Property location was amazing for our family. Spacious, clean, and satisfying every adventure on our list. We walked every morning on an incredible loop to the petroglyphs and then along the beach back to the house. Every evening we walked to the Fairmont to watch the sunset. The beach club is always a relaxing day! The house was well stocked with towels and beach gear. The pool area was clean and the perfect spot for an evening dip. We really enjoyed stay and will be back again.

The condo in The Fairways of Mauna Lani is a beautiful and quiet location. The condo itself is nice and was clean, for the most part. The host has a well-stocked kitchen and recreation closet. The large cooler was helpful when the refrigerator began to fail! There was a lot of anxiety when we discovered the fridge was not working correctly as we had food for meals. The owner was readily available via the VRBO messaging. The next day he had a repairman that came out and told us it was "toast". The owner was finally able to purchase a new fridge and had it delivered the following day. We were without a working fridge for almost 2 full days. Obviously a fridge that dies is something that just happens so no blame on the owner and he did manage to get one in and save the rest of our vacation. We did have a workman show up the first night we arrived to work on the blinds covering the two sliding doors. He semi got them fixed, we just didn't raise the one in the bedroom again and kept the one in the living room open as we used that door frequently. The condo shows some wear and tear and the blinds are definitely one of those items that should be replaced. Might be time for a new coat of paint as some walls were smudgy. Many furniture items showed a lot of wear and tear too. All in all my family was happy with the place, and it was great to have a pack n play & high chair. The pool is beautiful and the private beach is the best.

The renovation on this unit is outstanding. The kitchen tools available were the best of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. This stay was just two of us, but a family of 4 or 6 would be perfectly comfortable here. Kids can be upstairs and parents can have the whole lower level. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is good - few minutes drive to the market and a few more minutes to the beach club. Oh - and the beach equipment available was fantastic.

My family of 6 plus my mother had a great stay here. The condo is right across the street from the pool and the beaches on property were some of our favorites. The beach club has awesome snorkeling and gentle water for the kids. We appreciated all the beach gear in the garage- cooler, chairs, floats, snorkel gear and a wagon to drag it all. The unit also has shampoo, conditioner and soap. Nicole was quick to respond during our stay.

Fairways condo's at Mauna Lani are on the the best places you can stay on the Big Island. Gail's place is very nice. She allowed us to check in a little early upon our arrival which was great except the place wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived so we did end of doing quite a bit of cleaning on our own though it didn't impact our overall experience. Unit is spacious and well equiped with everything you need.

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo on the Big Island. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, offering a lot of privacy, but still close to great restaurants, golf, and beautiful beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub area, and access to the private beach was a huge plus! The owners have truly gone above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need, even things we hadn’t thought to bring. My twin 13 year old daughters and I spent three nights in this fantastic property. Owner is awesome with communication. Place is stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning and going to the beach. Felt like I was staying in a friend's beach home rather than a rental. Two Cal-King beds that are very comfortable. Great location. Beach club is a short drive away and super for snorkeling. Also very close to 49 Black Sand Beach-definitely worth checking out too. Very obvious the owner cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. Easy to give this property five stars. Would love to have the privilege of staying here again.

This was my first time staying on the big island of Hawaii and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is quite spacious (I was only there with my husband) but could easily house two couples comfortably and quiet. The area was very upscale and there were a few shopping malls nearby. The beach club down the road was excellent with plenty of availability of cabanas when we got there ~9 am daily. The only thing that threw me off was the gym - if, like me, you're one of those weird people that likes to hit the gym on vacation I might advise against this here since I learned that the gym on property has a sign-up system for each hour of the day and only one person is allowed to use it at a time (and one guy had signed up for the same time slot every day that would've been the time I used it).

We have never stayed in a rental with such a well-stocked kitchen! It’s a great condo and the owners are also thoughtful about bikes, chairs, an umbrella, wagon and other beach gear. Do be prepared to drive to the beach and the beach club, which is a very nice option as long as you arrive early or hit it right at lunch time when others leave chairs to have lunch. My daughter and I stayed here recently and we loved the property. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze. We really appreciated how welcomed we felt and our host has thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Many thoughtful details and lovely touches. We enjoyed the pool area and the fitness center (sign up ahead of time) and loved the private beach club. Our host also generously allowed us to have a late check out so that we were able to spend one last morning at the beach. An amazing place to stay-we will be back!

While not on the beach, everything about this condo gives you beach vibes. Super clean and well appointed. For us, it felt like everything was brand new with this place. Beds and pillows were great. Location great in the complex - everything on the listing was provided and more. Cleanest place we've stayed in our last 10 times on the island. Only wish ... management company was a little less hawkish about damage. We've never damaged a rental and don't ever intend to... be prepared for strong messaging! Also wish for more beach towels! Would not have been enough if there was more than 2 of us.

The location was perfect- tucked in at the back of the complex, facing the ocean (just beyond the golf course, but you know it’s there ;), in between the Fairmont and Auberge, so you can enjoy a drink or dinner easily at either breathtaking resort, and close to some of the best beaches on the island. Having a beach pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was a must! It was a gem of a beach and so perfect for little kids. The house was immaculate and fully stocked, which we so appreciated if you’re planning on doing some cooking. We really hope to stay here again. We had chosen this location because of its proximity to the beach, the pool, and the local food store. It was a gathering of 6 Hawai’i raised friends from high school celebrating our 60th. It was the absolute best experience even though the weather was extreme due to the tropical storm. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, hung out in the great dining and living room and slept well in the beds. We would all highly recommend this place for family and friend gatherings. The hot tub was an added bonus in the pouring rain!

This townhouse is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The master bath and closet are quite large, as is the main living area. Bed is really comfortable. The A/C is excellent. We cooked about half of our meals over a 12-day stay, and every piece of cooking equipment I needed was there. The beach/pool equipment is plentiful and high quality. It's great having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, one of the best snorkeling locations on the island. It's quiet and peaceful at the Fairways, and we spent a lot of time on the lanai, having meals and reading/relaxing. We had a question about operating the gas grill, and the owner, a really nice person, came over in 2 minutes to show us what to do. I highly recommend this unit.
