An absolutely lovely home, perfectly appointed. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen amazing. We grilled and cooked in most nights. It was surprisingly private and quiet for being in a sixplex, and the view was out back away from other units. Beautiful grounds, with a great pool, and we were a very short drive from anything we needed. There were lots of opportunities around for hikes, beach visits, and shopping. Thank you for hosting us!

Just came back from a wonderful stay on the Big Island. This unit was very nice. One of the most comfortable couches ever. Ample cookware, plate/cups, etc. Various different appliances. Great location. Walked to Fairmont Orchid daily to get coffee. Only used the Mauna Lani Beach Club pass once but a nice perk. Would come back again and highly recommend!

I took my son who just turned 21 and my 23 yo daughter who lives in Seattle for a mom/son/daughter bday celebration to our favorite place. It’s been a few years, but we used to come every year since 2004, as my kids’ dad grew up in the Big Island. Our oldest daughter got cancer and fought for three years before passing at the age of 8. Her last trip a month before she passed was to Mauna Lani, and her she’s are spread out from the rocky point on the golf course, where the Catamaran took us out and we held service for her at sea. So we also got to visit our sweet Savannah while enjoying a lovely stay in your clean and perfectly comfy home. Thank you!

We have stayed in several condos in this development and this was by far the best outfitted and best located of them all. The kitchen had all the cookware and serving items you could imagine. Little touches like ample boxes of tissues, a variety of body lotions and soaps, etc., were so convenient to have. It was nice to have the cooking necessities such as spices, oils, vinegars and the like there. There was snorkeling gear in many sizes, as well as coolers, beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, etc) and ample beach towels. The lanai is very private and perfect for dinner each evening. I highly recommend this condo!

We have stayed in some wonderful places through the years throughout the Hawaiian Islands. And we've enjoyed them all for different things. But this one was stunning from the moment we walked in the door. The tasteful decorations, the thoughtful stocking of the kitchen with every device (working) you could need, the access to the private beach club (with restaurant), the closeness to the Mauna Lani shopping area and of course our Fairways pool area could not be beat! Was a beautiful area. Access to beach was not easy, not really a pedestrian friendly area. This is a “drive to everything” stay. Ready to grill first night of arrival, no propane. Access to additional was not where it was said to be. Day before we left we found out it was in the garage along with beach items for us to use. That would have been nice to know!

We stay at the Mauni Lani resort one and sometimes twice a year and have rented condos in all the neighborhoods. This was by far the best and cleanest furnished condo we have rented. the appliances were all in like new condition. The management company did an excellent job of keeping us informed prior to arrival and departure.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The private beach access was the highlight—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply relaxing by the water. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The complex was peaceful, with a pool and hot tub for extra relaxation.

Short of repeating amenities, I'll confirm they are as stated by the description and the excellent reviews. This property accommodated all the wishes we had for our visit to Hawaiii (we didn't realize the pool was right outside our door). It's close to a number of good restaurants (Halani in particular) and to a good grocery store. To start, Jon was very communicative making the entire booking process easy and it was clear that if we needed anything, he or a representative would be there to assist. The townhome has one of our favorite layouts with upstairs and downstairs lanais which had a variety of seating options to enjoy the warm weather. This thoughtful appointment applied to the rest of the place - we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, toys for the beach, and welcoming surprises to help kickoff our vacation. House is in great condition. Extra points for having some spices on the shelf!! Issues arose and were swiftly taken care of - just a flat tire on a bike. Snorkel gear and beach gear utilized. Moray eel spotted off the Mauna Lani beach! Highly recommend this house.

This is our second stay at the same unit in 2 years. We liked the location, unit layout, and everything they have or are equipped with, such as beach chairs etc. We went out sightseeing/beach during daytime and mostly cooked at the unit in the evening and enjoyed eating at the Lanai. They had everything we needed. We were very happy to stay here and will stay again!

We celebrated a 60th birthday while there. The property was well stocked, spacious and perfectly located near the beach & shopping. We loved the beach club for swimming & snorkeling. Property location was amazing for our family. Spacious, clean, and satisfying every adventure on our list. We walked every morning on an incredible loop to the petroglyphs and then along the beach back to the house. Every evening we walked to the Fairmont to watch the sunset. The beach club is always a relaxing day! The house was well stocked with towels and beach gear. The pool area was clean and the perfect spot for an evening dip. We really enjoyed stay and will be back again.

The property was gorgeous and perfect for our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning. The pool in the complex was larger than expected and rarely busy. We went to the beach club often and enjoyed the calmer water and snorkeling. We would definitely return to this property.

The condo in The Fairways of Mauna Lani is a beautiful and quiet location. The condo itself is nice and was clean, for the most part. The host has a well-stocked kitchen and recreation closet. The large cooler was helpful when the refrigerator began to fail! There was a lot of anxiety when we discovered the fridge was not working correctly as we had food for meals. The owner was readily available via the VRBO messaging. The next day he had a repairman that came out and told us it was "toast". The owner was finally able to purchase a new fridge and had it delivered the following day. We were without a working fridge for almost 2 full days. Obviously a fridge that dies is something that just happens so no blame on the owner and he did manage to get one in and save the rest of our vacation. We did have a workman show up the first night we arrived to work on the blinds covering the two sliding doors. He semi got them fixed, we just didn't raise the one in the bedroom again and kept the one in the living room open as we used that door frequently. The condo shows some wear and tear and the blinds are definitely one of those items that should be replaced. Might be time for a new coat of paint as some walls were smudgy. Many furniture items showed a lot of wear and tear too. All in all my family was happy with the place, and it was great to have a pack n play & high chair. The pool is beautiful and the private beach is the best.

The renovation on this unit is outstanding. The kitchen tools available were the best of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. This stay was just two of us, but a family of 4 or 6 would be perfectly comfortable here. Kids can be upstairs and parents can have the whole lower level. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is good - few minutes drive to the market and a few more minutes to the beach club. Oh - and the beach equipment available was fantastic.
