Was very happy with Ali’i Resorts. They came thru when another VRBO listing booked our location with someone else. Ali’i Resort staff was wonderful. Always very happy to help you. And I did call a few times. When I was confused on finding the Unit. Even when the can opener didn’t work. Would highly recommend them. Our view was beautiful of the ocean. And the place was very clean. We had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing stay at this really million dollar view apartment. It looks even better then on the pictures. We cooked every day, and the place has everything you need, and even more, including a rice cooker, a hand mixer, a blender, two coffee machines, and much more. The apartment has plenty of extra towels and sheets, beds were very comfortable. Everything you need for the beach is also there, including towels, chairs, boogie board, sand toys and snorkeling equipment. The location could not be better, very peaceful, quiet, safe and beautiful surroundings. It is also several minutes walk from Wailea Shops. Malia was very responsive and helpful and answered our questions within minutes. We will definitely return!

Great location with easy access (a few minutes drive) to some of the best beaches in South Maui. The condo has everything that one would need, even snorkeling gear for our family of 3. Private and quiet - we loved our breakfasts and evenings on the lanai with the perfect view. Very happy guests, would stay here again.

Our stay at Million Dollar Views was great. Check in process is easy, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The best part is the great view of the ocean and islands from the balcony. It was great for watching the sunrise in the mornings and we could often spot whales. The condo can get warm in the afternoon but cools off nicely at night.

There is no describing the view from this property; the corner lanai sits on an elevated hillside above a golf course and the beach resorts - with an unobstructed view of the ocean and islands stretching from Molokini to the West Maui hills. Sunsets were stunning, as were the colors for an hour afterwards; drinks and munchies on the elevated table were a mandatory, relaxing end to every day.
The apartment is a good size, and the cathedral ceilings made it seem even more so. The main bedroom lanai was tiny, but the view was almost as good as the main lanai; the second bedroom had only a garden view, but didn't feel claustrophobic. The decor was a bit dated, but the kitchen had good appliances and the living room had a very open feeling with the wall-length sliders onto the main lanai. We were pleased by the push-button security lock on the door; it avoided a lot of problems dealing with keys for all of us. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also a very useful thing.
The complex neighborhood was clean, well-kept, and generally quiet. Our only complaint during the stay was the construction sounds from the unit next door; and, of course, the downstairs tenant singing periodically at the top of his lungs (but we won't judge on that). The pool area was well kept, and the beach amenities provided with the unit were plentiful. Sunrise walks on the beach path, plenty of Happy Hour and shopping/entertainment opportunities at the Shops at Wailea, and a nearby Island Gourmet supermarket (with surprisingly good deli and prepackaged foods) made the area very enjoyable.
One other nice touch was the set of binoculars provided. I recommend watching the early morning parade of boats from Ma'alaea to Molokini on the lanai; it is a very fine way to start the day..

I love this location and is appropriately priced. While the space seems a little dated in some respects, you cannot price the value of a gorgeous sunset that we saw every night we were there. I liked the relative quiet of the location from the more touristy areas., while still being conveniently located to beaches and main thoroughfares. My only gripe was being shorted on dishwasher detergent and the inability to easily get that problem solved.

This property is quite deceiving. It may look a little rustic on the outside, as well as the inside, however, the views of the Ocean certainly make up for any "Brady Bunch" Flash Backs.
The unit had everything we needed and more. We were in walking distance to The Shoppes at Wailea, golf, beach, restaurants and a nice coffee shop. The beds were super comfortable and we felt safe the entire time we were there. The view from this condo is great and what we expected since we stay in Ekolu Village every year. However, the condition of the condo does not live up to the upscale surroundings of the complex and area. The view makes up for it at this price point, but know it will be run down and not very clean. Stains on the very old carpet was probably the worst part.
We would stay again, but we would go in with different expectations. Too bad owner doesn’t keep property updated, fixed and clean.

After exploring the island of Maui we were even more excited we picked this location to stay. The views were spectacular, the location was perfect and we loved the Wailea & Kihei area!

This is a wonderful condo and exactly as described in the list. As the owner has stated it is showing some wear but it is clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly well equipped with kitchen equipment as well as beach/water toys. It is just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We all absolutely loved staying here and would welcome the opportunity to again.

5 of us stayed at this wonderful property on Wailea. It's on the second floor, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this place was, the kitchen had everything! The only things missing are toiletries (shampoo, body wash) so make sure you bring that. It can get a little hot, but there are ample fans around the home. Only the big bedroom has an A/C but sleeping with the balcony doors open helped cool down a lot. We were so happy to have snagged this property for our trip to Maui to stay an entire week. We would book again if we return!

Overall we had a nice time at this rental. The lanai with a commanding view of south and West Maui was perfect, and the Wailea Ekolu grounds are beautiful. My only challenge was the lack of consistent, quiet AC throughout the condo. The master BR is the only room w true AC and the window mounted unit was old and quite noisy at night. The rest of the condo was muggy and hot afternoons and early eves with a couple of low BTU freestanding AC machines not adding much to the cooling.
Other than that, they had all the kitchen, bath and other accessories needed for a great stay.

I stayed with my 2 sons and it was better than we had hoped for. Views are outstanding and the condo is spacious. The complex has wonderful landscaping and is quiet. We did not use the pool, we came for the ocean, which is nearby. Communications with owner were responsive when needed. My wife and I have been here in Wailai before and she generally likes hotels but I would book this condo again if it were to be available.

The panoramic ocean views from the balcony were simply spectacular and allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and see dozens of whales! I gave it 4stars due to a mix-up with the cleaners scheduling before we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and helped rectify the situation so that our stay was salvaged. I definitely recommend this property!

After traveling all day, we arrived with no instructions on how to enter. After finding the owner, we got instructions on entering. We found the unit in disrepair, and not very clean. We bought carpet cleaner for the spots, screwed on the bedroom door, cleaned the bathtub,. and screwed the leg back on the chair. The wiring for the patio caused the breaker to pop so we couldn’t eat dinner outside at night. I found the breaker but had to unplug the outside light. The rollers on the screen and doors are shot and they were difficult to slide open, they had no handles. One screen was coming off the door and we repaired that. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and one chair had a spring in the seat that poked you in the butt. The floor tile in the kitchen entrance was broken and someone put clear tape on it but the tiles were loose and had sharp edges. Not safe. However, the view was beautiful.

The condo was just as described. Although it hasn't been updated, i.e. the kitchen and baths are older and dated, the condo was still clean and very comfortable, beds were a little hard for me, but seemed fairly new. The ceilings are nice and high and the views... the views are fantastic! Lovely sunsets and we saw more than a few whales. We really liked the complex and the grounds. The gardens are very well kept and the complex felt very safe and quiet. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again.

This is our second visit to Maui. My family and I enjoyed staying at the condo. We enjoyed whale watching every morning and evening. Watching the sunsets from the Lana’i was amazing. The place was perfect for our family of five. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time.

This place is all about the view. It's truly amazing and beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The condo itself is comfortable and had everything we needed. The showers could use some work but otherwise it's nice. It's only about a mile from the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Compared to the condos my daughters rented during the same period, I would say that this one needed some remodeling and cleaning.. It was well stocked with paper goods which was appreciated. All appliances worked well.

Oh the views! The condo is designed to maximize the glorious view of the water. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow you to merge the living room with the lanai for a very large space to stretch out and enjoy the tranquil grounds and beautiful Pacific Ocean. The window with the same view above the kitchen sink even makes doing dishes a nice experience. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four. Two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms meant plenty of room. Though some things were a little outdated (bathtub/shower, etc.) newer appliances in the kitchen were great and more importantly, everything was spotless and fully-functioning. The lack of air conditioning (except in the master bedroom where there is a unit) wasn't a big deal because of the sea breeze and ceiling/floor fans plus shades for the windows. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed including some nice touches like a brand new cooler to take to the beach, a powerful hair dryer, etc. The location is great - lots of nearby beach choices, plenty of shopping and a Safeway just 10 minutes up the road. We went to the pool 1-2 times each day and had it completely to ourselves except for one time. Go for a dip just after sunset and enjoy the moon and stars in the beautifully lit pool surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Heavenly!

We could not have been any happier with our stay at this lovely condo in Wailea. The location was amazing and we felt close to town but far enough away to feel relaxed and like we were in our own little paradise. Shops at Wailea are just down the street (only a 10 minute walk) and there is a lovely restaurant called Manolis just a 5 minute walk away! In addition, the pool area was clean and the perfect place to unwind after a full day at the beach. The condo itself included everything we could want in terms of dishes, appliances, beach chairs, etc. Lastly, the view from the lanai was top notch. You get expansive views of the water, the surrounding area of Wailea and molokini crater. The sunsets consistently took our breath away and the views of whales in the distance only added to the incredible experience. You know a place is good when a main highlight of the entire holiday was sitting on the lanai! We look forward to returning to this wonderful condo.

Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and beaches (approx. 1 mile to Ulua Beach and 2 mile paved beach path). Short drives south to Makena (beaches) and north to Kihea (more beaches, shopping and restaurants). Lahaina, with more sight seeing, shopping and restaurants, is about an hour northwest - depending on traffic. Same with Paia about an hour northeast. And don't forget about Haleakala National Park with hiking and beautiful sunrises. It's 1 1/2 hours away.
Essentials provided - towels, paper goods, cooking supplies, even binoculars to spot the whales.
The view from the lanai is wonderful; ocean, whales, palm trees, beautiful grounds, sunsets. We even watched fireworks on two nights.
Furniture is a little older, but comfortable and clean. The beds were quite comfortable, even the couch for watching TV or sleeping.
Be careful with the beach design coffee mugs. They get very HOT in the microwave. Also, you may want to use a bath mat (if provided) in the master bath tub. Found the tub to be a little slippery.
Overall we would rent this condo again. Owner responded fairly quickly and answered all of our questions.
