We really enjoyed our stay on Kauai at this property. We loved being able to walk out onto the lanai and onto the grounds. There was a small beach where you can swim and also a small protected swim area if you want to be out of the surf.
The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for out visit. It was conveniently located for all of our activities.
I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lae Nani. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The split A/C units were a huge plus! The property grounds were gorgeous and well taken care of. Can't beat the view and location of this unit. Owners were responsive and check in and out instructions were very easy. Only complaint is they did tree trimming around the pool one day and used heavy equipment to clean up, which made it noisy most of the time. It just happened to be the day we planned to stay around the pool. We would definitely come back to Lae Nani and this unit.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The view is fantastic, the grounds are well-kept, and it was not a busy/loud complex. The Kapa’a area has some great dining options nearby and is roughly equidistant from the south shore (Poipu/Waimea area) and the north side (Princeville/Hanalei). Be careful in the shower, as it is slippery. The unit is a bit dated (especially the bathrooms) but most of our week was spent enjoying the outdoors. Overall, a great stay that we don’t regret.

Absolutely stay here if you can. The unit is even better than it looks in the photos. And the units in building 5 are the best in the complex - uninterrupted view of the beautifully maintained grounds and the crashing waves just beyond that. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed is really comfortable. The A/C works great in both the bedroom and the front rooms. You will be walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace which has good food options and touristy shops but we did have a rental car for grocery shopping and exploring the island. As for swimming, the property does have a protected "kiddie" area and a beach with a sand entry. You won't need water shoes but if you go in you should be comfortable with riding out the big swells that break continuously on the rest of the beach. One of the best VRBO units we've stayed in and we travel to Hawaii every year.

The grounds are beautiful, as is the condo we stayed in. We had a stunning view of the ocean, which we enjoyed from our deck overlooking the pool and grounds. Everything was absolutely lovely! The bed is comfortable, both air conditioning units worked wonderfully in both the living room and the bedroom. They were so appreciated when the offshore hurricane made it too windy to leave the windows open.
Our only complaint, which is very small, is that there are only four plates and four dinner forks in the kitchen. There are plenty of cups, glasses, spoons and knives, but having only a limited number of plates and forks became a daily annoyance. We hand washed the forks and bought paper plates so we didn't have to run an almost empty dishwasher every day. This is a luxury condo, and we felt having an adequate supply of dishes should be expected.

Stayed in late August accompanied by a brush with Hurricane Hone. Very humid and warm. No AC (as listed) but two ceiling fans and a portable box fan were somewhat helpful. Unit is dated and is supposedly going to be renovated soon. Some of the fixtures and linens are in need of replacement or not working. Lai Nani Resort has a really nice pool and beach and the whole complex is very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful

This condo was perfect for us and In a great location - midway between Hanalei and Waimea. Amazing! We saw it all.
The beach below the lanai is great for swimming and riding the waves. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils; and there were beach towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear to borrow. Condo is well positioned in the complex. No noise! Really lovely.

Air-conditioned bedroom with a firm king mattress. The kitchen was well appointed and had more than we needed. The property grounds were well cared for and the hosts and onsite office staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or a 5 minute walk to shopping. It was nice to be in the middle between the north and south because we spent time at both sides of the island with very little drive time. The place was very clean, all necessary supplies in the kitchen and for the beach. They supplied beach towel and chairs. The pool was clean and never crowded. The parking was always available and close to the condo. There are AC units in the bedrooms which made for restful nights and it was quiet. If I had to give a suggestion as an area of improvement it would be to have an AC unit in the living room too. It may not be needed all the time but definitely makes it more comfortable when spending time together in that room. Overall it was fantastic and I highly recommend it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kauai!! The condo was PERFECT for us! We appreciated having A/C in the main living room and a separate A/C for the bedroom. The weather was beautiful but it is humid. Being on the East Shore is super convenient. We ate several times next door at Lava Lava! Food, drinks and service were top-notch with live entertainment daily (though ends at 9:00). Kauai is unbelievably gorgeous, with an abundance of beautiful landscape and birds. If nightlife is important to you-Kauai may not be the place for you. Things close up @9/10. We didn't care because our days were so full! One recommendation to anyone: Get the "Revealed Kauai" app!! I truly can not recommend enough. It is GPS guided and it was like we had our own personal tour guide in our car!! FULL of interesting information as well as restaurant and shopping recommendations. We used in addition to the book. We cancelled several tours I had booked once we realized how comprehensive the app was! We could go at our own pace-seeing what was important to us. The condo was a perfect place to come home and wake up to every day!!! We WILL be back!

The location was perfect. It was beautiful. The scenery was magnificent. The conduit itself was nicely appointed. The unit had not been cleaned properly, no hand soaps no tissue icemaker wasn’t working. Had to buy ice trays, stove was filthy as well as the main bathroom, The property manager was notified and responded with a credit to my stay as well as reimbursement for the cost of all the cleaning supplies and Kleenex and hand soap.

This condo was fabulous. It was clean, had a fabulous view and was in a nice are. It was also near shops and a few restaurants though we chose to cook there. They had gas grills so we were able to handle our own meals beautifully. We also loved the chickens! Such a strange thing to love but they were awesome! The only tiny little issue was the floors were not super well insulated so we could hear every step of the family above us. Regardless of that we had a wonderful time and the condo is very well maintained!

Carla replied kindly and quickly to any question I had and made our entire experience wonderful. Her place is beautiful and perfectly located. Ground floor was so nice for my family - 6 adults ages 23-60. Beach and pool were approx a 2 min walk. So conveniently close to stores, bars and restaurants. We booked our trip to HI just a couple of weeks back - first to Kauai and then to the Big Island. We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo on Kauai. The place was impeccable, the grounds were amazing and we absolutely loved the beach right in front of the condo, especially in the morning when you could wade in the tide pool. Proximity to everything is awesome. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves day and night. Our hosts were great and very responsive, checking in to see how things were going. We will definitely book here again!

This condo made us feel like we were on a dream vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, with the keiki beach, the pool and especially with the Coconut Market just 5 minutes away by foot, where you can dine and shop. A 5 minute drive will take you to all the necessities. The few times we stayed and cooked, the kitchen was fully stocked. No AC but never felt the need of it either, with the constant ocean breeze, and the ceiling fans. We slept like babies. Communication with host was easy. I truly wish we had never left. We had such a wonderful stay at Lae Nani! It truly felt like we walked into paradise! The view from the condo was absolutely amazing and the overall grounds were very well kept. You are just steps from the ocean! It is centrally located on the island that allows you to get to any shore in less than a hour. Also, you are walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and groceries. The condo is decorated so beautifully and the kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking appliance and utensil needed. It was hard to leave this bit of paradise and so grateful we had an opportunity to stay there with our family. .

This place is amazing!!! Ralph & Elizabeth, you have an absolutely beautiful place here, especially the grounds of the resort. The pool has a gorgeous view, and the little beach is so perfect for our 3 boys (i.e. tide pool for our 6yo and great boogie boarding waves for our 10-11yo boys). It’s a great location even if you plan to go all over the island, including up to Kalalau Trail in the north and then over to Waimea Canyom to the west. The condo itself is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need. We made great memories here!
