Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice pool and spa, condo was fantastic. We loved sitting on the back patio evenings and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. Walking distance to shops, A-Bay beach and great golfing! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!

Our team stayed at the house instead of the Marriott. The house is a short walk down the street on a golf course and very affordable. The pool area is across the street and very well kept. The house is extremely well furnished with everything you need to cook your meals and feel right at home.

This condo is in the best location!! Right across from Queen's Market as you enter the Waikoloa Beach area. And it's on hole 3 of the Lakes Course of the Waikoloa Golf Course. We couldn't be happier with our stay here. Ignore any of the older reviews that say negative things about charged for every little item, etc. Those must apply to old management/ownership. This is a great condo.

This condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to shopping, beach and other activities. Having access to a garage was great. It’s well furnished and maintained with a well equipped kitchen and patio grill area. The host is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Amy's condo was everything we could have wanted-very convenient to Kona Airport & in bustling Waikoloa with multiple shopping, beach options & restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, had all the items you need & the BBQ on the deck was so nice-we loved having morning coffee out there watching the golfers. The pools were great & we hot tubbed several times. She provided beach gear & coolers in the garage-what a convenience. We found a pickleball club down in Kona, walked to Anaeho'omalua Bay for sunsets, went ziplining at the Umauma Experience & hiked the Kilauea Iki trail at Volcano National Park. We also did the challenging hike to the Captain Cook Monument & saw there was great snorkeling at the end in Kealakekua Bay. We absolutely loved our stay at this top-floor condo & we'll be as soon as possible! Thanks Amy!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days during our honeymoon in Hawaii. There were plenty of supplies provided for us; dishes, mugs, towels, etc. For two people this was more than enough space. We really enjoyed the deck where we enjoyed our breakfast each day while we planned the days adventures!

Reviewer Comments: The Pros: The 3rd floor unit itself was quiet and decorated nicely with high end upgrades, had a lovely big kitchen, had comfortable furnishings (loved the couch), was located right across from Queens Marketplace, had an elevator, and included a wonderful balcony/lanai with outdoor grill overlooking the golf course.The Cons: The unit was not near either pool (long walk) and we never could figure out if there was a workout room in the complex (no map was give, we could not locate one, and staff onsite did not seem to know). On-site staff was not friendly and overly rigid. We parked our car and were taking our luggage to the unit (literally had been there 5 minutes) and when we returned to the car w/ the parking pass and to get the rest of our bags, there was a"ticket" on our windshield giving us a warning for not having a parking pass displayed.But I think that turned me off of the unit completely was that the unit had a Nest thermostat that was locked at 74 by the owner. This would not have been an issue except the Nest thermostat was located in the kitchen/dining room area which stayed cool, the bedrooms are located at the far ends of the unit. It was considerably hot in the bedrooms. My husband, who runs cold and typically sleeps with blankets and his socks, even complained about the heat. I have an autoimmune condition which is exacerbated by being too hot, not to mention I'm in that period of my life where I also get hot flashes, so I felt like I was being boiled alive at night there. I texted the property manager to inquire if it could be lowered a degree or two at night. I was advised they needed to check with the owner. I never heard back, which to me indicates the owner probably never responded to the property manager's inquiry.I understand that owners of condos try to save on costs where they can but this should have been clearly disclosed in their listing. This condo is located right across from the Queen’s Market and central to many great beaches. Hāpuna is our favorite! It was clean and quiet. The pool is very peaceful. Out family enjoyed our stay. We did wish that there was access to beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas and that check out was at 11am which seems to be the standard rather than 10am.

We had eight people and we all slept comfortably. Everyone had a bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and with ample space to have 3 cooks in it. Everything was clean and dusted. The property manager took time to check in on us via text everyday . The check in was a breeze. "Awesome place to stay".

This was our first time on the Big island and all of us enjoyed the comfort of a home to come home to at the end of our adventures. My son is a chef so the patio provided a great place to cook and break bread every day. The local beach was heaven. The access to groceries was a huge plus. Everything you need to stay a few days, a week or a month is provided. We will be back next year!!

Stay was fine, however there were a few issues. We were given a warning ticket for not parking our van in the garage. There were no instructions to do so in the unit. When we opened garage man door it was clear there would be no room for a vehicle our size. Also button to open garage door didn’t work. I had to call management and explain the issue to avoid being fined. The other issue was the WiFi. The sign in information given in the text sent to me did not work.

Michelle was a great host. Her property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. It was an easy drive from the airport to Waikoloa Beach Villas. The entrance and drive to the unit was similar to driving into a botanical garden. The grounds were amazing and the unit itself was impeccably furnished with everything needed and in perfect condition. Everything worked as promised and Michelle was accessible to answer any questions. Our time went by way to fast and we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities at the Villas, but we did go and have a look at the pool and exercise room. Would have been an excellent place to relax, but we were on the go the entire stay. The other great thing about Michelle’s Villa was its location. Many great restaurants and specialty stores within easy walking distance. Hope we have an opportunity to return soon to the island. This will be our number one spot if it’s available.

This property is our go-to when visiting the Big Island. We would rather stay here than with our own family because of all the amenities that are included with booking, the amount of space, a full kitchen, lanai with bbq range, living room, two full bathrooms and in unit laundry. The space is so beautiful, clean and spacious, it’s home away from home. The weather in Waikoloa is sunny and perfect 99% of the time. You’re walking distance to two shopping centers, multiple restaurants and a lil grocery store/market. We stayed in this particular home a few times and have loved every single time. We’ve referred our family and friends to book here and have never had any issues with checking in or out. Communication and customer service has always been a great experience. Thank you for sharing your space with us once again! We’ll be back!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Jo was very nice to work with. Our only complaint was we ended up getting noisy neighbors that were very inconsiderate. There was constant banging noises. There were a few times we actually felt something rattle our floor. We are so used to having mostly quiet stays. . Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Originally planned to stay 3 nights, but we were so comfortable we extended our stay for a 4th night. The garage was great and there was also a pass to park in a stall which was helpful when we had a car and rented motorcyles for a day. Location was perfect! We walked across the street to the Queens Shops for breafast at Island Gourmet and to the kings shops for shopping and rentals.. i would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! Also the king bedspread was super comf.

The property was the perfect location for our golf club 4 day tournament. Easy access to the great courses as well as walkable market, theater and places to dine in the Waikoloa area. This unit was ready ahead of our scheduled check in time and provided all the comforts of home. Amy was so easy to communicate with. Hard to beat the combination of this units location, square footage, and price. The unit could use a some general maintenance. The carpets are badly in need of a good steam cleaning, or replacement. Guest bedroom light switch was broken. Other room lights were out. Missing bedroom sun blind, and garage key fob. Which got to be a little annoying.

It has two bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen and living room. The condo is located just steps from the pool. Another bonus is its proximity to both the Queen's Market Place and the King's Market Place. Both are within walking distances. This property comes with a garage filled with all kinds of beach paraphernalia. The only thing I would want the owner(s) to change is the carpets. I let Michelle, the property manager know about the conditions of the carpets, and she will encourage the owners to either install new carpeting throughout the condo, or perhaps tiles.

It is a five minute walk to the stores and restaurants of the Queens Shops. It is just off the third tee of The Lakes Golf Course. We had a couple of questions, and the management staff was very responsive. All of the reviews for this unit are rave reviews, and it is easy to see why. We would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area many times, and this unit is situated very close to to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. This makes shopping and dining very easy, a quick walk across the street. The unit was clean and spacious, with a good size lanai with a built-in BBQ grill. We would definitely stay here again!

Could not have made a better choice! We had plenty of room to spread out and work at the dining table and on the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen spacious,and the master bathroon is huge! Easy walk to both shopping areas with restaurants and gourmet market. One of us even went to the movie theatre one night! Will definitely be back.

The devil is in the details when it comes to a vacation rental, and this property gets them all right. From labels on the drawers and cabinets, to providing absolutely everything you need in the kitchen in abundance, to beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of towels, and everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation, the owner has you covered. Communication from the support staff when a small issue popped up was prompt and their response was immediate. 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough to describe our experience, it was simply fantastic. We'll be back.
