Wonderful place to stay! Within walking distance of downtown Kona for dining, souvenirs and the waterfront. Close to many grocery stores and Kona coffee! The condo/apartment was supplied with everything we needed for the week including towels, beach chairs, paper towels, laundry and dish soap—even a washer and dryer in the unit. So much more reasonable and comfy than staying at a resort.

The condo had everything we needed for a ten night stay. The location was easy walking into town, quiet at night, and had plenty of room to stretch out. You can tell the owners are very thoughtful about what they included for a vacation there. From beach chairs, an umbrella, to an ice chest, and ice packs in the freezer. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Condo was close to the Kona shopping area. Very walkable. Everything was clean and quiet. We didn’t use the pool but we did take advantage of the grill. Our only hiccup was when we first arrived. Google maps takes you to the gated entrance which you cannot open until you have the gate remote. We could not figure out how to get in until running into some other folks with the same issue. Maybe I missed it but I didn’t see anything about getting around this issue in the check in instructions! Everything after that was great.

It was one of my favorite places to stay in. It was in a prime location that gave you walking access to Ali’i Dr which has plenty of food and shops to explore. Grocery stores were within a 10 minute drive and the parking spot is soooioooo conveniently located by the elevator (bonus: the unit is basically right by the elevator as well). I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in for my first visit to Hawai’i! Highly recommend this place and I’d love to stay here again on my next visit!

The location near downtown Kailua is quiet yet convenient. We traveled easily around the whole island. The top floor condo is exceptionally clean with great views. It is fully equipper and everything works well. Yoga mats were a nice surprise. The owners were very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience.

Stay here!! Everything was extremely clean and a lot of things updated. The beds were comfortable and lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. We spent every morning with our coffee on the deck with an ocean view. There were some beach supplies and even a little cooler. Even some frozen ice packs in the freezer that made our beach trips perfect. AC and fans in every room but the elevator and the room proximity to elevator and the designated parking spot made everything so convenient. Even though it's not right on the beach, it's a quick walk. A quick walk to downtown as well. The elevator and parking spot definitely make up for not being right on the beach especially lugging all your stuff back after a long day. Would definitely stay here every trip to Kona.

The condo is exactly as described, modern and super clean.Walking distance to all the shops in Kona.Well stocked with all the amenities, even beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, pool noodles, ice chest and snorkeling gear. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need to cook meals.There is assigned parking spot in an underground garage close to the elevator.And again, super clean.It does not disappoint.

The property is amazing! The layout of the condo was perfect and the spacious balcony had beautiful sunsets. The entire property worked out wonderfully and we used the pool and bbq area multiple times. Its in a great location for morning walks and is the perfect distance to the ocean front restaurants and shops. We would most definitely stay here again.

Our 1st trip to the big island, celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and recent retirement. The Seaview condo could not have been more perfect. The location is awesome, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. And the view of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. After a day of site seeing, it was nice to have a welcoming and relaxed place to come home too. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. On our next trip to Hawaii, we hope to make The Seaview our home away from home. This property has been well reviewed by others. To add, I'd share that the bed has been replaced since the time of a poor review, and is very comfortable. There are some much appreciated amenities like a beach bag, washing machine pods, starter coffee, used shopping bags, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and enough toilet paper for the week. To make my review 5 star would take an upgrade to the noisy, inadequate AC unit (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper), fixing the blinds, cleaning the area rugs (stained), a good deep clean (black marks on walls) and repaint (one wall in bedroom looked repaired, and had primer on it). I'd suggest the owner have a maintenance checklist for the cleaners including being sure lights are working. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they generously answered questions ahead of the stay. Ed responded quickly to a missing overhead light remote and replacing a lamp bulb. Maholo

Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and the water. Management company was great at communication. A little gift bag with local goodies, water and some extras was left for us. Our stay went well. We attempted to speak with someone in the office several times, but never found anyone available. We had parked a vehicle in guest parking more than 2 hours and had tried to speak with someone in the office, but there was never anyone there. It was a holiday weekend and had family park in the spot for 2 days. This was our mistake, but then we were approached by a man pointing and yelling at us. He never identified who he was and yelled at us for parking in guest parking more than 2 hours. We tried to explain that we couldn't find anyone in the office, but he wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. He yelled at us and said to read the note, we said there was no note on the car to call anyone. I called the management company and spoke with Ozzie and explained. Told her to review their property cameras to see how unprofessional he was. She said I would receive an email with the complaint, but he was on the Board. I will never recommend this condo, Kona Pacific. I was born and raised in Kona, the aloha spirit does not exist there. We've stayed at many other condo's and homes in the area, but will never suggest this condo.

We looked at multiple places to stay and chose this condo as it was close to shopping and dining. My wife and I celebrated our 34 yr anniversary and were nothing but elated with this place. The condo was immaculately clean , well furnished, easy to find and the private parking spot was very nice and accessible. Gina was wonderful to communicate with and responded promptly. The condo is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants as well as minutes from the airport. You have a great view and literally the lani is situated where neighbors are not visible and as such you are not visible to them, talk about feeling like your own private retreat! Well, the property was a little less than our standard accommodations in the mainland of the US. I was very surprised not to have central air conditioning and to have small air conditioning units in every room for that to be said it was a very adequate property. I guess we are not there just for the room. The home was located very close to down And the views were OK mostly obstructed but OK. The property maintenance was OK at best the pool condition had algae growing and grass growing out of the tiles. All I can say is Adequate At best. Again, we weren’t there for the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The TV service is OK but location and property essentially located very good thank you again. We enjoyed our trip.

The property was lovely. But getting into and out of the designated parking space was tricky, if you did not have a small car. We rented a full size car and getting it into. the parking space in their garage was not easy. I was laways worried that I was going to scrape the rental car doors on the lartge posts that you had to navigae to get into and out of the small space.
The unit itself was very nice. We enjoyed that it was close to the downtown restaurant area. It was quite large and well appointed.
