Hard to beat the combination of this units location, square footage, and price. The unit could use a some general maintenance. The carpets are badly in need of a good steam cleaning, or replacement. Guest bedroom light switch was broken. Other room lights were out. Missing bedroom sun blind, and garage key fob. Which got to be a little annoying.

The condo at Waikoloa Beach Villas was well appointed and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. It has two bedrooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen and living room. The condo is located just steps from the pool. Another bonus is its proximity to both the Queen's Market Place and the King's Market Place. Both are within walking distances. This property comes with a garage filled with all kinds of beach paraphernalia. The only thing I would want the owner(s) to change is the carpets. I let Michelle, the property manager know about the conditions of the carpets, and she will encourage the owners to either install new carpeting throughout the condo, or perhaps tiles.

Unit O2 is a beautifully decorated and well-equipped condo. Everything was in excellent condition. It is a five minute walk to the stores and restaurants of the Queens Shops. It is just off the third tee of The Lakes Golf Course. We had a couple of questions, and the management staff was very responsive. All of the reviews for this unit are rave reviews, and it is easy to see why. We would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area many times, and this unit is situated very close to to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. This makes shopping and dining very easy, a quick walk across the street. The unit was clean and spacious, with a good size lanai with a built-in BBQ grill. We would definitely stay here again!

I attended a conference at the Hilton with a colleague and rather than get two hotel rooms we chose this condo. Could not have made a better choice! We had plenty of room to spread out and work at the dining table and on the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen spacious,and the master bathroon is huge! Easy walk to both shopping areas with restaurants and gourmet market. One of us even went to the movie theatre one night! Will definitely be back.

Three of us stayed at the unit and it was more that we could have asked for. The unit and patio were very clean and the unit was very well supplied with all you could need for a wonderful stay. The garage had all you need for the beach including boogie boards chairs umbrellas pull carts snorkel gear and coolers. The devil is in the details when it comes to a vacation rental, and this property gets them all right. From labels on the drawers and cabinets, to providing absolutely everything you need in the kitchen in abundance, to beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of towels, and everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation, the owner has you covered. Communication from the support staff when a small issue popped up was prompt and their response was immediate. 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough to describe our experience, it was simply fantastic. We'll be back.

I wasn’t sure at first but the location at the end close to the service road is great, private and minimal to no traffic impact. Checking in and communicating with management was excellent, and a bonus to park in the garage.
Garage had ample but very used beach chairs and golf clubs, and there is some toys we did not use, but there. Inside the front door are coolers and some more beach stuff, although a bit is sketchy.
The home was spacious but beds were iffy, pillows flat. Basement bedroom got HOT, and dropping the temp got it too cool upstairs where the control was.
Home was tired but typical Hawai’i style. Table space was plenty but the couch is going down to threads, to the point it’s embarrassing. Kitchen supply is good, very happy they had dish and laundry soap for the duration, that’s always a plus. No tupperware like others said, it seems to get removed, and we left ours anyway. Bbq on the lanai is very handy, propane full. Main bath was run down pretty bad, but others ok
It was a decent rental, all things you’d expect to get, like a little ant battle when we got there, they liked the fact there was lots of debris under the main carpet which wasn’t clean.
I would rent again if it wasn’t pricey, but not maintained well enough To be more than average.

This is a beautiful condo in a stunning location. It was so easy to get around the island from this property, and had convenient access to shopping and restaurants. We loved being able to take morning walks down to the beach, as well as an evening swim at the pool. We also really appreciate having all the beach gear readily available to us. My mom and I enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is our second time to Waikoloa Beach and this condo was better located in the area than when we stayed at The Shores. This unit is also well situated in the complex close to the pool. Condo was Walkable to everything! Unit was clean and very well stocked (great beach set up, lots of towels, good variety of kitchen appliances). Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and not able to be fixed during our stay and The guest bathroom sink did not drain.either. But otherwise It was good stay!

We found this to be an ideal location to be on the island as it is close to top beaches, golf courses, and shopping. This property more than comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults. This was our first vacation on the Big Island. We weren’t sure what to expect, other than what we read in the property description and saw in the property pictures.
Well, this condo came as advertised and certainly deserves its 10/10 review. The barbecue was great, the supplies were plentiful, the setting and view of the golf course was outstanding, and after we spent time at 6 beaches, we always finished our day back on the property in the pool.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances, and the large appliances also worked very well.
Overall, the condo exceeded our expectations and
we can’t wait to come back in 2025!

The condo was great for our family of 3 with plenty of extra room. 4/5 cleanliness was only because carpet & countertops & outdoor grill are a bit outdated but as far as the hosts are concerned it was completely set up and ready upon our arrival with fresh linens, plenty of towels, extra clean sheets etc. The garage was a great feature as was the passes to Hilton pool. My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here in this condo. We are so happy that we chose this unit as it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and perfect!! Unit was clean and quiet so that we were able to actually relax with no worries of noise. Unit was walking distance to the shops and restaurants across the street and located near the pool. Kitchen was large and had all appliances and kitchenware, lots of towles for use and our own BBQ grill on the lanai. The views off the lanai and grounds of condo were well kept and nicely landscaped. Instructions and communication was great. We would love to stay here again. Mahalo!!

Our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa C2 helped make our two week vacation to the big island this August not only comfortable but memorable! The home was very clean, spacious, and supplied with absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated access to all of the beach gear in the garage and the pool was wonderful for both daytime and evening swims. Everyone in our family commented how comfortable the beds were and enjoyed quiet sleeps. The location was fantastic for walking distance to shops, beaches and pathways. While traveling around the island, we found out how many different climate zones there are and realized that Waikoloa is in an ideal sunny zone with very little rain. Stacy, our on island contact was accessible and wonderful to communicate with, we felt well taken care of! We would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking again next time we visit

We have stayed 4 times in the Waikoloa area, and this was the best condo we’ve stayed at. The condo was in excellent shape, the third floor location gave an excellent view of the patio. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you need. The garage had everything you need for the beach, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. The golf discount was great, our whole family got to play a round. Don and Cheryl were very responsive and excellent hosts. I would give this above 5 stars if possible.

As we walked into the Waikoloa Beach Villa I2 for the first time, I literally said aloud "This is wonderful!" And it was for the entire two weeks we staid.
The parental suite is beautiful with ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom. I would be remise not to mention the bidet toilet (might be a weird thing to mention, but it was awesome). Note that this part of Hawaii has hard water, so be aware the soap lathers differently. Also, the shower head isn't detachable from the wall. For those of you of average height, this shouldn't be a problem. For those of us who are vertically challenged, it was still doable.
The condo is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap, etc. Moreover, there is a convenient storage closet on the lanai where all the beach gear is kept. You'll find two beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We had morning coffee on the lanai each day and got to hear the birds, mongoose and the greenskeepers who sing as they drive by! They even wave at you and wish you a good morning.
The Beach Villas are just across the street from shopping which has everything you might need: a high-end grocery store, shopping, cinema, restaurants, etc. It's also super close to beaches such as A-Bay, Kua Bay, Hapuna, Beach 69, Mauna Kea (which was our favourite). Also a close drive to Waimea for restaurants.

Property was in a great location, fully stocked and very clean. Plenty of chairs and beach items for use as well as beach towels. Furniture overall was very weird and uncomfortable. There was so much furniture on the balcony you could not move around. View is partly of the gas station across the road. Not a huge deal but we received a text after we arrived that the water was going to be shut off for an entire day. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Overall pretty good

After a long day snorkeling and hiking just drive back and park in their garage right in front of the condo. The owners put so much consideration to their beautiful place! I was surprised at how spacious it was! Our bedroom overlooked the pool area, without being too close. The loft had nice views in both directions. We loved stargazing from the hot tub and swimming in the pool with the rocks and garden setting. We found the location convenient. Great stay!

My little family of 5 enjoyed our recent 3 night stay. The property location is perfect in many ways. The community pool and fitness room is a short 1 minute walk from the property. The property is also conveniently located right across the street from the Queen's Shops (which has a movie theatre, various restaurants, Starbucks and local boutiques). The property manager communicated quickly to my messages and was very thorough about the details of our stay. The unit was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. We will definitely consider staying here again in the near future! It was a perfect staycation for our family's end of summer break! :o)
