Beautiful/ well layed out condo, bottom/1st floor, loved the lanai/patio location. Separate bedrooms x 2 for couples/opposite ends with full bathrooms/huge showers in each. Was not a fan of kitchen, very small and pots/pans showing their age but was clean. Would stay there again even with the kitchen limitations.

We had family staying in one of the other nearby resorts. This location was a delightful respite from the larger busier locations. Everything had been thought of, bed was comfy. We especially liked all the beach supplies. Made the beach days so fun!

We spent 6 days at this apartment. It was very clean, well maintained property with great accommodations. We had a lovely and relaxing time. Very quiet location.
Property's lanai is north facing so it it was nice and not hot to hang out on it. Lanai is big with a small electrical grill that worked well for us.
Bedrooms have comfy beds and their own TVs that came handy.
Well stocked and labeled kitchen that we used extensively as well.
Living room and dining room have a solid and comfortable furniture. We especially appreciated a large dining table that we used during Thanksgiving dinner.
It was also easy to take a advantage of Hilton Pools Pass which used for several days.
Over all great experience and thank you for making check-out procedure easy... :)

Everything was good once we found the condo in the dark. GPS took us to a different building. Thankfully a neighbor was oit walking and directed us. Would be helpful if there was light shining on building sign.

The condo is a little dated and could use some renovations, but is overall a good place to stay. Great amenities including a pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach and shops. The condo was very clean, but we did find 2 cockroaches inside during our stay.

Fantastic apartment, beautiful inside spaces with luxury furnishings and large tvs, and a large balcony overlooking the pond. Plenty of useful equipment including kitchen and BBQ utensils, beach umbrellas / chairs / towels / floaties, pickelball gear, coolboxs, etc! Couldn't ask for more. Peaceful complex with a gym, tennis courts, and pool / jacuzzi. Approximately a 15-20 minute easy walk to the beach. There is an alehouse next to the complex for food and drinks, and a 10-15 minute walk to more restaurants. Approximately a 30 minute drive to Kona for more activities, and a 15/20 minute drive to some other beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend!

We have been to the Big Island many times and usually stay in Kona. We always go out to Wailoloa a couple of times each trip for the beach, shopping and grocery store there. The condo was quiet, comfortable and in a great location. The gym was great and a great perk of staying there. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as used the bbq for making dinner. We have already decided to stay there again next time.

Was a short walk to the water. The parking was limited if you have more than one vehicle, but not a huge inconvenience. Maintenance was very quick to come fix some minor inconveniences. Would absolutely stay again.

Many comfort accessories, including bathroom amenity kits, fully stocked spice rack, coffee and tea bar as well as welcome mugs, notepad, pen, bathrobes and slippers. Queens and Kings shops and restaurants just up the road with a well stocked Island Market. Beach is calm and good for swimming, very family-friendly. The electric bed was very comfortable. Just beware if you’re arriving after dark, the building names are not illuminated, took us a while to find the right one! No beach towels provided, maybe an oversight? Very good experience, highly recommend.

Kitchen was well appointed. Lanai is wonderful, very spacious and comfortable for meals or relaxing in the shade. Close to restaurants and retail. Pool area is beautiful with a huge hot tub. We had a lovely stay! The owner - Lin was top notch greeted us upon arrival, brought us a wonderful spread of fruit to enjoy, and was always available if we had any questions. The area is a great spot for morning walks down to the water, and location to stores and restaurants was very good. The pool was never to crowded, and at the end of the day the hot tub was great to enjoy!

Very beautiful and very clean suite on the top floor of the building. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, with a huge lanai. Kitchen has everything one could possibly need. Designated parking is directly in front of the building.

My wife and I recently spent an incredible 9 days at The Shores at Waikoloa, and we couldn't be more impressed with our stay at this condo. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a treat. The condo was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully decorated, with an added bonus of beautiful island art/photographs on the walls throughout the condo. The views out the back windows of Mt. Mauna Kea and the island are spectacular, especially in the morning when the sun began to rise behind the mountain!
One of the standout experiences of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Britney, the property manager. She was very responsive to a few questions we had, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.
This property is an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and explore the Big Island of Hawaii. The nearby shops, restaurants, and beach made this unit a perfect location.
We will definitely return to this condo when we next visit the Big Island, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot!

Wasn't able to book a room in the conference block at the Hilton and found this listing instead; worked out perfectly. It's a short walk to the hotel and much quieter (plus for me at least it gave a nice break from having to interact with fellow conference attendees). Spacious, clean, easy check in and out. I didn't really need the kitchen or patio but it would be a great spot for a group.

Appreciated that many necessary items (soap, towels, paper towels, dish soap) were provided which is not always the case in these rental properties.
The property otherwise was as pictured and described. There was one odd communication from property manager about having a plumber come in that we responded to but then never got a response on.

This is our second stay at this condo. On our first stay we were not only impressed with the condo, but even more the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner.
Like the first visit, Lin placed a plate of fresh fruit from her own farm in the kitchen to greet us. We even visited her farm and met Lin and her husband.
When we decided to go to Hawaii this time we immediately reserved this condo without even considering any others because we knew we would be happy with it and the host as well.
One has to be nit picking to find fault with this condo.
If we return to Hawaii again we will looking at this condo again. Thanks Lin!

Loved the condo. The wrap around lanai is excellent. Both bedrooms have access to bathrooms from inside the bedrooms. The washer/dryer is a plus as is the AC. Very much enjoyed our stay. Luckily the pass to the Hilton allowed us access to pools as the condo pool was under construction.

I wanted to stay in a place that was slightly larger and more luxurious than i normally would stay at. The Shores Villa 1 didn't disappoint! I was impressed with the location and the style of the Villa. Didn't have to buy any sundries as the Villa was fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper,, etc....I recommend this Villa for those who want luxury with convenience. I will be coming back for my next, 28th Hawaii vacation.

This was my second stay at this unit. Fantastic location close to several great beaches. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with and bbq’s are brand new. The lanai is perfect to enjoy breakfast and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Kerri is very accommodating and communicates well before and during your stay. This condo is nice. Nothing fancy but good for the price. The bed was comfortable enough. The pans and knives were great. No spices just S&P. The air turns off every 4 hours which was kind of a pain. I asked for more beach towels, there was only 2 and they were kids size. They were very prompt delivering. Vacasa was easy to deal with. Thanks for letting us stay!

Amenities were good in the home, it had everything we needed. An information book would have been nice with direction to beaches, restaurants nearby and approximate distance as we wanted to walk rather than drive. We eventually figured it out but would help in planning.

Complex exterior was being repainted but it was a minor disturbance. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Would highly recommend and will be back for sure!
