This lovely condo is perfect for families who want to relax by the pool, enjoy a short walk to the beach (at the Sheraton), or enjoy all that southern Kauai has to offer. The complex only has a few units, so it's quiet and you basically have the pool to yourself most of the time. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in & cook and the "beach closet" has everything you need to go out on adventures! We would come back in a heartbeat!

The condo was great! The oceanfront view was amazing and we saw turtles from the balcony every morning! We didn't do much cooking here but the kitchen seemed sufficiently stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There are towels for the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit came as advertised and reviewed by others. Super clean and easy check in. Easy walk to beach at Sheraton and Shops at Kukui'ula. Loved the private pool for the complex, There are only 6 units and all were full, but it still felt like it you were the only residents. If you read this, book this unit. This unit is located within a quiet 6 unit building. The smaller size condo facility means minimal issues with crowded pool and peaceful mornings and sunsets.
You can’t beat this location. It’s walkable (about 7 minutes) to the Sheraton beach or 5 min drive to the best boogie boarding beach (Brennecke)
House is homey, has all the goodies (sunscreen/boards/watershoes/towels/beach toys), kitchen has everything you could need
Love the removable shower heads for easy post beach showers.
Washer and dryer work great. Note: the dryer does have a loud long signal when done. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off. I don’t think you can.
The views are breath taking. Sunsets shine here.
Does have AC but you can also open the door in the primary bedroom to enjoy the trade winds
Our only thoughts on what could be better: the mattresses and pillows. Nothing compares to your own bed but these beds were very firm. The pillows flat. That aside, we would rebook this house in a heartbeat. If you read all this, I hope you realize what a great unit this is.

Some negatives - lots of noise - all floors inside are hard surface so you hear anyone moving a chair throughout the six-plex; gates for the pool are very noisy as kids come and go with bang, bang, bang; interior doors are all slatted so interior privacy is not there; locals use the road out front for loud music festival each night. Location is beautiful but we will not be returning. Sleep eludes renters. Pool was also closed and dirty.

the listing is very accurate the location is really excellent. Gorgeous Kauai sunsets. One thing to be aware of is all doors have slats and there is no carpet so they house is definitely a bit noisy. With 3 teenagers that would be have been helpful to know ahead of time thinking about sleeping arrangements.

This beautiful property was the perfect place to spend 7 relaxing days on Kauai. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and the path along the beach is just steps away. It would be difficult to find a better location than this intimate six-plex location directly on the ocean with private pool. Complete transaction and stay were seamless and easy. My only wish for this property is to have some more comfortable seating for the Lanai. This is where people want to enjoy this location and standard aluminum chairs are just uncomfortable for relaxing or reading. Still a five star stay!

We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals on the lanai. Lovely furnishings and finishes, comfortable beds, great pillows and towels. Beach chairs, coolers, are all provided. We had a Kona Storm come through with lots of rain, but our accommodations allowed us to make the most of it with the views out to sea. The list of things we loved about this stay goes on and on. The pool, the location, the view, the view, the view. Great communication from the owner with prompt responses and helpful information about the area and things to do all over the island. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

The views of the property were amazing. Alihi Lani 2 was well stocked with any essentials you need for your stay. The boogie boards, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes and umbrella in the cabinet were a nice surprise. The AC in the unit was also a nice touch. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise on the balcony and seeing the sea turtles in the ocean right in front of the condo. The condo is also located walking distance to markets and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Kauai.

I've been in the travel business for 40 years and I have traveled the world. This is one of the best properties I've staying in with an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and views of the turtles each day from our lanai. The interior of the condo is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. They have everything you need. A lot of privacy including on many days a private pool just a few steps from our condo. The reserved parking space is a plus, easy to bring things in and out without climbing stairs. Close walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. We will absolutely return to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Kauai. The management company was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years and have stayed in many properties, my family agreed this was the best one yet.

If you’re looking for oceanside serenity and comfort, look no further than the all access Alihi Lani. The Host communications, cleanliness, location, pool, and sunsets were spectacular. Our young cubs were entertained around the grounds for the entire stay, enjoying short daily walks to the beach and late afternoons poolside right next to our private Lanai. Speaking of the Lanai…one of the most memorable places to enjoy our morning coffee, sunset libations and meals.
We look forward to returning many times to enjoy the properties outstanding allure.

This unit was wonderful! Spectacular views! Super clean, beautiful decor, very well stocked. There was a shelf that had bug spray, sunblock, and toothpaste as well! Showers had shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap. There were plenty of bed linens, pillows, and towels! It really felt like home.
The only reason I knocked down to 4 stars was a more personal preference....making these small changes would make this unit go from Amazing to PERFECT: adding the smaller beach chairs (there were two large camping chairs that we felt were too big for beach lounging so we didn't use them), adding a wagon to supplies closet would be super helpful for the renters! And maybe a more private door to the main bedroom would be nice.
Overall, we would definitely want to stay here again!

We loved watching the turtles every morning while eating breakfast on the patio. Unit is well stocked with all the things you will need. Property managers were easy to get a hold of and helpful. The pool and area around the pool was our absolute favorite - a blast for our kids and nice for us to drink up the view with an ice cold drink in our hands. Really great location - close to restaurants/shopping/great beaches - yet just far enough away from the big resorts so you don’t feel like you are in a crowd.

This condo was perfect for the five of us. The ocean view was excellent, with the best sunsets and views of turtles—plenty of shops near by and a short walk to the Sheraton and the beach. I loved the pool, and most days had it to ourselves.
The locals like to sit on the sea wall and watch the sunset, but all left by the time it was dark. We would definitely come again and stay here.

Had a great time watching turtles from the lanai each morning. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning.
It’s a leisurely walk (less than a mile) to a couple of shopping centers and beaches.
The unit had a good amount of beach gear to use. The beds and the living room furniture were comfortable. Some pads on the outside chairs would be nice but that’s a small thing.
