We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.
If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

Lovely lanai with open grass and Mountain View. Very spacious for two or family of 4.
However, furnishings are dated and could be replaced and bathrooms in need of remodeling. Very dated with no safety bars for elderly.

I reserved this unit for a few days in August, we really enjoyed it, close to the beach, well equipped, comfortable, and good price too!
