This is an absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are all high end. The unit is amazingly well stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The resorts restaurant and pool are superb and the area is far quieter than hotels or timeshares. You will love staying here. Highly recommended.

We didn’t know that the condo was upstairs, the shower was a little wonky, and we didn’t know that we had to pay $75.00 parking for 3 days.
The condo is very clean, and well thought out with supplies. It’s very well decorated.
This is a BEAUTIFUL CONDO, and we enjoyed the stay.

Property was nice but a bit confusing at first. Great pool, nice grounds, wide array of flowers, nice condo with well stocked items thank you. Kids enjoyed it very much, bathroom 2 needs a new shower, kids ended up in master shower every day. Love Hawaii.

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable! They had coolers and ice packs in the freezer so we could pack lunches for our beach days. They had beach towels and chairs for the beach as well. They had plenty of laundry pods so we could wash our clothes. This island was beautiful and this was a perfect spot to enjoy our time!! Could not recommend it more!

We had great communication with our owner, so even when when needed help he was quick to reply or answer. The property is great for the location and amenities! Wonderful tennis courts with rackets in the room, pool and beach club was top notch for watching the sunset. Shopping and theater close by, and easy access to anything on the island. Superb rental!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, spacious and most important comfy beds. The kitchen meet our cooking needs & we enjoyed coffee on the lanai, saw some amazing sunset. They have some hammocks in the middle of the complex and the view of the stars was amazing. The front closet is stocked with everything you would need for the beach. Enjoyed the pool, restaurant & bar. We would definitely stay again!

This condo is wonderful. It made for a comfortable and homey feel for the week we were there. Everything is as-stated. Owners were very responsive for the 2 questions we had during the week. The neighborhood pool and hottub area is inviting, friendly. We highly recommend this property. They even have the beach towels and beach chairs for easy use!!

The unit is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 5 or six. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit so if you are looking for privacy this works very well. No ocean view here - but an easy 10 minute walk to the pool and incredible sunsets. Most of the Waikaloa resorts do not have this easy access so this is a plus. We spent spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the breezes.
The pool area is very nice - but for whatever reason they do not have umbrellas, so shady spots are few. The restaurant was decent with reasonable prices for the area.
You should bring your own soaps/shampoos/laundry pods as they were not provided. We always bring some of our own since we are never sure if they are provided.
Bottom line - we are really sorry to be leaving after two weeks.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Much roomier than it looks online. The beds were so comfortable and the place was pristine..so clean. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels including beach towels. There was a closet full of games and beach gear to use. My favorite part of the condo was the beautiful deck...coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The resort area pool was great...drinks, food, and staff all wonderful. And there are several beaches nearby and shopping too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

When we first walked into the condo, all we could say was WOW!!!! For the price of this condo you get everything you could possibly wish for. We loved our stay here and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Lisa for offering your home to guests visiting Hawaii. We were on the island for a few weeks and stayed a total of 3 places… this was by far our favorite place we stayed at!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay but also want to stay in a luxury condo. Thank you again!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The floor plan is great for a family with large separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout of the kitchen and living area and lanai is great. Fully stocked for a long stay, it was awesome.

The owners thought of EVERYTHING from fun modern board games to fun little beach things for relaxing or fun. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything gave off a "brand new" kind of feel. It was so clean even in the small details. The owners were kind and great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again. This is the perfect place to vacation, relax, and make memories with the ones you love.

The condo is located upstairs, which is great. It’s clean, quiet, well equipped, and in the heart of Waikoloa village. The beds are so comfortable. The pool is salt water and has a sand bottom hot tub. The gym has the perfect machines and you can’t beat the ocean view, which most of the time means seeing dolphins. We did not mind the walk to the parking spot or the walk to the gym/pool. The grounds are gorgeous, with so many beautiful plants and birds to see. The hosts are helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spot just 20 minutes north of Kona Airport. A little far from the “action” of ali’i Drive but it’s quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The condo is clean and well stocked. The owners are extremely personable and responsive. If we ever head back to Kona, this is the first place I’m looking up for availability.

We traveled to Big Island with two kids and really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very clean, spacious and well maintained. Comfortable beds, new towels, great balcony with sunset view, beach chairs and toys. And plenty of other small things for cooking, cleaning, charging, writing, etc. which we didn't think about or forgot to take from home. Lisa and Robert thought about all those details so we just relaxed and enjoyed our vacation.
The location is great, you can enjoy ocean-view pool and gym or walk along the cost to Hilton (easy trail, just 5 min walk). Or hike about 15 min to nearest Black Sand Beach which by the way was never crowded (you can also drive there, it's inside gated community but they let you go through till 6 30pm). Anaeho'omalu and Hapuna beaches are also quite close. Golf, shops, cinema and a beautiful Waikola Resort area.
Will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

We loved the condo at Hali'i Kai. This is best place to stay on the Big Island, the location is great, close to restaurants and the beaches. We ate at the club house several times because the food was so good.
