!! I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life! A charge of $280 was requested! After checking with the cleaners the request was rescinded cause they found the towels!!!

This was a good place to stay for the family’s short stay on Oahu. The parking situation was not ideal and added more cost to our stay. I wish we had known before booking but other than that it was a hood stay.

Everything was perfect! There was enough space for all 8 of us. There were enough supplies such as towels, extra beddings and toiletries. The location was close to a 7-11 if we needed something quick and easy. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Dan was very helpful when I texted him.
The park-a-lot on Ni`u Street was close enough to walk to easy and convenient to access.

Lovely condo in the heart of Waikiki. The building was having some AC issues but the wall unit kept the main area relatively cool. The main road was loud at night but to be expected in this location. Super clean with many towels and extra sheets available.

The absolute worst vacation stay of all time. There was 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids staying for 8 nights and they gave us 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. We bought and left more towels for them there than they gave for us.
They don’t have real windows and the building is in the entry way into Waikiki and is EXTREMELY LOUD. All night 24/7 you hear LOUD noise. We had to all get ear plugs and that still didn’t help fully. Did not get 1 night of good rest.
The heat was terrible and the AC unit doesn’t have a pan outside to catch the water so if you turn it on the balcony floods….
The bathroom does not have a fan/vent…. Instead it just airs into one of the bedrooms after anyone uses the restroom….
This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had and we could not wait to leave as soon as we could. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This property was the most affordable we found in Honolulu for a family of 6. Very clean. Good temperature. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We rented a vehicle and paid for parking (which is impossible anywhere around Waikiki) at the garage behind the unit, so very close by. Would stay there again.

The place was clean and the provisions were all in place for a nice stay. Getting into the unit was straightforward and the communication with the owner was good.
The parking costs were understated ($25 - $35), when in fact they were ($45.00 per night or $40.00 for multiple nights). The noise heard in the unit was pretty significant well into the midnight hour. Thankfully we were pretty exhausted every night so sleep did not entirely evade us.

we arrived and had to find a place to park then made it to the condo. The room was a bit noisy due to downtown traffic but it was clean and nicely remodeled. The security guard was helpful and friendly. We got used to the traffic and enjoyed the convenient location.
