Loved this condo, especially the location! It’s an easy walk or drive to any of the Kihei and Wailea beaches. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, shampoo/conditioner, and beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and a cooler which was a huge bonus!! The upper pool was very cool with a waterfall, the only downside was that the pool closed at 9pm which felt a little early. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

This place did not disappoint! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Super roomy and had everything you needed for beach days. Location was great. I will definitely stay here again for future trips to Maui!! 🌺

The condo was very clean and appreciated the beach equipment - chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, snorkel gear, coolers, etc.
Loved the Kihei location as it's close to many beaches and great food.
The owner was very responsive to an issue and got it fixed within a day.
We would definitely stay at this condo again if we return to Maui.

Very clean, well-equipped and modern condo. Excellent location. Walking distance to incredible beaches - snorkeled and swam with a turtle for 10 min at Kamaole Beach 3, which was a 5 min walk for us from condo - (we are fit and walk pretty fast). We were grateful that we didn’t stay in one of those big high rise buildings. We loved having breakfast and drinks on both lanais getting to know a beautiful, white bird that visited every am and pm - we called him/her “Clem”...assuming it was the same bird. Ha
We really liked not having to buy a cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella or rent snorkel gear - it was all available and well organized in a big closet in the condo.
Loved the big, well- equipped kitchen where we cooked most of our meals and saved a lot of money eating out.
There’s a sofa pull out bed in the living room that we used as our ‘day bed’ on the only rainy day we had to watch movies (we brought the fire stick) and nap to the beautiful sights and sounds of a Hawaiian rain with the sliding doors open to the gorgeous lush garden.
Appreciated the two bathrooms which were spacious and had great lighting...
Enjoyed the interior decorating and subtle artistic touches that added to our Hawaiian experience (small statues around living room, beautiful, wood dinette table and chairs with pineapples carved into the backs of the chairs, plantation shutters, can lights in kitchen, well chosen paint colors for walls that complemented the decorations.
We really felt at home here!

Yvonne’s condo is just perfect. Everything we needed was here. We didn’t have a car this week so if you’re good with some walking for supplies and keeping it simple then you’re all set! This was a wonderful, quiet and relaxing location. We highly recommend this condo.

This was our first trip to Maui so we didn't know what exactly we were looking for, but we're glad we were able to stay in a central location close to beaches and necessities but in a lushly landscaped and quiet area. The condo has everything we needed, and was very clean and quiet. Pro tip for food in the area: Maui Taco does not disappoint if you get in late and need a bite asap! Loved it!

We absolutely loved our time in this wonderful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and contained everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained. The condo development was well maintained and very quiet. Landscaping was lovely. An excellent place for a couple or a family. The beach is a short walk away as are many restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our emails. Overall we highly recommend this rental.

The property was fantastic for us! It’s in a quieter area at the south end of Kihei Rd. It’s a little bit of a walk into town but you can walk or drive to the restaurants, shops and beaches. The grounds are lush and beautiful, pool and hot tub were great, and the condo was great! It was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, pool and beach items, and was spacious. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There are so many beaches and restaurants in walking distance which was really beneficial to us. The condo was updated and clean - not one speck of dirt! Yvonne was so easy to get ahold of with any questions. I really loved that she gave us so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants and out of the ordinary things to do. When she said the aquarium was worth the trip - she wasn't lying!! My husband and I would definitely stay here again if we are given the opportunity to come back!

Yvonne was one of the most helpful and attentive hosts I've ever had the experience of staying with. Our trip was the first my husband and I have taken since becoming parents (our son is two). Needless to say, we were not entirely sure what to expect. The unit (which includes a bevy of beach equipment) is well located near the beach, Yvonne set up a pack-n-play and gifted our son with a stuffed turtle, she also helped us secure additional child-related rental equipment (stroller, beach wagon), and the pool (particularly the top one) was perfect.
All told, you cannot go wrong with this rental; it is clean, well stocked with living essentials, and set toward the back-middle of the condo complex so that it feels private. The complex is centrally located in Kehei, but not too in the think of things.
For future parents traveling with a toddler for the first time, lessons learned: (1) A stroller and beach wagon were invaluable, if you don't bring them yourself rent them at least one day in advance to avoid the same-day delivery charge; (2) unless you plan on only doing the nearby beaches, definitely rent a car; and (3) after exploring many beaches the one that worked best for a toddler was the small, semi-private beach directly across the street from the complex (next to a boat launch - which sounds strange, I know - but you would not know it when you are on the beach). That beach has almost no waves, the dry sand is shaded almost the entire morning, the rocks that abut the beach on both sides are great for snorkeling and you will almost definitely find sea turtles, and it is a small and private beach easy to relax on while kids play. As strange as it sounds, it was perfect for little ones.

Spacious, comfortable one bedroom, ground floor condo. Grounds are very nicely kept, beautiful flowers, and greeted each morning with the wonderful bird songs of Hawaii. Communication with manager is via e-mail only, no on-site property managers.

Clean and pleasant unit in a secluded area just steps from the upper pool. Beautiful upper pool!! Well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach toys and supplies for a day at the seashore. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole several times in the past, at a unit closer to the beach. We preferred being at the top of the hill at this unit. It's just a few steps away from the tropical pool which we much prefer! It's lovely.
When we are going for exercise as well as beachwalking, we enjoyed starting at our unit and heading to the beach right across the street which connects with several miles of beachfront if you walk toward Wailea.
Our favorite beaches for boogie boarding and swimming are Ulua Beach and Polo Beach, about 5 minutes away by car. We had everything we needed at the condo to take with us (cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats too - but we prefer chairs).
We have visited Maui about 6 times in the past 9 years, and this was the best welcome ever! We arrived late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving and Yvonne offered to go pick up the specific items we wanted for the next day (and endured the Costco masses for us!). She also had a welcome basket of fruit and a bottle of wine for us! She responded in speedy fashion to each email sent both before and during our stay as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and Yvonne's warm hospitality that went above and beyond. We would happily return. Thank you!

We have stayed at Maui Kamaole a number of times. This condo is very nice. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. The unit is in the smallest of the buildings at Maui Kamaole and is thus very quiet. We enjoyed out stay very much.

We loved both Kihei and Maui Kamaole! The unit as well as the development and location were perfect for families! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The location within Kihei was a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but located just across the road from a beach perfect for kids! I would highly recommend this destination!

We had a lovely stay in this Kihei condo. Maui Kamaole is a gorgeous, quite condo complex nicely situated near Kihei and some lovely public beaches. The condo was larger than many we've stayed in on Maui - very clean, quiet, well laid out, and with all the amenities we needed, including a ton of great beach gear! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Maui but also wants a quiet place to retreat to. Yvonne is extremely helpful and responsive and it is obvious that this condo is well loved and maintained. This was a great choice for our family (2 adults, 1 nine year old). We will definitely be back!

The condo is clean, private, and very well stocked with everything from cooking pots and pans, utensils glass ware and beach chairs and beach umbrellas! It even has a convection oven! The Maui Kamaole complex is very nicely maintained and is in a great location close to Wailea but an easy to walk to Kihei!

We will be back next year ... this place is exactly how the photos portray it. The complex is well maintained, everyone was so friendly. The pool areas are terrific and very relaxing. A short walk to the beach, great bbq areas. I could literally go on and on about this place but it's difficult to put into words how perfect this place is. We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Maui Kamaole. It was stocked with everything we needed, including fun beach stuff for the kids - lots of toys for sand castle building, boogie boards, inner tubes. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The appliances were new. Yvonne was great at responding and giving us information on what to do in Maui. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach if you're going with kids so we mostly took the car since we brought a lot of stuff for beach activities. It's close to restaurants and shops.

All equipment in great working order very clean. Where the condo is located it is very quite and great for star gazing which we did each night. We really loved the Condo. If you like you can walk to beach or get behind the apartment and jump in the pool if you like to cool down. The location as well is really nice you are quick by some really nice restaurants like Da Kitchen or our favorite the MonkeyPod. The apartment is really good for family as well. You have wash machine a good equipped kitchen and beach stuff you wouldn't think about when you go to Hawaii from far far away :) If you stay we recommed also to rent the car from them (we did) trough turo.com... nice and easy! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!!!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything was just as described and more! Communications with Yvonne were quick and she was very helpful with any questions I had. Instructions were very clear and we had no issues checking in or out. The condo was spotless and had many things we could use on our beach outings! There are also many kitchen supplies to get you started. We loved cooking on the outside grill which was very close to our lanai and we loved being able to cook our meals in the kitchen as well. The bed was very comfortable and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. The property itself is very well maintained and located very close to the beach. We really wish we stayed longer than 8 days! I would definitely recommend Yvonne's condo and would consider staying here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Bill and Yvonne's condo. The condo is very neat, clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. (we like to cook in and so we really appreciated this). It is also nicely decorated and in a quiet location. We enjoyed walking into Kihei every morning for our coffee. The complex is very well maintained with nice landscaping. We have already made our reservations for next year!

We have stayed at this property a number of times and will be there again next year. Yvonne and Bill are a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent service in responding to emails on questions we may have. The unit is very clean and is very quite, we like to think this is our home away from home and treat as such. We have been coming to Maui for 13 years and cannot say enough about this property, certainly recommend this property to friends and family.
There is nothing to dislike about Maui in our opinion. Yvonne and Bill thank thank you for letting us once again stay at your property, if is also great knowing the parking stall, coming into a well stocked unit. Cannot wait until next year for another 23 days of fun and relaxation.

This condo is in a wonderful location yet is quiet and very clean.
We made a Costco run on our way from the airport. What we should have done is see what was available at the condo and then made the Costco run. There were things like coffee/tea and cooking spray that we need not have purchased. I would think that this stash just keeps growing.
The condo is close to restaurants and groceries. To be recommended are Three's and Five Palms. Dinner at Five Palms (walking distance)with the sun setting in the background is a great memory. Waiter Brian Burns, a transplant from the mainland, was very helpful. I would take his advice to read "Maui Revealed" (used on Amazon for $0.01) before you arrive, if this is your first visit to the island. There's a copy of it at the condo. The bistro at the Grand Wailea wasn't all it was made out to be. We have avid runners in the family that had to get up early before the sun got too hot. The beach is walking distance and the boat slip is nearby.
We rented a car from Al West's Maui Vans (recommended by the owners) and that worked out well for us. Be aware that there is a clause in their rental contract that does not cover driving the car up the mountain to the volcano since if it overheats and they have to come get you, you'll get hit with all kinds of extra charges. This trip was on my wife's bucket list item for her 50th birthday and we created wonderful memories - paragliding, ziplining, surfing and snorkeling.
We had a wonderful time and would rent from the owners of this condo again for our next visit. We also received by mail some things that my wife had forgotten there - talk about service!

We had a lovely experience in this rental condo! It was neat as a pin and so comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the location is convenient to everything. With the Kihei boat ramp across the street, you can take a snorkeling charter without having to drive an hour before dawn. Being so close to the shoreline also made it easy to run out to catch a sunset or for an early morning stroll. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and issues were quickly resolved. The only suggestion I'd have is for the owner to provide the parking spot number in advance in case you arrive out of office hours, since we were stuck driving around at night not knowing what to do. Fortunately, a security person found us and directed us to the right location. I would also recommend providing a note about how to turn on the master bathroom shower, since that was a bit of a mystery (which Yvonne quickly resolved). Overall, this was a first rate accommodation, and I'd highly recommend it!
