Really enjoyed my stay, and I highly recommend. This place is so beautiful! There are many activities for adults, less so for younger kids. BUT, the kid pools are fabulous…and where we spent the majority of our time while on the resort. The room had plenty of space and amenities for 4 persons (I stayed in a studio). I checked in later in the evening, and checkin was smooth. The valet and customer service were top notch…very friendly. Checkout was very fast/easy as well with the option to use text to checkout. That was very convenient. My ONLY complaint is that when I requested to reserve on VRBO, the room I requested (which was cheaper) was no longer available. The property owner was very quick to respond to my request, but since the room was no longer available he offered me another room at a higher price. I think VRBO could do a better job with this. Otherwise, it comes across as property availability is misleading or somewhat of a scam to get someone to pay for a higher priced room. I’ve used VRBO in the past and didn’t encounter this. But, read others complain of the same issue which really has me question if the original room was a “thing” or not. Nevertheless, the property manager did have excellent communication. My family ate at Longboards one evening. Highly recommend the poke nachos. The food was delicious, gorgeous scenery especially at sunset, and live music set the most perfect Hawai’ian vibe. I would stay at this resort again!

The property was beautiful. However when we booked the reservation we paid more to have an ocean view. When we got to the room we had a view of the mountains and a wall blocking any ocean view. When I contacted the property manager his response was “Marriott considers any view of the ocean no matter how small of an ocean view”, we could not see the water from our balcony. The front desk was kind enough to move us after the second day to an oceanview room. After we showed them the emails that we paid more to have a view of the ocean.

From the first interaction with the owner to the checkout, it was Top Knotch. We arrived at night, and the views were terrific despite being dark.
Waking up the following day to see the full view of this beautiful location was breathtaking! Mountains, ocean, and the perfectly manicured lawns all in one view are something my family and I will never forget. All the staff made you feel at home, and the property didn't feel overcrowded.
I highly recommend this location, and if you are reading my review, I hope your stay is as awesome as our experience.

We booked a last minute trip to Oahu and were glad to find the studio for 4 (king and sofa bed). The grounds and amenities were just what we needed to relax and recharge. Daily sunrise walks along the multiple lagoons became our morning routine to start the day. The island is small enough to do day trips from Ko'Olina as well.
We had an unexpected change in plans and needed to stay one extra day. The Marriott front desk team was able to help us out. The bell hops helped us move rooms with minimal disruption.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Ko Olina. They was really nice and we especially enjoyed our relationships with the staff, particularly Oscar, Susie, and Jordan at Longboards. They went above and beyond.

The property was very nice. The actual room was clean but no ocean view. The booking process was frustrating as the room was listed at one price, then when I booked it the price doubled. Right after I booked the price showed way lower again. That should be more clear, honest and easy to understand and navigate. We did really enjoy the Ko Olina village property. It’s beautiful with amazing beaches, pools and activities.

The Ko Olina resort area is a great place to stay on Oahu. Away from the busy big city of Honolulu, but easy to get to wherever you want to go on the island. The man-made lagoons are a nice way to enjoy the beach on the western shores, and there's a great waterfront walkway along the resort community to stretch your legs at sunset. Lots to do on the report itself, and while this is a Marriott Vacation Club (timeshare) you can still book your stay through brokers are on VRBO for a pretty good deal.

Marriott Ko Olina is a beautiful location for R&R. My husband and i went for our early morning walks sunrise setting, made our coffee and sat outside the balcony that was partial mountain/bay views, rented a car ( free parking with in/out privileges) and explored the Island and each time we got back to our hotel, it was nice and quiet and relaxing. Other days we stayed at the Marriot location and swam in the lagoon and had dinner at Longboards ( if you don't want to wait to dine in, just order to go and you can still sit at the designated self help area and still get a beautiful view while live music is playing. Mahalo!

Great room- very clean - professional staff. Would have liked to have tad larger fridge. Only draw back was one of the pools was closed for refurbishment which made the “reflection pool” a place for uncontrolled kids.
Otherwise, place was a beauty!!

We stayed here with our two boys (ages 4 and 7) for 4 nights. We loved the resort - awesome pools for kids and delicious food at the restaurants. The resort is beautiful and all of the resort workers are very helpful. Great activities for kids. Great location for going into the city or up north. The room was nice - super comfortable beds, an amazing view and a kitchenette. Truly a lovely spot. We will definitely come back again!

This was our first trip to Ko Olina as we usually stay on the Big Island. We always associated Oahu with Waikiki and a big city. This part of the Island is amazing! The Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club is beautiful. It was beyond our expectations! The villa was more than enough room for just the two of us. The staff throughout the resort is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The amenities are spectacular. The pools, beach, restaurants and market are far superior to the other resorts along the other lagoons. It never felt over crowded even on holiday weekend. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Unit was as described. Basic necessities including: coffee pot and supplies; small microwave; mini fridge. Bonus was free laundry and detergent!! MVC offers a slew of amenities. Grounds were well maintained and the surrounding area was beautiful. Definitely buy your supplies prior to arrival. If without a car, there is a market within walking distance. Prices are cheaper there compared to the resort, but you’ll still be paying a location fee! Enjoy!
