My husband and I spent 8 wonderful days with our 3 young adult sons here. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The views were great, we spent a lot of the time on the balcony watching the sky, sunset, golfers and the goats. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything we needed to cook. The grill was great. We bought the resort pass for the week and totally enjoyed spending the days on the beach and by the pool.

Property is amazing with lots of space for both sleeping and entertaining. The pool and outside space is great, and the management company was very easy to deal with. Like others mentioned, there is some noise from the road nearby but that didn't bother us.
The location is a little far north of the downtown Kona/Kailua area, but easy access via the highway. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing! So beautiful inside and the patio was so wonderful to sit during the morning and have coffee with the amazing view. The house was well stocked. We went golfing and used the clubs in the garage which was such a great experience. The communication with both the owner and property manager was great. Thank you for everything. My family and I had a wonderful time at this property, it was clean, it has everything you need, rooms were spacious, beds were very comfy. We love to cook and loved that the kitchen was large and stocked with everything needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, the pool and spa were wonderful, plenty of beach toys as well.

From the beginning the property owner/manager were great to work with...the kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure from which to prepare meals...the home was beautifully and artfully decorated. Wonderful home nestled in the hillside. Excellent pool-side sunset view. Loved that the house didn't face the golf course. Appreciated abundance of towels, decently appointed kitchen and comfy furniture. Bedrooms also offered excellent privacy. Fabulous communication from host. Location meant a fair amount of driving for activities and food, but we know this going in and didn't mind. Made a great basecamp for all of our outings. Would definitely stay here again.

Home is beautiful, perfectly described and exceeded expectations. Our 2 families, + 84 yr old mom stayed here for 6 amazing nights! The home was enjoyed by the whole family, from cartwheels on the plush grass, the sunrise views on short walks, to star gazing almost every night, to the home having everything you could possibly need, easy to find and plenty of it! Our stay at this house was nearly flawless. It is kept up beautifully and the kitchen has anything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard which is so nice if you don't want to be in a hotel pool. The bedrooms are quite spacious as are the bathrooms. They provided laundry detergent and a great washer/dryer set up. There were plenty of extra towels in the linen closet if needed as well as plenty of toilet paper, not just a "starter" amount and the quality was very good. The master bedroom has a desk and printer which can be used if you need it. There was even paper for the printer. I give this house a 10 rating with two suggestions. One - put clocks in the bedrooms on the nightstand Two - there is no full length mirror and for short people you cannot see much of yourself when dressing. Minor details, just suggestions. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

Property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. At the same time it is convenient and family friendly. The villa is very spacious and has lots of room for hanging out as a group, while also providing space for privacy and peace and quiet when you need a break. It was perfect for our group of 6–and three generations. Ocean views are gorgeous and having a Mai Tai on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening was spectacular. This property is spacious and private. The perfect place for multiple families to stay together. The views from the deck and pool are of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the sunset each night in the hot tub. The pool was enough to entertain the kids and for the adults to relax. Was nice to have the hot tub option later in the evening. Getting the settings to work for lights, jets, and temperature was a bit tricky. We had to have the pool service come twice but they were able to reset things and the property manager was responsive.
The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked on the outdoor grill most nights. Comfortable beds, very clean. So convenient to have laundry in the house. We were able to pack light. Outdoor shower was fun and great to use coming back from the beach. In the garage they had beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards, and some snorkeling gear.
Quick drive to the beach, went to hapuna beach state park only 10-15min drive. Parking at Mauna Kea resort fills up pretty fast in the morning. We did not get the amenities package and glad we didn’t waste the money on this. I think there is so much to do without it. We booked a luau and night manta ray snorkel at Mauna Kea and you do not need the package to do this. Would highly recommend these activities. Also zipline and horse back riding in Kohala is only about 30-40 drive north. We spent a day driving to the volcano national park and a couple water falls. Well worth the day trip.

Donna is fantastic. The condo is beautiful, and the view is spectacular. Unfortunately during our stay one of the 2 air conditioners for the condo died, which did make the condo pretty warm in the afternoon. Especially since the trade winds were a bit lower a few days
Unexpected/unavoidable things happen, but Donna was so responsive. She got someone out to look at it right away and when it was clear it wasn't a fixable issue she reached out to us with options right away. Could not have handled the situation better! Her responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Would definitely return!

Location and access to the beach was first rate. Sadly the outdoor kitchen appliances needed repairs or replacement. BBQing was very difficult with only 2 of 6 burners working. Deck refrigerator ran constantly with no cooling.

This was our second stay at this property. We are a family of 6 and had my parents join us. This property is perfect for our needs. Had everything and more we could want and is wonderfully maintained. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and a pack and play for our toddler. The owners were super responsive and when we did have one small issue, the property manager was prompt to respond and made himself available in no time. We absolutely love this location and the amenities and our favorite part is taking advantage of the hotels nearby. We get to enjoy the beaches, beautiful pool but also have plenty of space to relax. Thank you again for another memorable trip to the Big Island, we cannot wait to return once more!

I am leery of vrbos because I am picky and we have had a few bad experiences. This house was great. It had everything we needed. It was clean and had a great set up with 3 bedrooms with attached baths. The pool was great and the hot tub warmed quickly when we wanted to use it. The outdoor lanai was great and we loved the sliding doors to the kitchen/dining space. The kitchen had every utensil or appliance we could have wanted. Great location. We loved using the beach club pass to access the beaches and pools. We spent 6 nights and left to spend three nights on the east side. I wish we would have just booked all our nights here and made the drive.

Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved staying at this condo. It was myself, two brothers and one girlfriend. The condo was great, marvelous views from the lanai, and lovely pool and hot tub area. Patricia, the owner, was great-advising us about one potential issue that was resolved before we actually arrived and always staying in touch. It was a lovely vacation for all of us.
