Unit was clean and well appointed. Loved the large lanai and gorgeous sunrises. Quiet area surrounded by a state park with trails and a beach that goes on for miles. East side is not ideal for swimming/snorkeling but there is a protected swimming area in the park. Great location to explore the island from. Beware the gangs of cats and chckens ;-) and FYI, Kauai roosters cannot tell the time.

This is a great location as it close to the North Island and the South Island. The beach in front is beautiful. With Lydgate park being so close, this is a nice location for families. The unit and complex is very well maintained. The closet full of beach items was fantastic. We used the chairs and cooler very day. The one downside is that there aren't any cushions for the lanai chairs.

This Condo is everything you see in the pictures and much more. The unit has everything you will need for a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all the upgrades done to the unit. The property is very quiet and has a nice pool/BBQ area where we cooked almost every night. We checked into the unit took a quick inventory and then went to the store to stock up for the week. The unit comes with a free Concierge which we used to book our activities. Alexandria was amazing and took care of all the details for us. This location is perfect for traveling either north or south to explore the Island, its very centrally located and 12 minutes from the Airport. The sunrises are perfect every morning directly offshore from this unit as it faces straight west. We will be back and when we do we will book this unit again. We enjoyed many activities while there including hiking, outrigger paddling, a Luau, a Napali Coast cruise and even did some horse back riding. Come enjoy Kauai and make sure you book this unit for your stay.

This was a hard one! The view from the lanai was phenomonal! 5 Stars for that. Location was great w/proximity to the airport, etc and beaches. However, I was disappointed in the unit itself. A little investment to update the very dated, well-used furniture would be nice. Maybe some new, fresh paint on the walls. How about shelves on the 4 brackets just hanging on the wall in the smaller bathroom? Maybe check the mattress/cover on the sofa bed.Yuk! Adjust the squeeky sliding door for the master bedroom closet. And the "fragrance" from the water treatment plant was not always the best (I know, not something you can control!). For the most part, it was clean and it was quiet. Fix some of those things and you have a 5 star unit!

We loved our stay here. The condo was spotless. Wonderfully quiet. Just the sound of waves and island roosters. Our view out the patio was all ocean and palm trees. Very close to anything you need but not a crowded neighborhood. Wonderful beach right out your door. The roads are crowded when getting places, but just give yourself a bit of extra time and all will be well. Working with the property manager was effortless. Got us a new toaster in a couple hours! Would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrived there were no fans on, no windows open so it felt like a sauna inside the condo. We ended up having to communicate to the owner that some fans, garbage disposal outdoor screen door and other things were not working. There was also a cleanliness issue that I had to clean because it was either blood on the bathroom wall or something worse. Either I couldn't leave it there for our week long stay. I did communicate with the owners who live in WA and they did arrange for their manager to come by and fix some things. I shouldn't have to do all this communication on my vacation. Owners did not offer any sort of compensation except a thanks for letting us know. Some things still did not work during our stay. The condo is definitely dated compared so others on the resort. We went and looked a couple that were for sale just cause we were curious.
Overall however the location to the main road was great. Beach access is easy. The condo was supplied with the basics like dishes, pots, pans cups, garbage bags, soaps ect.. Limited views from the patio.

We came to Kauai with a group of friends to celebrate our birthdays. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Each couple having a little wing to themselves. The rooms are far enough from the common space that it made it quiet even when others were conversing in the living room.
The location is perfect - right on Lydgate beach, one of the best on the island.
Loved our stay, would absolutely stay again!

We stayed for one week in November 2024. The condo was so welcoming. It was such a joy to come in and have a light on and the breeze going through with lovely Hawaiian music playing on our arrival. We loved the decorating and having little extras throughout the condo. (Plenty of toilet paper, tissues, starter bath products, kitchen supplies, ice made and a pitcher of cold water in the fridge.)
The communication with the property manager was quick and all information to have a good experience was provided before hand. The directions to the unit were great and very much appreciated. There were some older Kauai guide books in the living area that were very helpful.
The view was absolutely the star of the show here (even though it was nice inside the condo too.) The lanai was private from the other units and was covered. (Rain did come down a few times and we could still sit outside.) Lydgate Park was a very short walk away on a cement sidewalk. We could easily walk there and take a dip in the sheltered lagoon there.
If anyone wonders, there are no restaurants within walking distance but it's only about 10 minutes to the closest ones. We were happy to make that drive to have the calmness of the ocean view before us.

Great location on the island. Walking distance to Lydgate Beach Park,Well maintained, comfortably furnished, well equipped kitchen, grills near by at the pool. Pool is on the small side, but was never crowded. The best feature, however, is the amazing views from both inside and sitting on the patio. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Only drawback is lack of AC. Most days the breeze was adequate to keep it cool and it always cools off after sunset.

Number 311 was good. Everything we needed for a stay was there. The views from the lanai were amazing! There was another block of condos to the side of our view, but not enough to block the beauty of the ocean. While we had everything we needed, the condo needs some repairs and updating to make it truly comfortable. Example: peeling and chipped paint, ripped and rusted curtains, rusted knives, old faded pictures and worn furniture. It was like staying at an older relatives house that is quite dated. Unfortunately, it makes you question how clean everything is just because it is so worn. After reading a number of reviews about the complex and other units, we realized how blessed we were for what we had! Last year we stayed in a unit that was like staying in a luxury hotel. This year, we appreciated the location and all that was provided, but see that it is due for some serious upgrades. It has amazing potential that is not realized.

Our 7 day vacation was wonderful and seamless both arriving and departing. The only issues were the evening indoor heat and daily wet paint in the exterior entrance areas. The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Kate (owner) always made herself available to us.

The property is lovely and in a great location. Steps from the beach although not a beach to swim at. Nice proximity to lots of things we wanted to do. The place is a littler smaller than expected. Especially the bedroom. It felt more like a guest bedroom certainly not a master suite. Very strange and awkward to have the bedroom upfront with the windows looking directly into someone else’s entry way. Kind of annoying to be sleeping feet away from where people are coming and going. The bed itself is not comfortable. No air conditioning do in order to be comfortable you need windows open and fans on, again awkward to have the bedroom so close to the front with windows open. The Condo does get pretty warm with no AC but cooled off decently at night, would prefer AC. The living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable, not good for relaxing after a day of playing on the island. Wish there was a hot tub. Overall a good place, loved the location just some things we did not love.

Our stay at this property was exceptional! It is steps from ocean where we only occasional saw other people! The condo was furnished with everything imaginable, all In good working condition and all exceptionally clean. We felt very safe and secure in the condo community and were welcomed cheerfully by the resident jungle fowl. Communication with the owner was seedless and quick. The location was great for me and my sister. It took about 45min to just over a 1 hr to get to our furthest destinations on the South or North Shore. It was very quiet and not a lot of foot traffic so it was great a spot to return to at the end of a busy day. Easy foot walk to Lydgate beach as well.

The condo is every bit as nice as described on the website. Beautifully remodeled with upscale appliances etc. Chad, the owner, was also very accommodating and good communicator. We had a problem with the bedroom ceiling fan the first night we were there, and I messaged him the following morning, a saturday, and he had someone out there by noon to replace the fan.

Our overall experience in the condo was wonderful. The view from the Lani was outstanding and the state park at each end of the condo resort was a plus for the beachfront walk, close to snorkel pond and watching the sunrise.The condo was clean and furniture was welcoming. With the instructions for the new range in the kitchen it was easy to use and a nice touch. The beds are SOOOOO comfortable!! What a great surprise. There are 2 Pack N Plays in the main hallway closet. If we would’ve know that, we would have left ours at home. There are some Tommy Bahama beach chairs (4) and floaties in the outside storage on the porch. The roosters will wake you at random hours of the night…they are all over the island, you can’t avoid it unless you’re on a resort somewhere. No A/C so just know you will be running fans to keep cool. It was comfortable! Really great place. Enjoy!!
