Small studio but clean and tidy. Goid complex with small pool and on the beach. Bus stops outside from the airport and also to go up to the north shore, goes to Hanalei. Groceries and places to eat across the road, shops around the area too.

It was overall a fine place. 3 out of the 4 beach chairs were damaged. Each had cracks in the metal. So, we had 1 chair. The rooster’s crowing kept us up the first night so we moved into the 2nd bedroom where the AC condenser made a loud noise every few minutes. The place was damp. We tried to set the humidifier on the A/C remote but everything felt damp including the bed linens. The toilet seat lid was broken. The pool code we were given never opened the gate, so we stuck with swimming at the beaches. I feel like this rental was over rated. The island of Kauai was spectacular and we really only ate, showered and slept at the rental unit. Mahalo

We stayed at the condo for 10 days. The pros were that we were centrally located. The property is small but very nice and has ocean access and beautiful views and sunrises. Pros in the condo: extras provided like laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and detergent, coffee and cookies were a great touch! Providing beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler was wonderful to have. It has a ln air conditioning unit in the back of the condo that provided enough coolness for the condo. The main room got a bit warm but had fans to help. Cons: the place needs updating and a good deep cleaning.

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Location is central to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai!

Our unit was absolutely amazing as the location & peaceful views surpassed our expectations. The sound of the ocean waves & feel of the cool breezes gave us the most comfortable & enjoyable experience. We picked this property because of the recently renovated. Not sure what year it was renovated, but it was not in the past couple of years. The carpets are worn, wouldn't say dirty, but stained and worn. The refrigerator was missing the handles, the stove top only worked on the high setting, the washer did not work and hand to be replaced while we were there. The smoke detector went off the last 2 days we were there. Not fun at 5 am. And then it would automatically shut off. No dishwasher liquid stocked. They did bring some the next day. They did have most items you needed stocked ie: garbage bags, laundry detergent, towels, shampoo and body wash and the usual household items. We could never get the a/c to work properly. It was either freezing cold or it would keep shutting off every 10 minutes. We had to contact the management company 4 times about things that were not working or missing. To me that is unacceptable. They never told us before we got there were to park. What was our assigned place. It was a number that didn't even go with the unit. Very poor. And when we contacted them about the washer not turning on. Oh, it wasn't working properly for the past couple of renters. Really. Then why wasn't it replaced before we got there? You do it after we complain and then decide to paint the bathroom too. How about painting after we left. I have had rentals for many years and this is not something I would do to guests. Would I rent here again. NO.

Stayed here with my sisters for a little get away. The unit it is exactly what the online listing post and has everything you need for a little home away from home. It was clean with plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The location is great as well with a supermarket and other local eats walking distance. What I loved about the location as well is that you’re midpoint from south and north shore, and close to the airport! I would definitely recommend this place to people and would stay here again!

I appreciated the location very much. Kapaa is in central Kauai, and made getting to sites easier. Nice sunrises from our deck and even nicer if we walked the bike bath! Condo was well furnished, and we appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, as well as a cooler. Concierge was very helpful in lining up activities.

This is a good place for two people. They had dishes, microwave, towels and most anything you may need. The bed was comfy and the shower has excellent hot water and pressure. The host was quick to respond to our request for extra pillows. ☺️ The beach is right around the back and it’s quiet. The A/c works great and they even have several fans in the room. The property is centrally located for easy walking to shops and food. Ross is right across the street for quick necessities. My only disappointment was the parking. If you’re paying that much you expect to be able to park close by. The parking lot was mostly empty but you will not be able to park there. You have to park under some trees that will leak sap all over your rental car. We winded up having to wash our rental twice that week because we couldn’t see to drive. So a dedicated parking spot up close would have been nice. My other recommendation would be to put a door sealer or pad at the bottom of the front door because there is a huge gap with causes noise and the A/C to leak out. We rolled up a small blanket and placed it under the door but it could be an easy fix. Also adding a cheap electric tea kettle would be amazing. Thanks again!

Clean apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Supermarket is directly across the street, plenty of food trucks are nearby.
Location is very good, as all parts of the island are easy to reach.
The beach of the condo is not really a swimming beach, but that was totally fine for us, as there are so many beautiful beaches to go and the pool works totally great for short cool downs.

We loved our time here! The space was very comfortable, the location was great - in the middle of Kapa'a and walkable. The condo had a lot of extras that weren't listed in the listing which made our stay wonderful! There were beach chairs, a cooler, some snorkeling gear, separate towels for the beach or pool and even a boogie board. We had considered buying or renting a lot of these items but didn't need to. The kitchen had a small stocked spice cabinet and tupperware too.

My family and i, [myself, wife and mother.] The place was easy to find and conveniently located near both local shops and a chain grocery. Our rental unit was the corner unit closet to the beach/water. At approximately 20 feet from eaither doorstep/patio and another 20 or so feet to the water. The constant sounds of ebb and flow waves. Along with a steady breeze the combo of noise made where it was easy to slip into a brief nap inside the unit or outside in the beach side chairs or pool. I had never had such a relaxing vacation stay. The unit has amenities necessary for an extended stay : washer/dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc (check listing for all.) I will be looking to book this unit again, should i get a chance to return to Kauai.

Location is great near shops and restaurants. The property itself is not the nicest view. Furniture uncomfortable and lack of amenities like kitchen spices and beach umbrella. It is safe and good if you plan to be out all tbe tine

We stay on Kaua’i often and we will look for this condo from now on. We love the location in Kapaa where our favorite coffee shop, juice bar, fish deli, and shave ice spots are located. We loved having a washer/dryer and AC at night. The beds were extremely comfortable tempurpedic style mattresses. Communication and date modifications were easy. Great place and host!

This place was such a nice spot for our vacation. Such a cute little unit with an amazing view. One thing to consider is air conditioning. Our unit did not have air conditioning. They do have lots of fans available to use which was really nice. The air conditioning situation didn't bother us at all but if you are someone who needs air conditioning this might be an inconvenience. Also the beach. The walk is super easy and it it right there. Although beautiful it is not quite swimable because of the rocks. It is only minor because swimable areas are available just down the way! such an amazing place it was perfect for my family!!

1. We were not notified that the rental was a private party and that local manager was not supportive of issues2. The mattress needs to be replaced. We had back aches for 2 weeks3. Inadequate outdoor lounge chairs to accommodate the number of guests and no umbrellas to avoid sun burn.4. Unit was filthy and mid stay cleaning only included sheets and towels changing. We had a 1 inch size roach in living area. 5. Locks on screen and sliding door broken.6. Couch cushions were old and ptobided no support7. Tub was slippery and we had to purchase mat so we would not fall. 8. Curtains in living roo, should have tie backs so venting window can circulate air

Great location for full island explore. Wonderful sunrise ocean view. Enjoy the palms blowing in the breeze and waves crashing on the sand. Well equipped kitchen. Responsive property management. Walk to Safeway / abc / Hawaiian shave ice / ice cream / tacos. Repeat booking for sure!

We absolutely loved the condo. Well located in Kapa’a, with all service easily accessible by walking. Just next to the beach, easy to take a coffee during the sunrise, or stay on the lawn chair on the balcony to watch the stars. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve seen on a vacation home. As a family of 3, it the best condo or home we ever rented. The owner was quick to resolve a minor issue and really efficient. We’re giving 5 stars! We had a few extras like the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, bosrds, beach towels, beach mat, parasil and cooler. Everything needed for a beach day.

This property was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Waking up to the peaceful, serene sunrise was priceless. I rented a bike to ride to and from the Coconut Marketplace for breakfast and coffee. The property is perfect, and I would highly recommend staying here. The constant ocean breeze made air conditioning unnecessary. Our host, Vickki, was very accommodating and ensured everything was to our liking.
