Exceptionally clean, nice condo. The view of the golf course is beautiful, the wildlife such as nenes, geckos, mongooses, cattle egrets is amazing. Although no barbecue grill on the lanai, several high-end Weber grills are a short distance away next to the pool. I cooked great ribeyes on one.
Many kitchen utensils provided; beyond the basics.
A couple of small nitpicks: couldn’t adjust the louvres on the master bedroom blinds. Also, noise from unit above—which is just a function of having anyone occupying that unit. I’m sure the management people would have fixed the blinds, but I just left the blinds as they were (mostly closed).

The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet. The location is one of the best parts. We walked to the beach and to the Hilton. The Hilton pass gets you free self parking and a pass to the many pools and lagoon at the resort. Our departure was delayed by a day by the airlines. Resortica Hawaii, the management company, was phenomenal in helping us to stay another day. I would highly recommend this property!!!

This condo was the best! It was in a great location and very walkable to the 2 shopping centers, the ocean, golfing, petroglyphs, the pool, you name it in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Parking is in a single car garage which I recommend you back into. It was very tight for the mini van that we rented. The garage however is great if you have golf clubs or snorkel gear, which we did. The owner even has boogie boards and beach chairs to use - yay!
The condo itself is very pretty, spacious, and well laid out. The living room/kitchen was light and airy, and looked out on the golf course and mountain. The kitchen was really well stocked and we were able to cook everything we wanted. Lots of space for multiple people in the kitchen as well. 2 dining areas that seated 6 (one in, one on the patio). The bedrooms were average sized with comfortable beds. The one bedroom upstairs was huge with a giant bathroom to go with it. There was even plenty of toilet paper and toweling for our stay, and a good stock of pool towels.It was so nice to have every last detail taken care of.

The condo is about 1/2 hour from Kona. It's in a pretty good location for exploring the island. Hilo is about an hour and half away. Honoka'a is closer and worth visiting along with a chocolate farm tour. Plenty of nearby beaches for snorkeling and one right at A- bay. Lava Lava restaurant down by the beach has a great vibe and is worth checking out.

Daughter, Son in law and teenage granddaughter who loved the ocean, swimming pool(s) and walking the petroglyph King's trail. We completed the 1000 pieces puzzle, I thought would be impossible. The kitchen is complete to prepare any meal, BBQ near by. Lanai was ideal to have meals or cocktails and enjoy beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable too.

This rental is in a great location, perfect to walk to shops and restaurants and on a beautiful golf course. I’ve stayed in lots of rentals and this was by far the best equipped unit. Cook ware, spices, beach supplies, it had everything we could want. We had a glitch with the oven the first night but the next day we were brought a large toaster oven and that worked great. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

They are in need of a first aid kit, but luckily there is a store right across the street that we were able to go get a few things from so it was no problem.

This unit needs updating and really needs a touch of care. It is basically clean and safe. Near pool and fitness center.
No blanket on master bed. Just a sheet and spread. No products to clean counters etc.kitchen adequately stocked except no large plastic glasses to take to the pool. A
problem with wifi was quickly fixed by Vacasa. Vacasa is responsive. Owners need to care more.

I booked N34 (2br/2ba + loft) for my friend and I for 6 days so we could play golf and relax in a spacious townhome. We prefer a condo / townhome versus a hotel room because it gives us more space and flexibility at a comparable or even lower cost. We like to cook some meals and choose a property with a variety of restaurants, casual and fine dining, within a reasonable proximity to our unit. Unit N34 fit the bill.
We liked the layout of this unit; it's location, being close to two shopping centers. The unit was well furnished and the bathrooms were clean. The master b/r had a king-sized poster bed; the 2nd b/r had two twins, and the loft held another king. There was ample closet space and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and towels.
The only nitpicks from us were: 1) it felt like there was grit on the wood floors so we couldn't walk barefoot; 2) being restricted to parking in a visitor stall could have been problematic; the closest ones are by the next building over (M); and, 3) the lack of closet space for the loft.
I have to compliment the management (South Kohala) ... we had to extend our stay by a day (due to an emergency) and they came through for us over a weekend. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Bonus was having two rooms with King size beds. We had quick responses to an issues we had which were not much. We recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing Hawaiian vacation. The location of condo is great. Very close to shopping and ocean. Short walk to beach close to Marriott. Love that the queens and kings shops are walking distance. The owner seems very friendly and very receptive. The condo is sufficient and has all we needed. Love the little extras like few common medicines, bug spray, sun screens, soaps and towels and extra sheets. The only thing I might add is a dust pan and maybe some new pots and pans. We really enjoyed this stay, sitting out on the balcony with a the view to the golf course was excellent. Very nice kitchen space, living room and dining area. We ran the AC as needed during the day, and the trade winds kept the place cool at night. Everything was also very close by including the kings and queens shops, lava lava beach club and the Hilton. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved staying in Richard's condo! We had 2 small children and 4 adults, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We worked with Bennett for anything we needed and we got quick responses, including setting up a pack n play. The condo has every amenity you can think of, including lots of awesome beach supplies! It was a short walk to both the King's and Queen's shops and good restaurants. The pool was also just 2 buildings away that we utilized quite a bit. We had a great time on our vacation, and would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic, the property is well maintained, our kids loved the pool. Location was pretty central to everything, but you need a car. The only downside is there were a lot of little cockroaches running around the kitchen area, which is somewhat expected in tropical destinations.

Comfy beds, upgraded kitchen and baths have everything you need for a terrific stay. We cooked for ourselves during our 21 night stay and the kitchen is well appointed. We were a group of six and stayed here for 2 weeks and had an amazing time! The owner and property managers were communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The location is great - several great beaches and historical sites within a 20 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked (which was greatly appreciated especially for our group). The pool and BBQ area is just a short minute or two walk away. There's a closet full of beach accessories: chairs, snorkel gear, towels, etc. As described, it's within walking distance to a couple shopping areas (each that host their own 'island' entertainment weekly - highly recommend both).
The only 'negative' thing was the king size bed in the master bedroom. I personally did not sleep there, but was told the bed wasn't terribly comfortable.
We had a great time exploring the entire island and knew we had a great place to go back to at the end of our day's adventures! Very much recommend!
