I am a frequent business traveler and have stayed at multiple units in the Ilikai Marina. This unit was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have slept in. My only (2) complaints or wish list items that could make this unit a full 5-stars is that there was an iron but NO ironing board and there were no ice trays to make ice. If those two things could be provided, then I would without a doubt always choose this unit if it is available.

We stayed for a few days in the penthouse condo. I like how there was no noise from above due to being on the top floor. The bed was nice but I had another person sleeping on the pull-out sofa/futon and it was extremely uncomfortable.They should prove a mattress pad to give more comfort to the hard leather futon. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything one would need. The bathroom could use updating as the shower is rusted. I feel they should leave more than 2 beach towels for the duration of the stay given there is no laundry in the unit. The location worked well for walking to downtown Waikiki. Being in the city, be prepared to hear sirens and loud cars throughout the night on the streets below. Parking rate seems fair for nightly rate.

The apartment was near downtown Waikiki and walkable (about 15 minutes). The parking garage was a fair rate for being downtown. The bathroom needs updating as the shower was rusty and smelled. The owner needs more for the pull-out guest bed as it's a very firm leather futon. There should be a mattress pad or something to lay down to be comfortable besides a sheet. Also, when we unfolded the futon, it was filled with grime in the crease and clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in some time. Be prepared for sirens and road noise throughout the night as you are near downtown.

The place was great. It was misleading about the view. In the pictures you showed the harbor view and city view. Turns out we were overlooking the city with zero view of the harbor / Ocean. I feel you should make that known to everyone which onenit will be. Very unfair.
