This was better than expected, close to the beach, great views and friendly staff. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and close to the local market to get things as needed. The beach cove was great and never felt over crowded. We made several trips around the island, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation and a drive to the North Shore and down the eastern coast. We will definitely be back!!

We’ve started at Ko Olina beach villas three times and had a wonderful time each trip. The sun set views from the patio are absolutely amazing. The patio is awesome. The condo was exactly as described: beautiful view from the second floor balcony; short walk to pools and beach/lagoon; fun sunset bar; condo doesn’t get much sun since it’s north facing but great for sleeping and quiet. Easy to walk to anywhere to get sunshine and/or sunset; excellent kitchen and common areas. Manager provided us a fourth beach chair when requested (very responsive). Would absolutely stay here again.
Great place for a quiet vacation not so much if guests are looking for active night life. We were not so it was perfect.

There is a reason that this condo is rated so highly and it’s because one can only say good things about it. Truly a beautiful home away from home with everything we needed to make our Oahu visit wonderful. Sunsets were beautiful here. The resort property was well kept. There is a bar but no restaurants on premises but there are several within easy walking distance and there’s an ABC store close by. The host and greeter were friendly and communicated well. There were great instructions for everything. I especially appreciated the easy check out. So many places want you to strip beds and start a load of towels, etc. and this was the easiest checkout we have had. We appreciated all the extras that made the stay so convenient such as beach towels and beach chairs. There was also a cooler available. Truly, this host provided many extras that just made things so convenient. We highly recommend this condo for your stay and we hope we get the opportunity to come back for a future visit.

We just finished a 10 night stay here and we loved it! We landed late and upon arrival at the resort we were instantly greeted by Nicole and promptly checked in.
The lanai was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy with family. The only downside is that large trees to the left do partially obstruct the ocean views.
The villa contains everything you need, as does the resort. Grocery stores are located just minutes away, as are more restaurants.
The only complaints we have about the villa are that the bedding could die to be upgraded. It was clean, but very worn and dingy looking due to many washings. Also, the dryer takes quite a while to dry, even when leaving the door open as the villa instructions stated.
overall, we loved our stay and we plan to visit again next year!

Our family of 4 spent 9 nights at this 2 bed/2 bath condo and it had absolutely everything we needed (and wanted) to have the perfect Oahu vacation. From the moment we booked to the moment we handed in the keys, the owner and property managers made everything a breeze. Our family all agreed that Beach villas amenities was the nicest in Ko Olina including the lagoon, pool, fitness center and tiki bar.

The condo had a great view and was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely suggest renting this condo. There was only 1 thing that kept this from getting a 5 star rating and that was the couch. The cushions would not stay in place. You felt like you were falling off the couch when you sat on it. Wasn't a huge factor for us as we were barely in the condo. Stayed outdoors as much as possible. Other than that, it is a fantastic condo. Book it, you won't regret it!!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here. The location is beautiful, quiet and conveniently located to everything else. We really appreciated the space available for meals together with our children and grands who were staying in other condos. We would be happy to visit here again!

Beautiful view from the large Lanai. Beds have seen better days. Had some issues with the TV's, but we didn't come to Hawaii to watch TV. Pools were very nice but it was hard to beat the beach in the enclosed lagoon. Clear and immaculate (and big).
The people were very nice but I didn't understand what they did. Evidently everything had to be done though your individual service person. 24 hour lobby wasn't really a help. Not that we needed help but there is a substantial fee charged for what?

We enjoyed every single aspect of this beautiful villa, from the location, right between the Marriott and Aulani, the lagoon is perfect for the kids and for snorkeling, the beach guy Rob was very helpful and welcoming, make sure you go to him for lounges and umbrella rentals. The Bar at the pool is also great, sunsets there are amazing with live music from local artists, Michelle the bartenders and the guys were really welcoming too.
We totally recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon.

This property and beach are beautiful and was quiet for us during the stay. You can walk to the ABC store and Aulani. They have chairs and beach toys for use which is as really nice. The second bedroom was really cold even when we turned up temperature and there are no extra blankets in the condo which made my girls frozen nightly but that was my only complaint.

The communication was excellent with property management. The unit itself was clean and up to date. The view of the ocean was not as advertised - a huge tree obstructs most of the ocean view, which was disappointing. There were no hot pads so we had to buy some and we were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people which lasted one day and told we had to buy more if we needed it which was not ideal. In addition, the cook top appeared to be induction and many of the pans did not work or heat up at all on the unit. The resort villa was amazing and the fish pond super cool for little kids.

My wife and I had a great stay here in Oahu. This unit is exactly as advertised. Groceries can be had at the local ABC Store. Excellent private view of the beach from the lanai. Sunsets are amazing! Everything you need is there. We used the beach chairs and umbrella not only at the lagoon but put them in the car to enjoy other beaches around the island (Kailua Beach Park is a great place to visit on the windward side.) This is a great base camp to explore the entire island which is easy to drive all the way around. Kualoa Ranch (Jurassic and Ocean Voyage) tours are a must too. And the Ka'ena Point Trail is a great hike from the leeward side. Highly recommend staying here!

For a relaxing ocean experience without the Waikiki crowds or the two-lane North Shore roads, West Oahu is a beautiful place to vacation.
This condo is on the second floor of the Beach Tower, the closest building to the ocean. The view from it's lanai is a bit obscured by some large plants, but beautiful sunsets are clearly visible every night. The beach cove is great for swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. If you are interested in surfing, you'll need to drive a bit towards Makaha to find a spot with waves.
The Beach Villa's grounds are well landscaped and nicely maintained. Their pools and spas are large and clean. The bar / snack bar is conveniently located near the pools but with good and secure access from the beach as well.
The condo itself is well furnished and very comfortable. On-line grocery shopping with deliveries to the lobby are available from several sources through the Instacart app. There are multiple sets of snorkeling gear, beach toys, inflatibiles, and beach chairs available for guest use in a chest on the condo's lanai.

This is an amazing property. They have a beautiful place and very spacious and large. The deck area is so nice, with view of the Ocean and the Lagoon, as well as you can see the sun set each nice. The place was so clean and everything in it is very high end. It was safe for our 2 year old which was really nice. The pool and the lagoon are amazing and just so well kept. It was quiet and not crowded. I would stay there again and am planning to return in the fall. I would not stay anywhere else in Oahu as nothing will stand up to their place. They have every beach thing and cooking thing you could possibly think of. The check in staff was great they met us right at the door walked us up to the room and showed us everything. They let us check in 2 hours early so we didn't have to wait the whole day. They have really nice beds very comfortable. they also had high chairs, booster seat, and very nice wheeled ice chest with handles. The couch in the living room has a comfortable hide a bed. My son liked that and he got to hook up his x box and play games in the evening. I have stayed at some really nice places but this by far is the best place I have ever been at. There is nothing I can think of that was not perfect.

We returned this weekend from ten days with our two children aged 25 and 28 joining us for part of our stay. Condo was perfect, very smooth check-in thanks to Michael. View was amazing, kitchen was well outfitted, everything was perfectly clean, and we all commented how amazingly comfortable the beds were. Our kids are fitness freaks, and loved the fact that they could run daily on the wide boardwalks, 5km end to end. Beaches were spotless, sand bottom, shallow entrance so great for small kids to play on the beach. Pool bar was great, (say hi to Marci, ask for a Ko Olina Sunset!)Wednesday night live guitarist was great, a young man asked to play and sing one night and was a big hit also! Enjoyed meals at Monkeypods and especially enjoyed Longboards next door, coffee shop and ABC walking distance, so that was great. All in all a great stay all around, kids have been what were we doing a week ago today since we returned, so you know it was great for them also!

Our stay here was fabulous! The luxury of the accommodations and the conveniences in the unit really made our vacation. The room description and pictures don't do the property justice. Our favorite part was the wall of windows that completely recesses into the wall to open the condo to the lanai and the beautiful beach and sunset views. From what we saw of other units, this unit is furnished much more high end than other units in the complex.
This really is a home away from home and the owner has taken care of all your needs. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals, the owner has upgraded the unit with high end electronics and surround sound, and the unit is stocked with everything you need for the beach - coolers, boogie boards, snorkels, toys. There's even an umbrella, which you don't need at the Ko Olina lagoon because of all the shade, but it was great for a day trip to another beach. The only thing we had to purchase was a life vest for our daughter, and it's been added to the beach supplies.
The beds were very comfortable, which isn't always the case with rentals.
Doug was very accommodating and helpful with the reservations, and his on-site management team was responsive and friendly. The one issue we had was addressed within a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. The deposit was returned quickly.
The Beach Villas are definitely the place to stay in Ko Olina. The other hotels and other lagoons are crowded, but not the Beach Villas, it was nice, quite and peaceful. I'm so glad we chose to stay here, and not at one of the other places.
You will need a car if you are staying in Ko Olina. It seems to be 30 - 40 minutes from everywhere, but it is well worth the drive. Be sure to check out the little market in the shopping center. It is surprisingly well stocked and has a small cafe where they make prepared and made to order meals. My husband preferred the coffee over Starbucks (in the Marriott).
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Ko Olina.

We've stayed at Ko Olina Beach Villas two years in a row and had great stays both years. This year was busier than last but still much quieter and more relaxing than other Hawaiian resorts we've stayed at. My kids preferred it to the Disnay Aulani resort next door. The unit is also conveniently located next to a stairwell that leads directly down to the pool - definitely less walking for us once we found that.
This unit worked out great for us. The kitchen is well-appointed with a big fridge suitable for storing enough groceries for a week stay. The beds were very comfortable with light comforters instead of quilts. Each bedroom and the main room had TV's. The wifi worked great. I loved going out on the deck each morning with my coffee and enjoying the view. The locker on the deck included boogie boards and pool toys, so we didn't have to buy our own.
The hosts and Vicki, the woman who checked me in, were very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay at Ko Olina and in this unit again.

We were a bit apprehensive heading to Ko Olina for our first trip to Hawaii as well as as first time users of VRBO. We were not sure what we would find, but right from the start this stay exceeded all of our expectations and it just got better!
We were met by the super friendly Vicky on arrival who warmly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was a problem and we found her to be most helpful with tips and assistance for transport options etc.
When we opened the door we found the property was beautifully presented, in very good condition and most importantly just like the website photos including the views! The big smiles on my wife's face was a very good start :)
Inside everything has been thought of to make this a home away from home for either couples or families. All the necessary cooking utensils were there and importantly there were plenty of plates and glasses to feed our family of 5 along with bowls and containers that were really useful for storing food etc. The oven and cooktops were large and modern and the wine fridge was a lovely touch. My wife now has an expectation that i will be renovating our kitchen to be like Ko Olina!
Bedding was extremely comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms meant no issues with kids stepping over each other etc. TV's in every room made taking a break easy for everyone. I would only suggest some brighter lighting is needed in the second bedroom for those wanting to read in the evenings.
Views from the Lanai were just awesome. Being nearly at the front of the building was fantastic as you could see the water and we loved this time sitting together having a nice cold drink watching the sunsets. We must have taken a hundred photos over the week and couldn't get enough!
The place is equipped with everything a family needs from the kitchen to the beach gear. We made good use of the snorkels sets and my wife and three kids couldn't believe it when we all found ourselves swimming with turtles right out front in the lagoon :)
Overall the property grounds were well maintained and the pools were spectacular. The poolside BBQ's were large and cleaned daily and we made good use of them while having a cocktail at the beach bar!
Staying at Ko Olina was our best holiday ever. We didn't move from the beach and pools for 4 days! It was an awesome place to chill out and relax, made perfect by staying in such a well appointed and beautifully maintained villa.

Perfect vacation over Spring break for my husband and I and our two very active boys (6&8). Such a beautiful condo, clean and very close to everything you'd ever really need on vacation. The view was as good as it gets. The photos of the unit were accurate and even better in person. The owner was helpful in answering all of my questions and Vicki (property manager) was very welcoming and friendly.
We enjoyed our daily walks along the beach, playing and swimming in the peaceful calm lagoon and then cooking our dinner at the Bbq down by the pool. Truly a perfect time for all.

We absolutely loved our vacation. The condo was perfect. Lots of room and great appliances. The hide-away bed was extremely comfortable . It was great having snorkel gear and boogie boards available. The lagoons were fun and perfect for smaller kids. Overall would recommend highly and we would definitely stay here again.

We, two couples, stayed almost three weeks at this Beach Side Villa and enjoyed it very much. It is luxurious and comfortable. It features 2 nice bedrooms each with a bathroom great livingroom and kitchen, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment and utensils, 3 three tv's, wifi and much more. It has a great lanai with beautiful views of the lagoon the ocean and garden and besides this beautiful sunsets.We had a pleasant experience with the owner and staff. The problem with Wifi was solved within an hour!
We had to fly a long time coming from Europe but it was worth it.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ko Olina! We had a family of 6, and there was more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was great and thank you for having basic seasonings provided for when we cooked. We used the BBQ area down by the pool as well...just make sure you are finished by 9pm as they close that area up sharply at that time.
It was an added benefit with the snorkel, beach chairs, and beach towels that you provided for our use down by the lagoon so that we did not have to bring or buy those items...thank you.
We enjoyed not being down by the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and in a more relaxed setting at KoOlina. The kids enjoyed swimming with the turtles and fish in the lagoon and we look forward to coming back to see the beautiful sunsets again.
Your pictures of the unit are exactly as it appears...thank you again for such an enjoyable stay, I just cant tell you how much of an enjoyable, relaxed time we had and your unit was just beautiful and enhanced our stay that much more....what a way to have a great summer vacation and celebrate our sons 15th birthday and daughters 18th!

My family and I had the opportunity to be part of a 20 year family reunion in Oahu. Some of my family members were staying at other hotel/resort properties within Ko Olina. Fortunately, this particular hotel/resort did not have any futher availability and I found this property on VRBO. I reached out to both Doug and Michael and they were very helpful on providing information on their property and I read all of the reviews prior to placing my reservation. When we arrived at Ko Olina we were greeted by Frank Gonzales. He showed us our covered private parking spot and all the amenities of the condo for our 7-day stay. As soon as Frank opened the door, we were all in AWE! I will be honest, the pictures listed for this property do not do it justice. The attention to detail from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were amazing. The best part of the condo was the lanai where the doors completly open and gives you an amazing perspective of the ocean and sunsets. The lagoon was fun for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The pool was amazing as well. Not crowded at all and if you're traveling with a toddler, it's the ideal spot to be with you family. The pool area has stainless steal BBQ's as well. We would BBQ each night and meet new people all the time. Don't worry about convenience either. Costco and Safeway are less than 2 miles up H1. Stock up the condo and you're set for the week. If anyone is considering renting this property, I would highly recommend it. You will not be dissapointed and you will be wanting to book it again for the following year. After the experience that we had, we are already looking to book this property again for next year.
