The condo was very clean and super well stocked. I enjoyed the neighborhood and our proximity to all the places I had planned to take our small kids to.
There were some minor issues with the tv and fans, nothing major and the AC throughout was so great!

This rental was perfect for our stay on North Shore with quick access to bars and restaurants in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea. It is very quiet (until the roosters crow in the morning đ), clean and comfortable, but no A/C, so keep that fan running and open up for cross breezes. We made great use of the Foodland membership card to purchase some staples. The fridge, hot plate, and toaster oven were perfect for our cooking needs. Val is very responsive and quick to message. Our nextdoor neighbor Joy was a sweetheart and a great local contact for this rental. The pool was very comfortable and a great way to cool off. Anini Beach was easy to get to, but part of the path is a little steep and wet, so consider that in your footwear getting down there

My wife and I went to Kauai for a week to celebrate our anniversary and my wifeâs birthday. The condo we stayed in was perfect. It was close to numerous things and was very nice to come back to at the end of the day. We spent some time by the pool which was so clean and not many people were there. The air conditioning was a huge plus. Definitely would recommended staying here.

Just to start everything was just as advertised and I agree with 99% of the reviews that were posted on the Vrbo site. Everything we wanted to do was nearby, our hosts Joy and Les were a great help and super friendly and full of information. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and a 10 minute walk to the grocery store that had everything to be could possibly need for two weeks. This place came equipped with an umbrella, several chairs, some fins and a boogie board that were of the highest quality A quick drive to as many beach options as you want Max five minutes and if you want a good workout and donât mind walking down a steep cliff and back up, Anini beach is 10 minute walk. If you can wait till Saturday, there are fresh produce farmers markets on every corner from Princeville to Kaâa.
A bonus is this property is only one story so thereâs no one above you and the caretakers are next-door and they are very quiet overall, itâs an excellent price for what you get if there was one downfall itâs lacking a washer dryer, but we didnât let that get us down 10 stars for us and we will definitely book this house again.

My husband and I just spent 7 days here. The host, Rick, is true to his word about wanting to create a space that is restful, well equipped, and comfortable. We cooked full meals here using the toaster oven and hot skillet, enjoyed coffee on the porch, and loved walking to the beach that was just 8 minutes away. Would highly recommend staying here - it was quiet, felt safe, and a great distance from a lot of good adventure opportunities.

The location of the property was great. Itâs situated close to all the essential spotsârestaurants, shops, and attractionsâmaking it convenient for exploring the area. Whether youâre looking for a quiet retreat or easy access to local highlights, this place offers the perfect balance.
The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were available to answer questions.
The only A/C in the unit is in the bedroom. It got warm in the living area in the afternoon and evening, but there are plenty of fans, and the bedroom gets nice and cold, so it wasn't a problem for us.
Overall, I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. It combines cleanliness, a prime location, and exceptional service for a stay thatâs truly worth five stars!

Our family (me, my husband, and four adult kids) really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, in a quite area, that is very close to the grocery store, park, ocean, and Hanalei Bay. Hanalei is really close and we loved our breakfast at Wake Up Delicious and definitely stop by Wishing Well Coffee &Tea. We hiked down to Anini beach while staying here, its quite the hike (the uphill part) but beautiful. They did not recommend swimming while we were there but it was a lovely place to walk along the beach. The pool at the property is really nice as well. I really loved all the toiletries provided, top notch stuff, and a nice tropical touch. Overall, this is a property that we would stay at again and would recommend it to others. I did not want to come home!

The unit is exactly as the pictures show. It was clean. However, as the description says- there is no A/C in the unit which made it incredibly hot. The trade winds did not help. However, we did find that 2 of the bedrooms had a window unit. Unfortunately, the on in the smaller bedroom the a/c doesn't reach the outlet and they did not provide an extension cord. It did make it uncomfortable without A/C and for the price I would not go back. On another note- they have extensive instructions on how to keep the unit clean. I am very clean myself so this was great. However, they did not provide the necessary means to clean (paper towels, cleaning agents, or rags). I do not find it acceptable to request that level of cleanliness of your guest and not provide the materials to do so.

My wife Nikki and I stayed at this property for a week and loved the setup of the place. The owner was very responsive to questions and very friendly. Air conditioning was the only thing I feel would make the stay even more enjoyable, but it is understandable due to the high coat of electricity in Kauai. Would recommend 100%!

Our family of 5, including 3 adult children (27,25 and 16) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful setting and well equipped condo. It was spacious and with three full bedrooms accommodated all of us in a most scenic and beautiful location. The unit had everything and more! Our host provided a binder of excursion ideas and dining venues. We participated in many tours and when we wanted to relax, both the pool and beach down the road was convenient.
We highly recommend this unit and would return to this part of Kauai in time.

This was the most comfortable location we stayed at while on a 2 week trip to Hawaii. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable with a 3 head mini split HVAC system that works flawlessly. The king bedroom was so comfortable, and the livingroom and patios are equally spacious and comfortable. They do seem to have a parking issue here, the spaces are tight (read you will have trouble parking anything larger than a 4runner) and quite a few folks using them. We couldn't find a spot to park one night. We would still stay here again and loved the place.

The condo is pretty nice! I love the levered windows and natural shades, the beautiful plants that surround the windows are what sold me. You feel enveloped by them. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans were great. The ensuite bathroom was really nice to have.
That being said, it was August and pretty hot, which made sleeping without AC uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed are sateen, which would feel fine if it werenât so hot, but felt like suede on hot skin and basically stuck to you. The condo is on the bottom floor, which gives you the benefit of the garden, but the neighbors above had obviously never lived in an apartment setting before and were very loud with their feet, sounded like they were marching up there. After several days I needed to vacuum the floor and I could not get the vacuum to suck up anything. After vacuuming the whole place the canister had nothing in it. Also, the washer and dryer are in an outdoor closet which makes it loud for the neighbors, so you canât run a load after 10pm. If you get in late from a full day of fun and need to run a load, you have to plan carefully. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The pool was great, location is great, the beach gear was mostly great, we had a great time!

Rick has done a great job setting up a beautiful stay. We had everything we needed. We took the trail (starting close to the back porch) which leads all the way down to Wylie/Annini beach a few times. It's a bit of a hill but it's a very nice shaded walk with beautiful trees along the way.
Some people have mentioned about the hot water in the shower running out...that is to be expected, just don't take VERY long showers and space them out as a couple and you'll be fine.
We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings...it's very pleasant.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this compact condo! Rick has clearly gone to great lengths to provide everything vacationers could need from a small cooler chest for outings to a complete assortment of shower products and ample back up of tp and paper towels. The small kitchen set up was just right for prepping meals to cook on the grill by the pool. Overall great stay and we would book this unit again!
