I recently stayed at this beautiful holiday apartment in Hawaii, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a clean, well-appointed with breathtaking views. The apartment is tastefully decorated with homely touches that make you feel like you’re truly in your own home.
The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and great restaurants. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of exploring.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Hawaii, this apartment is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing stay at this Waikiki condo! The location was unbeatable, just one block from the beach and within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. The condo itself was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The process was seamless, from booking to check-in, and the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. This unit is centrally located to everything you need. It was the type of location we were hoping for when we booked our trip. We decided to pay extra for the 2 Bedrooms and with a family of 4 (adults) this was perfect for our needs. The patios where very nice to sit on and relax with nice views of the beach and sunset. Having a unit on the 8th floor was best for views. We also could see the fireworks from a neighboring hotel as well. We really appreciated having free parking just down the street which was an added bonus. Paul and team where very responsive to our questions and the unit was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay - including chairs, boogie boards and even a pickleball set for us to play while we where there. I would definitely recommend the Regency on Beachwalk to friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We stayed here with our family and let me tell you, we were so impressed! Came with parking which is a huge plus. Just a block down from the beach. Right next to Fort Derussey. Lots of greenery in front, not a bunch of buildings blocking the view. Also perfect view of Friday fireworks from lanai. The owner takes great care of this unit and we felt very lucky to stay here. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! So many helpful items included, from beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards, to a fully stocked kitchen, to bathroom items including toothbrushes and makeup wipes, chargers in the bedrooms, free parking in a close by lot, laundry rooms on site (note: just 2 washers and 4 dryers for the entire building, but it wasn’t a problem and you can easily track which ones are in use on the WashConnect app), and even some treats provided by the owner. We especially appreciated how clean everything was. Walking to the beach and many shops and restaurants in Waikīkī was a breeze. We especially loved Lahaina Shave Ice next to the hotel. We’d love to stay here again!

We have stayed in many different vacation rentals all over the US. This was an excellent experience. The condo was nice, clean, spacious and a great location to everything. If you are seeking the beach veiw, this would not be it. You can see the ocean. It is located about a block away. Parking is a nightmare in Waikiki. This rental comes with parking located across the street. I would stay here again, if just for the convenience of the is difficult to find a rental with seperate bedrooms, which this has. Most of the rentals have a slide between the bed and the rest of the unit. This is a very comfortable unit, especially if you have multiple children or guests. With the exception of not being beach front, this is an excellent rental...highly recommend it! A+++++

We were very pleased with the property as it was exactly as described. The place is new, comfortable for up to 6 adults. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is great, and the kitchen and living area are very functional. There is a good view to the park and sea from the main lanai. We particularly enjoyed the attention to detail as everything is provided, from toiletry to bath / beach towels, and all one needs in a fully-equipped and functional kitchen. There are even beach chairs, a cooler, tennis rackets, etc... The WiFi is excellent and reliable. Special mention to Paul, the helpful property manager, whom we were happy to meet and chat with.
