Love the location of this property being so close to the beach. Saw turtles everyday! BBQ's worked great. Great amenities in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was cleaned everyday. BBQ's cleaned and maintained everyday. I enjoyed walking to the beach every morning for my am coffee.

my wife of 44 years passed on 1/16/24 from Brain cancer tumor. i needed to get away and recoup being a caregiver. this was excellent and have been here many times in past. i know were everything is located and picked a different beach everyday it was a rest i needed.

It has been ten years since I've been back to Maui and this particular condon. It was lovely as ever. This time I brought my daughter. She was gobsmacked at the lovely garden and the amenities of this condo. She is planning on coming back next year. Sitting on the lanai at sundown was beautiful.

You can see palm trees and ocean from balcony or couch . Lots of kitchen appliances , dishwasher, pots & pans, and utensils. Convenient to local bus, Times supermarket and Longs . Good snorkeling a few miles down way . Coin laundry and friendly people. Anemic shower water pressure but perfection would have cost more . Free parking and safe area with restaurants close by .

Perfect spot to stay in Maui, close to everything. Your own beach for walking or sunsets right out your door. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.Maui is and will always be my favorite island & the Waiohuli is a great property. This makes our 5th time there now.

We truly enjoyed our stay at D-221. It was comfortable and probably the best equipped kitchen I've run across in my travels. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom modern with a nice shower. There were enough towels, beach equipment, etc. No issues with AC in bedroom -- used only once. The cool nights were perfect for sleeping without it. The beach along this stretch is really pretty and walkable. When you hit spots on the beach that you cannot walk because of water level, you can walk around even if hotel property.Seems a lot of places I am staying at recently limit toilet paper. Why is that? Seems like the littlest thing to have customer purchase, but I am on vacation and do I really have to run an errand to buy toilet paper of all things? As well, TP is sold in volumes greater than a weeks stay. So I left many rolls only for you. It feels like you are nickel and diming your customer when the cost to stay and fees associated are no small ticket.

The location was amazing! Just steps away from the beach. It was so nice and clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. Had everything you could possibly need, a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella (appeared broken.)
One note, no AC in the living room, but had an AC unit in the bedroom.

We had a lovely stay here. The king bed was very comfortable. Very nice to be able to watch the ocean from the lanai and walk right out on the beach. Lots of turtles feeding just off the beach. Sunsets were amazing! Expect calm mornings and windy afternoons here due to location.
Thank goodness for the AC in the bedroom as it was hot and humid for most of our visit and the breeze does not really flow through the apartment well.
The location in Kihei is nicely central on the island and the apartment location is close to local grocery store.
The apartment furnishings are dated but functional. We didn't use the kitchen for any cooking but it appeared well stocked. The description said there were beach chairs and a cooler to use. Beach chairs were great. Cooler was disappointing. The cooler was very small and soft-sided which did not hold enough for an all day outing. We purchased a larger hard-sided cooler which we kept in the car with food and drinks and donated it to the apartment for future guests. Description of amenity pack says it comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper, ours came with 1 roll 1/4th full and 1 under the sink. My opinion is that there should be 2 under the sink in addition to whatever is left on the roll. Overall, we would probably stay there again.

My boyfriend has severe food allergies, so on vacation we will need a place that had everything we needed in terms of a kitchen as well as access to island fun. This place (while the furniture is slightly out of date) has everything we needed from boogie boards and a cooler, to towels, a great view from the balcony and an updated bathroom. We loved the quiet beach access for morning walks and the location to the super market as well as Maui brewing. Highly recommend!

Overall ok, rice cooker didn’t work and toaster was charring on 2, frypans didn’t sit flat on burners and the big square plates were pretty chipped. Very clean and a nice place, just those minor details.

Great location! Thought it was actually even nicer than the pictures made it look. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. Had things you could borrow/use like beach towels, beach chairs, pool/beach toys, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed at this condo complex a total of 3 times.Each time we ave stayed in a different unit.This time we stayed in #D-221Unit #D-221 was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit also had beach chairs and towels.The decor is a little dated but everything is comfortable and clean. The unit has a fantastic view. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. The location of the complex is appealing to us because we were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store.The complex is generally quiet. Although on this trip there was some noise (during the day)from remodeling being done at the complex next to our unit. I am sure this is temporary. We would definitely recommend this complex.

Great place for the money. You are steps from the beach that was nice to walk on but is not a good swimming beach although I did see some out swimming. There is lots of coral on the beach & turtles are visible from shore.Our place was very well equipped & clean. We had a partial view from our lanai but unfortunately not of the sunset. A nice pool although we explored different beaches throughout the island & didn't use it. Value for the money!

The condo was delightful. We were very impressed with the daily upkeep of the grounds and pool. The pool is a nice as we have seen. The new barbeques and the barbeque area is first class. Everything inside the condo including the kitchen, bed, etc was very nice. The patio chairs need cushions that fit. Perhaps one of the big chairs in patio taken out for more room. It would be nice for a table that seats 4 inside the condo. We would replace the tv and desk furniture and add a table and 4 chairs

We have stayed at this complex twice and just love it. Our only recommendation would be for the property management company to send an email reminder that payment is due 30 days ahead of time. This is a courtesy that would be greatly appreciated. We have used your services 3 times and it is great but this time we forgot about payment until 3 days before we due to arrive...life got busy. Anyway - email reminders would be so appreciated since it works different than when you book a normal hotel it's easy to forget that you have to send payment.

It was so good that we spent another $2,600 to switch to a hotel. The grounds of the place were nice unfortunately the room was not. The room smelled like mold, the bedroom where the air conditioner was had a large gap which let in bugs. We tried to convince ourselves it was nice unfortunately when I spent the next hour swatting at mosquitoes, bugs on the walls and then bugs on the bed. I had to make a call to another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was quite nice, clean and reasonably priced. Only complaint at all would be that we were never able to get the TV or DVD to work but we really didn't want to spend time watching it anyway so it was not a big issue. Would definately recommend and rent again.

A beautiful property with relaxed environment. We really liked the smaller size of the complex and grounds were very well kept. Loved the BBQ area for cooking dinners. We had a ground floor unit which was excellent for children. We had lots of room inside our unit although we were outside most of the time. The beds were very comfortable. It could be updated a little nicer with a better decor, but it was fine for what we needed.

We loved every minute of our trip. This location had a gorgeous view and footsteps from the beach you just can't beat it. Only down side were the air condition units..very loud! For the price I'd stay there again in a heart beat'
