Overall, this was a condo that had the whole family saying WOW!! Really a gorgeous condo with all that you may need for your stay. It included pool/beach towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, plastic and glass containers, beautiful new appliances and furniture, lovely paintings and art, lovely outdoor lanai’s. So much I can not type it all but close to shops and restaurants and groceries. Bringing flash lights can be helpful for walking out sun safe area. I wish they provided coffee filters though. Pans were scratched up but that is to be expected I guess. Overall a fantastic experience!

Sylvia’s Vista Waikoloa was amazing. Having two primary rooms with attached bathrooms was so convenient for my husband and I and our adult son. The beds were super comfortable. Everything in the condo is high quality from the bedding to the towels to the decor. Would highly recommend and will stay again. The location can’t be beat.

We love the Vista, it is such a huge part of our family and the story of us! We love this place so much being able to wake up and have coffee on the balcony looking at the volcano and the water! We find so much peace on the islands and the vista just feels like our second home, we love the quiet and the tranquility of the entire property it has been and will always continue to be our place to rest and reset on all our family vacations!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Reg and Susan's condo and would absolutely choose to stay here again on a return visit to the Big Island. The condo's amenities of beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and even beach bags to carry our towels and snorkels in made beach days a breeze. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals in-house which was a huge money-saver. We loved the close proximity to the beautiful and heated pool too!

I wish we would have been notified when we booked the rental that they would be painting the exterior of the building. Our front door was taped with plastic, there were ladders in the middle of the pathways, and our windows were covered with plastic. Throughout the day there was considerable noise. Frustrating given the cost of the rental.

Beautiful condo! Very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Favorite things: daily visit from a feral turkey; snorkeling on Beach 69, right nearby; super comfortable beds; and the relaxing trade winds every night. This location is a great jumping off point for exploring the north side of the island.

A little "hiccup" when first arriving, with getting in the front door, but the owners were quick to respond/help. It was very spacious and we had a beautiful view! Nice walk to the beach area. This was our second trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. After extensive research, we chose this condominium in Vista Waikoloa for its location, view, size, and cost. Upon arrival, the room exceeded our expectations, even more impressive than the photos.
The view from the living room was breathtaking, with gentle hills leading to the coast, the sparkling Anaehoomalu Beach, and perfectly placed palm trees creating a serene resort atmosphere. The unique top floor view made us feel we had made the right choice. On the lanai, we were soothed by the sound of rustling palm leaves and birds chirping.
The interior was equally impressive, with elegant and spacious furniture. The sofa, dining table, bed, and bathroom layout were ideal. The tasteful furnishings and Hawaiian-themed decor added to the charm.
We visited various tourist spots on the Big Island during the day but always looked forward to returning to the condominium in the evening. We enjoyed walking to see the luau show at Kings' Shops after dinner and spending leisurely mornings at the nearby beach.
The location was excellent, providing convenience and beauty. Additionally, when minor issues arose, the owner was very responsive via email, ensuring a worry-free experience.
Overall, our stay at Vista Waikoloa exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return to this condominium on our next visit to the Big Island for its perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning views.

Sylvia’s place was exactly as described and a beautiful place we called home for a week. The condo was stocked with everything you could ask for, including a goody basket on arrival! Beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, you name it and it was there. We enjoyed sunsets at the nearby beach and the lanai is simply amazing. Here to see family and friends we found this unit to be the perfect landing spot. Peaceful, spacious and well furnished with beautiful views of Mauna Kea and Kohala. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, with one restaurant/bar, Tropics, just a two minute walk across the golf course. Joe was helpful and communicative. We look forward to returning.

Such a beautiful condo! It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! Perfect location for us and we loved that it was on the ground floor. The lanai was wonderful and we sat out there every morning and enjoyed our coffee. Easy 1 min walk to the pool. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals. We wished we could have stayed longer! Even my family who stayed down the road at the Marriott wished they were staying here instead. We will definitely rent again next time we are on the island. We love the Waikoloa Beach area for its convenience and recreational opportunities. The two bedroom two bath condo property was everything we had hoped for and more. The property was clean, well stocked and spacious. This unit can easily accommodate two couples very comfortably. The kitchen and baths were stocked with many items not usually included, very thoughtful all the way around. The lanai is very large and the views of “A” Bay the the tree canopy from the third floor is just exquisite! The host and property manager were very responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The whole week was relaxing and revitalizing. We will definitely book this property again if we get the opportunity!

Very nice place and location. The condo was fully stocked with anything needed (one of the best stocked VRBO condos we've stayed at). Communication with the owner was very good and very quick to respond. We had issues with the AC working for one of our nights (very hot during our first night as AC wasn't working), but owner was able to get fixed the next day. Overall the place was clean, however, floors were dirty, the bottom of our feet were black after walking around the place during our first day.

Great experience from start to finish. This is thanks to Reg and Susan’s thorough yet simple instructions to access entry into the front gate, parking, parking pass, lock box, etc. that are easily accessible online and they also have them printed once inside the condo.
They have pictures to accompany each step printed if needed and all of their pictures online at booking are exactly what you get once inside.
The condo is well stocked with dishes, utensils, washing detergent and to top it all off they have a closet full of gear for beach, pool, water sports!
I wish nothing but the best for you and your property!

We highly enjoyed our stay at Wai Aloha! It was a quick 10 min walk to A-bay, so nice for sunsets. While the live music was a wonderful welcome at Lava Lava Beach Club, we mostly enjoyed the path around the fishponds (at sunset), and also the coastal foot trail along the water that continues forever in both directions. Having the Queens and Kings Shops nearby was a huge convenience, made for easy dinner plans each night. We also enjoyed running/walking each morning on the winding sidewalks through the entire resort area, as well as the Kings Highway Foot Trail with petroglyph fields - very unique. It is a beautiful area that is well manicured, and everything you need right there!
The condo itself was super comfortable, beautifully decorated (artwork and woods), and well appointed with dishes/appliances, seasonings/spices/condiments, extra personal care items, local books on Hawaii, loads of gear for a day at the beach, etc. We had everything we needed! The king bed was wonderfully comfortable, as were the luxury sheets. The views from the lanais were great, and you don't look directly at anyone else.
Aside from all that, the owner is responsive and very kind, always considerate of your needs/requests. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to soak up a bit more 'Hawaii' on our last day! Thank you so much, and for sharing your beautiful place with us, these memories will stay with us forever!

My partner and I had a great stay. The lanai was without a doubt the highlight of the condo. It's a perfect place to relax that feels private (well isolated from neighbors) and peaceful (green golf course views).
Other nice features were the saltwater pool (quiet and had plenty of shade), and the location (plenty of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and paths).
Place was exactly as pictured with a very generous sized master. Management was responsive, and even let us know in advance about some work being done on a nearby unit (which ended up hardly being noticeable). We would absolutely stay again!

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist)
The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out.
The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions.
We would stay here again.

I've stayed at many VRBO condos, including a couple in Waikoloa and this unit was by far the best! The management company was incredibly responsive before check in, and for a couple of minor things that came up. I loved the spaciousness of the property and the unit was generously spaced and laid out. What made this place truly special is that decor and household items were clearly "owner quality" not just a rental unit. The special touches like motion light at the entry, and kitchen being well stocked really made this an incredible rental. The pool is heated (rare!) and the people were very kind about my 10 year old playing in the pool. We loved being walking distance to the Marriott and Hilton for restaurants. Overall, I literally could not say enough good things. Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

A heading that refers to golf and shopping doesn’t do this unit justice. It should be entitled something like SPECTACULAR VOLCANO VIEWS AND A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. Clear mornings you can see the crest of the Kohala Mountains, and the peaks of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and (mostly obstructed) Hualalai! Less than 10 minutes walk in the other direction and you can be swimming in the ocean. The unit is spacious, well furnished, well stocked and just an all around delight. The AC works just fine, especially if you turn it off an hour or so after sunset, open the windows and doors, and let the cool evening breezes do the heavy lifting (we were there in May with almost summer temps). If there were once problems with the master bed or things being in poor condition, those problems have been resolved. Next time on the Kohala Coast this will be the first place we try to book.
