We were thrilled with the location of the property. I agree that having an ocean view would be preferable - but the unit was conveniently located to walk to the beach or to walk to coffee or restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was well stocked with towels and beach gear. We had some sugar ants and contacted the manager who was extremely responsive and sent someone the next day to address it. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property is located in right front of the beach, but the room itself is not an ocean view. The owner of the property did a good job putting everything you need for your vacation stay. It has child sized life vest, noodle, beach chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and even ice chest. The only downside was they only supplied with 5 or 6 dishwasher detergent for my 8 nights stay.

Loved everything about our stay! The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop pavilion. The Royal Mauian is within walking distance to shops, eateries, and essentials, Thank you!

We loved the condo. It was very well stocked and much appreciated. The beach toys and chairs were excellent. Air conditioners were perfect. The espresso machine was an added bonus and used daily. We would definitely try to book this room again. Our hostess at the front desk was also AMAZING!

Pros: Centrally located on the island, which is a plus if you like to explore. Very convenient to good restaurants. Property was as described and clean upon arrival. Easy access to Kamole beaches. Pool was very clean, but water was a bit on the cold side, but you have Kamole beach, so no biggie. Air Conditioning worked well for us. Simple punch code access for entry to condo is convenient. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella all provided, which was so great. Huge spacious Lanai on top floor with 6 grills and excellent view for sunsets. Cons: Not sure if its covered thoroughly in the description, but the view from the narrow balcony is of the street, which is good for people watching and hearing loud traffic, but not much else. The property manager should really include a picture of the balcony for clarity.I would recommend this property, if an balcony ocean view is not a priority for you. We knew this going in, and were fine with this, but others may not be. You can always go up to the top floor lanai and enjoy the view, but no shade up there.

My family rented 7 separate condos and we were harassed the entire stay! A condo owner ( not on the HOA board) filmed my family w a drown, yelled at us the roof top. Watched our every move! According to her everyone was on "high alert" because we had a large party. Which we rented the appropriate units to accommodate. My family is reasonable and not a bunch of partiers ( kids, parents grandparents) ..the condo Board and a few condos owners ruined our stay! It was awful!

The condo was beautiful and everything in it was so convenient. Very beautiful! The location was a few steps and you were lookong at the ocean, walking right onto the beautiful clean veach! Wil definitely stay agimain!

Property is very clean, and well appointed and easily accommodated our party of 5 adults. The beds in the two bedrooms and the sofa bed were all comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed and contained everything we needed for our week long visit. The full size washer and dryer were very helpful to do laundry. There was plenty of seating.
We already knew that the unit did not have an ocean view, but was very accessible to beautiful views, beaches and the pool.
Overall, our family greatly enjoyed staying at the Royal Mauian with its good proximity to

We really enjoyed this property. The location is steps away from the beach. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pool and rooftop area are both very nice. This unit faces the street side but it is very quiet. Communication with the host was easy and they always got back to me right away. I would definitely love smtp stay here again.

We loved staying in the Royal Mauian 201. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 teenage daughters shared the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have ever seen in a rental. We used the rooftop grill area almost every night to eat dinner and see the sunset. Also saw quite a few whales from the roof or beaches. Very convenient location between Kam I and II. Saw many turtles at Kam II. Right across the street from great restaurants, shave ice, and gift stores. Loved this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Please note there is not a functional lanai- there is a patio you can stand on which faces the street/doubles as storage for beach equipment (which was also provided by the rental company). But with the proximity to 2 beaches and rooftop garden, this was not an issue whatsoever. Also very conveniently located to stairs leading right to parking lot. Wonderful stay!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in this condo and it was truly perfect. It was immaculately kept and cleaned, had literally everything we needed, and felt like it was right in the middle of Kihei. It was on the beach, but also within walking distance of everything - grocery store, restaurants, snorkel and surf rentals, etc. The beds were super comfy for all of us, and even though it was on the street side of the building, we felt like we didn’t hear much traffic. It was definitely a home away from home and we had a lovely time staying. Would gladly stay again!

Stay was great. Very nice unit with a great, well-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Location of the building was great, right next to the beach. Future guests should be aware that this unit has no lanai. It sits right on the road with no view of anything but Kihei rd. and the parking lot. It is the least desirable location in the building and it’s very dark. The building has ample common spaces to enjoy but they’re all a ways from the unit.

Great property- everything we needed was here. Condo was more than big enough for 4 adults and 1 child. Love the location! Beach is a very short walk, as well as some shopping and restaurants/pubs.
We are already planning our next trip back to Maui

We greatly enjoyed having a great beach for boogie boarding, strolling, and watching sunsets right outside the door. Having restaurants and a great grocery store across the street is also fantastic. The beds and sofa were all firm and super comfortable. The one downside is that the apartment faces the street, not the ocean; the upside of which is that I can afford to stay in such a great location.

This place had everything you would need. It’s a prefect location with a grocery store and good restaurants options across the street and the beach is a 5 min walk. Highly recommend. Will be booking our stay here again.

We spend 2 weeks in this condo and we were very happy. It had a kitchen that was better stocked than any other short term rental we have stayed in. It is spacious and I loved that you don't share walls with any other units. We didn't see it as a downside but the lanai is very small and faces the street which didn't bother us since you are right between 2 beachs qnd there are ample chairs at the back of the building for use. Although the lanai faces the road you don't hear traffic noise when the door is closed and it has air conditioning. Having outside walls on both sides of the unit gives lots of natural light. There are chairs to take to the beach supplied so overall I would recommend this unit for a great beach vacation.

The condo was very clean, updated and full of all the amenities you could need. Love the coffee maker! At first thought the condo location was going to be a long walk for beach and pool but used the stairs right out the front door also made for easy access to parking lot as well.

This was a great property for our family. The condo was very recently renovated and had split AC throughout every room. The kitchen was well stocked with ample cookware, utensils dinnerware.
Additionally, there were beach chairs (4), boogie boards (2), adult snorkel masks (2), an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler for us to use.
The king bed in the master bedroom and the two twin beds for our daughters were very comfortable.
There were two great beaches steps from the property, which was amazing on the days we wanted to stay close to home.
Across the street was a small grocery store and an amazing bakery for breakfast treats (Maui Bread Company).
This was a terrific spot for our Hawaiian vacation.
