We have stayed at other Waikoloa vrbo rentals and this was by far our favorite! The unit was so inviting upon arrival--lights on, music playing and even an amazing tropical fragrance!! The location was prime distance to shopping and the beaches/pool, both by foot and by car. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. Easy check in/out process...we will definitely be returning to O2!!

Unit O2 is a beautifully decorated and well-equipped condo. Everything was in excellent condition. It is a five minute walk to the stores and restaurants of the Queens Shops. It is just off the third tee of The Lakes Golf Course. We had a couple of questions, and the management staff was very responsive. All of the reviews for this unit are rave reviews, and it is easy to see why. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) loved this rental. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed and more. Checkin was easy, and Michelle (property manager) was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our adventures exploring the island, and we loved the proximity to groceries, restaurants, and beautiful beaches.

We spent 6 amazing nights at Beach Villas O2 after spending 4 nights in Volcano Village. What an amazing contrast of climates!
The place was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was so clean and organized, with any supplies you would need for cooking, laundry, going to the beach, etc.
I enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai early every morning for coffee and in the late afternoons for a drink or two. The gardens are beautiful and you will see several birds (including a giant turkey that struts around), geckos, mongoose, and a very friendly and beautiful grey cat (we called him Anthony). We are an active and adventurous family of 3 but it was hard to not spend all of our time just relaxing at the home. I wish we could have spent more time there and I was sad to leave. This unit has a great floor plan and is on the quiet side facing the golf course. There was no noise from the units above us in mid April. The pool is just across the way and was lovely. It is a short walk to A-Bay and if you are so inclined you can walk or run the 2.5-3km along the shoreline access trail and be at the Hilton to see the pools and dolphins. Otherwise you can drive there and pay a fee to use their pools and amenities for a day. The Island Gourmet Market is across the street and a great place to pick up a few items (although expensive). If I ever have the privilege to come to the Big Island again this is the complex I would stay at, and this unit was exceptional!

Clean condo with nice golf course views. Plenty of room for family with two bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen and lots of beach accessories which came in handy. The pools in the complex are a bit on the smaller side but nice.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this property! The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and furnished, and wonderfully supplied. There were beach chairs, towels, masks, fins, toys, and games, there were toiletries of all kinds including extra suntan lotion, just too much to mention! The pool and spa were beautiful, and the grounds themselves, were WOW! The location was less than a five minute walk from the Queen's Shopping Center and a few minutes more for the King's Shopping Center which has a grocery store, plenty of great restaurants, and fabulous shopping! A+++ All around. And a big shout out to the property manager Michelle Coup whom provided great communication and customer service!

Overall the complex is very quiet and condo was comfortable. You can’t beat the location within walking distance to the Queen’s Shops and A Bay. Everything was clean and comfortable but we did find the bed a bit soft and extremely high! Lanai space was enjoyed every morning and evening, and bbq was so nice to have. Pools were very well maintained and enjoyed. We would gladly return to this condo and complex.

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving and early December. A ground floor unit ideally situated in a beautiful complex steps away from the Queen’s Marketplace, we found everything just as described. Having stayed at other condos in Waikoloa and single family homes in Waikoloa Village, this location was by far the best. Close to 2 pools, quiet, clean and well equipped, we totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

This property is just amazing! It is the perfect size for a family of four with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The lanai is beautifully decorated and we are outside every day. The bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than ours at home! Thank you for all the beach equipment too! We hope to be back soon!

This property was everything and more than we expected. The furnishings were very comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed to have a great time. The pool area was well maintained. The gym had good cardio equipment but could have had a few more weights. Other than that it was perfect. We will stay again for sure.

Love coming to this property for staycations. Wish check-out was at noon instead of 11:00 a.m. Understand that property needs to be cleaned for next guest but since check in is at 4:00 p.m., I think check out should be no earlier than noon. Really enjoyed our stay. Don’t want to leave.

This was our first visit to Hawaii and we couldn't have chosen a better property and location. The condo was everything I expected from the photos and descriptions and more! In fact the photos do not do it full justice - it is even nicer. It was beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed and looked after and very clean. The location is excellent - a quiet corner of the golf course facing the incredible sunsets. The Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shopping Centre are within 5 minutes walk and provided everything we needed - from groceries to restaurants and gift shopping to tour pick up spot - perfect! The beach is a 10 minute walk and the owners provide gear for a day out. I didn't need to speak to anyone but found it very easy to book on-line and the girls at the management company were extremely helpful in answering all my questions via email before we arrived and the link you are provided with once you have booked containing local information was extremely useful. What a great idea. We had a truly wonderful vacation here.I highly recommend both the property and Waikoloa Beach Resort in general and am already planning a return visit!

We are Canadian residents and have been staying at Waikoloa Beach Villas for the past several years. We stay here because we enjoy the location as well as the proximity to the Waikoloa golf courses.We have most recently been in Unit #02 which suits us perfectly . Our landlords as well as Michelle Coupe at Kohala Coast Properties have been great to deal with. One minor irritant- the occupants of Unit #022 (directly above us). Nice folks, but I could swear they wear logging boots to bed.

My fiancé, her mom, sister and I had the most wonderful and relaxing time staying here. The place was very neat, clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of the location: walking to the beach in the mornings (just a 10 minute walk/ 4 minute drive!), being just a few minutes away from LavaLava Beach club and having the Island Gourmet and Queens Market / Kings Market across the street. We relaxed in the condo in the afternoons and took advantage of the spacious lanai and the outdoor grill. The kitchen was full of beautiful dishes and cooking supplies for all of our needs. The A.C. worked great which is a gem in Hawaii! We would love to come back and stay here again!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this lovely condo. It is one of the best equipped condos we have rented, everything we could need in the kitchen and lots of condiments, etc. left in the refrigerator. We like the variety of places to sit in the living room, and the king size bed was quite comfortable. It was generally quiet, except for a couple of nights when people seemed to be running back and forth above us. We love the golf course view and enjoy eating breakfast each morning on the lanai. It was a short walk to the pool and to another condo we had rented for other family members. The management company was great to work with, also. We would definitely return to this condo.

We really enjoyed staying here and would stay in this unit again. When we arrived, we noticed about 5 gray spots/stains on the living room carpet. It looked like someone attempted to use Resolve and it left behind a residue? Other than that, the place was spotless. We had asked that the guest room be made up as a king bed which wasn't done when we arrived but we made a phone call to Marissa and the bed was put together within an hour - great service!We also noticed on our second day that the wine opener was broken, the master shower had quite a drip and the washer wouldn't work. Again a call to Marissa and everything was solved very rapidly. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. There was salt, pepper and seasoning salt but no other spices. There was mustard, ketchup, and mayo available too.The condo is very quiet and the view of the golf course is very nice. We sat outside on the lanai every night and enjoyed the sunset while grilling our supper. We also recommend the Island Fish & Chips place behind Tommy Bahama in the Kings Shops. You sit outside with a beautiful view of the lake and the fish is so fresh and yummy! Every time we go to the Big Island, we make it a point to eat here several times. You can easily walk to this restaurant. Also, check out the Lava Lava Beach Club! This restaurant/bar is on the beach and you can have an amazing Mai Tai while getting a front seat view of the sunset!You can walk here but it would be pretty dark at night to walk home unless you have a flashlight.We certainly hated to leave! We definitely recommend this property!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The condo is super clean and up to date. It had everything we needed- kitchen supplies, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella, cooler etc. Loved that it was on the ground floor, we had coffee out on the lanai every morning. This unit is also very close to the pool and gym, although we didn’t use those much! The location was awesome as a home base for our explorations. It’s a short walk to queens and kings village, Abay beach and the famous Lava Lava restaurant! We would 100% stay here again if we come back to the Big Island! We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for the perfect Waikoloa rental!

This was our second time staying in O2. Since last year the living room sectional has been recovered and a new refrigerator was installed. The best feature in this unit is it has a screen on the front door. You can leave the door and the lanai slider open to have a great breeze. We had everything we needed and the property was clean. The beach equipment is now in the second bedroom closet instead of the garage along with the vacuum and extra towels. If someone is staying in that bedroom there isn’t much room for clothing in the closet.

The Queen's race was cancelled but we decided as a paddling crew to still visit Kona and support local businesses and admire Kona. The property was exactly as pictured but in person was even better. The "check-in" process was simple, the decor and home were comfortable, well-stocked and really felt like home. We didn't want to leave. The proximity was perfect and check out was a breeze. Would totally recommend and plan on booking a trip with the ohana and booking this exact VRBO rental again.

This is a great condo in a fantastic location across the street from the Queen’ Marketplace and a .7 mile walk to A-bay. We walked to A-bay just about everyday during our visit. Great “safe”beach for swimming and snorkeling. The overall grounds and gym were clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were also very clean and pleasing… and not crowded at all. Upon arrival the grill was not working. I sent an email late in the evening and the management company responded that evening and we’re on site the next morning to fix it Overall, excellent stay, and excellent communication with property management from booking through the entire stay.
