Noisy. Could not sleep due to outdoor noise. Had to call neighborhood patrol most nights about the noise. Property is nice, clean, spacious. There was no shampoo besides 1 bar of soap in each bathroom. Communication was not good between HOA and owner. When we were out HOA person came to do some routine maintenance work. Left the door open don’t know how long. We came back shocked as we had checked the lock several times and it was locked. Property owner told me I left it open not believing what I was saying. This has never happened in my life. Thankfully our stuff did not get stolen.

Great place to stay in a great location on the island! Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities! The house has everything you need for your stay! Our party of 5 was very comfortable here! Would definitely book here again! The host Sharon is great to work with! I left my wallet in the condo and looked all over for it. Sharon contacted me the day we left to let me know their cleaning service found it! I was very relieved!

This was the perfect place to go with my family who hasn't traveled in almost 10 years. Everything was convenient, comfortable and tastefully updated. The grounds outside were beautifully kept. Loved the green belt wandering through the properties, choose your own beach adventure!

We had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We were able to watch the sunrise in the morning over the mountain. Close walk to the beaches. Two pools. The one being maybe a 60 second walk down the path. I had the pool to myself many times or there were maybe 3 or 4 others there. Had a minor issue with the sink but Sharon was quick to respond and the issue solved immediately. Condo was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and even a great book to read. Would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located unit on our favorite part of the Island. Interior was beautiful, clean and spacious. My family of 5 (age 16 and up) felt like there was more than enough room to cook, sleep and simply relax. Our favorite place to hang out was on the huge lanai which had beautiful mountain views! We were walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. There is a closet full of all the beach equipment we needed to enjoy those beach days. We made memories that our family will cherish forever.

Had a great stay in Poipu. The condo unit was very nice and spacious with a well stocked kitchen and beach amenities. The location was amazing, very close to the main roadways and walking distance to walking trails and beaches (15 minutes).
The owners were very communicative prior to the visit, and were quick to answer questions. Overall had a great stay, would absolutely consider staying again.

We go to Poipu and stay in Poipu Kai Resort about every other year - overall was a great place in a great location with excellent communication by the hosts. My only comments are that the sofa bed needs to be updated (rolls into the middle) and the sliding glass door needs to be adjusted as it's very hard to open and close. Otherwise its great and I would certainly stay here again!

Really is what people say. Clean, modern, lovely and quiet. Everyone was to bed early and we hardly noticed the neighbors except to say hello. The pool is a short sidewalk away as if it is in your back yard. There was a blowup mattress that was perfect to assemble for one of our older children. Linens and blankets were easy to find. Didn't have to call for anything.

Large two bedroom accommodations - excellent location - close proximity to trail that goes through resort to the beach, tennis courts, or the Hyatt Resort. Easy check in with electronic access to make it easier for all members to be able to gain access. We enjoyed the extras - boogey boards, chairs, etc. Pool and barbecue close by. Enjoyed our time.

I’ve been to Hawaii many times and this has, without a doubt, the most beautiful and peaceful view of any place we’ve stayed!! The location was perfect- close to the best beaches, restaurants and shopping and we walked to some and drove to others. The condo is lovely and has all the cookware you’d need. If I were to make any improvement, it would be to upgrade the sofa bed to a more comfortable bed. The other beds were great! The owner’s are wonderful and the brochure had so much information about the area- it was easy to navigate and to experience it all. I would definitely go back!!!

We truly enjoyed staying at this property! It had close access to the beach, and we spent every morning going for a walk to the beach where we saw seals, turtles and dolphins. The extra amenities really made a difference. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a huge hit! The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms were spacious. Sharon was communicative and a great host. This property was very nice! Everything was nice and clean and the location was great. Just a short walk to some of the best beaches and the most amazing view of the mountain in the morning. I will say, the unit isn’t super private, that is no fault of the owners, it appears many of the condos had the same issue. The kind of windows used are not sound proof, we could hear everything happening all the time even with the windows closed. Also, the bathroom windows don’t have coverings, they are just frosted glass. In the daytime you can’t see in, but at night you can see into the bathrooms if the light is on in there. Let’s just say we had an interesting view one night from our patio. So just be careful when going to the bathroom when it’s dark outside 😬. Again, this is nothing against the owners at all, we still loved the unit and had a great time, just a heads up for those staying in the area in the future.

I choose this property because I am disabled. This place worked well for me. I used a portable power wheelchair outdoors and a walker inside. There are no grab bars in the shower but it is big so I was able to bring my walker inside the shower for stability. Also no grab bar near the toilet but using the wall and my walker I managed. It wouldn't work if you are completely wheelchair-bound as there is no room beside the toilet. This is an older unit (like most in Poipu) but location and condition are exactly as advertised. Well equipped and quiet.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in this condo! The mountain view was lovely in the morning and night, Poipu Beach is .09 miles away, and there's great places to walk to. The condo itself was spacious and spotless and I really appreciated the prompt communication. We discovered the beach umbrella was broken on our first day and after I texted the manager, a brand new umbrella was delivered to the condo the next day. Really appreciated the cooler, multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. for use, as well as the well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Great stay, we hope to come back!

I always do a great deal of research in selecting a condo/home for us to stay when on vacation. We have rental property that we rent out to guests so I am very particular about certain things. This condo did not disappoint. Sharon provided everything we needed plus extra amenities that made our stay even more special. The communication with her was great! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Kauai. It is in a perfect location. The walks to the Grand Hyatt to watch the sunsets were very nice. The beach is within walkiing distance as well. We saw lots of sea turtles and seals resting on the beach. So much fun! Very nice restaurants are a quick drive away. We would like to stay here again.

Condo could use a little updating but the location is perfect. It’s only a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Poipu beach. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there is a constant sea breeze so you just open up the sliding glass doors to the deck and the place stays cool and comfortable. There are also ceiling fans in every room if the breeze ever stopped. Parking was simple. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the condo and always plenty of spaces available no matter what time of day. Check in and check out was a non issue. The property management company is a 2 minute drive down the road. We arrived after they closed so they both texted and emailed us a key code to a lock box where there was an envelope with our keys. We stopped by to officially check in the next morning and they gave us a second set of keys which was nice. We did not get a chance to use the pool. Although it was small it was steps away from the condo and someone cleaned and maintained it every morning. The condo was fully furnished with all the plates/glasses/towels/etc that you could need. There was even a cooler, beach chair, and two boogie boards available for use. There were plenty of shops and places to eat around the area of poipu and koloah. The property could use a little upkeep as the carpet was a bit worn and the deck and some walls could use some paint, None of it was bad enough to bother us as the place was still clean. Would stay again without doubt.

Location was quiet and felt extremely safe. Loved how close it was to the beaches as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

This place was way nicer than I expected. It was very well kept, very well up to date. The place was very maintained and had all the supplies you needed during your stay. It was awesome to already have detergent there for the washer and dishwasher. This made things very easy. The only issue I had was the door lock. I called the office, and they were able to help me and get it resolved for me right away. Overall, very satisfied.

Our spacious and comfortable home away from home was conveniently located near a number of beautiful beaches (within walking distance) and the Grand Hyatt resort. And a bonus for me, this was the first VRBO that had enough hangers in the closet for me😜. The property was clean and in a good shape. The agent was fabulous, responding very quickly to our questions. The check-in process was seamless. Location was great, pool very close and close to Poipu beach (within walking distance but we ended up driving).
It would be better if an air conditioner can be added to the lower bedroom and proper installation in the upstairs bedroom for a better sleep. Otherwise, there is always a breeze going through the unit. Great unit for family. We enjoyed stating there.

Sharon's condo is spacious, modern and perfect for my family of 5. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gears and a good size cooler. It is very close to the best beaches. On the day before our departure, the maui fire broke out. Sharon reached out to me right away and see if our flight would be impacted. She offered us to stay for free if we need to change our flights. Luckily our flight to the big island wasnt impacted and left on time. Her generosity and thoughfulness is very appreciated. I definitedly will book again when we come back.
