We enjoyed our 1 week stay at this very nice condo in Princeville. We fully enjoyed the kitchen amenities provided, taking care to follow instructions provided. Morning breakfasts were spent enjoying light rain showers and beautiful views on the lanai. It was a great location for us to hike down to many secluded beaches, snorkel and hike.

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family of six. We’ve rented on the island three times, and this was by far our favorite rental. Clean, well stocked, and perfect location. Quick note: If you want to use bikes, you need to fill out the waiver and send to manager to receive code. This was only piece of info that was not readily available. But the manager was super responsive when we asked.

Nice & spacious, very clean, plenty of space/beds for 5 adults & 2 teens. Abundance of beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels & water shoes. A/C worked great. Only minor annoyance was no working ice maker in freezer so we bought bag at Foodland right down the street. Also be mindful of extra cash cleaning fee due upon arrival when figuring in total cost. Would highly recommend & stay again! We loved our first family trip to the islands!

Overall, we loved this place. Fully stocked kitchen, great location, clean, amazing master suite, great pool, and they even gave us an extra parking pass because we had three cars. Only bummer was half the beach equipment was broken. Hopefully, they buy some new stuff soon. We would stay again for sure!

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were comfy making it feel like a home away from home. This unit is near the entrance and the pool making for easy access. We encountered a minor inconvenience with parking, as guest parking is limited to 6 hours or less, which posed a challenge for our second car. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

This vacation rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! You can tell it is well maintained and cared for the minute you step inside. The decor was really nice and everything felt clean. There were plenty of bathroom towels/hand towels/washcloths. The beach towels were also big & nice. So glad we had access to the in-unit washer & dryer with detergent provided. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch, and we loved how close the pool was to the unit. Access to the beach amenities were really convenient...beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. We were also happy to have a garage parking space. Great experience overall, and we would love to stay here in the future!

We came to Kauai for my son's wedding and had other family that stayed in the same complex. This made it very easy to help with grandkids and visit with other family members. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was really nice with 3 decks. Lots of privacy for my husband and I with having 2 of our sons staying with us. They could stay up and then we could get up earlier and no one was disturbed. Enjoy the complex and location to everything at Princeville!

We had a great stay with our family in this unit. The unit is very close to the community pool, so we were able to not only swim but use the BBQ on more than one occasion. The location is very quiet, however just a short drive to the other conveniences of staying in Princeville.

Amazing rental unit! Exceeded our expectations. Very clean unit and the property was also clean. The unit had air conditioning for when we needed to cool off, but we didn’t need it all the time. The pool was awesome- nice pool, hot tub and brand new Weber grills that we used several times. The unit had everything we needed- kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers. Beds were very comfortable. We will stay here when we come back. Additionally, the staff at Kauai Vacation Rentals were all helpful and very friendly. My husband and myself, along with our two college aged boys, stayed a week in Kauai on the beautiful north shore. The condo was conveniently located to most things on our list, which was awesome! Even if it was a 30-45 minute drive away, it didn’t matter as the view of the island was gorgeous! The condo was the perfect set-up for our family giving the boys their own bedroom and bathroom to share. The separate vanities were a plus for them! We enjoyed the extra amenities provided as well - the bikes, paddle board and surf board, and beach chairs and umbrella were all used and appreciated. Laundry upstairs was fabulous as well (something I don’t have at home). We would recommend this condo to anyone staying with young or adult children.

The house was perfect for me and my 5 kids. The ambience of the house was even nicer than the pictures! Garage + snorkel gear + bikes saved the day. We also used the pool and grill a couple times. The neighborhood is walkable to 1) Queens Bath, 2) Hideaways Beach, and 3) morning coffee at the coffee shop inside the 1 Hotel - they have the BEST view of Hanalei Bay.

I had two requests when we checked in: 1. More towels - We had 8 people but 5 bath towels. This was addressed but, 48 hours later after multiple calls. 2. Shared Bathroom door jammed - the 2nd floor shared bathroom door upstairs was jammed and would not close all the way. This left a larger gap in the door making it not private and unusable when using the toilet (you had a straight shot of whoever was sitting on it). I complained about this multiple times by calling, texting and eventually speaking with the local property manager in Sydnee. I have multiple texts to her that were ignored completely after I told her no one showed up to fix the door. I even said I would fix it but needed some tools dropped off. I was ignored however by Sydnee. I don’t understand being ghosted after multiple attempts for updates from Sydnee. We have stayed at Vacasa properties with positive experiences and customer service in the past however this was by far our worst customer service experience and are very disappointed. I have never left a negative review of any property however must be honest. A simple fix went ignored and was never addressed. I would not stay here I less the jammed door is fixed. The property manager ignored our attempts to request it be addressed.

This townhouse was spacious and accommodated my family. The pool was nice and we used it daily. House was cleaned and provided beach supplies. We love the location, but so many rules! I understand the rules are to accommodate the residents and visitors. But there were fines imposed on everything. Never stayed at a place with so many rules and fines.
The parking situation was a nightmare. The garage can fit two small cars. Thank god for my husband who has amazing parking skills and parked our two Jeeps. Was told by managing company to park at golf course next door. It is not free parking there. The bed in main bedroom is a safety hazard. I almost sprain my ankle getting up to restroom in middle of the night.
There were so many house and property rules. It was HOA on steroids!

Renters need to be aware when comparing properties that this property does not list cleaning fee in the VRBO pricing details which is against VRBO policy. It is an unfair advantage when comparing properties on total price per night. For a 3 night stay, cash cleaning fee on arrival raised the nightly rate significantly. After I submitted booking request, I received a VRBO email that reservation was confirmed with message from the host embedded in email. I mistakenly thought any cleaning fees were built into nightly rate. Rental agreement was not received via email but does appear in the chat feature which I overlooked. The day before my departure to Hawaii, I received a text w/ "reminder" that cleaning fee was due in cash upon arrival & was sent copy of rental agreement that was acknowledged electronically. I did miss this agreement copy in VRBO chat and since I did not want to be without a place to stay I complied with terms. I didn't understand the need to place cash in garage box within 24 hrs unless someone was going to access the property while we were still there- which made me uncomfortable.
Overall the condo was nice, well-stocked, spacious, and clean. The bed mattress in the hallway alcove was very uncomfortable (thin and metal coils could be felt) so the plan for 13yr old to stay there did not work as she reported immediately and we had to concur. Being a short 3 day stay, we did not utilize the amenities (pool/spa) of condo.

Nice condo, all as described. Each of the 3 bedrooms is comfortable (each has one bed). The "den" has a bed, but no door, so that has to be factored into your sleeping decision. The grounds and pool facilities are nice and well maintained. 3 grills at the pool area, which is relatively close to this condo.

We had a lovely 10 days in this unit with our family of four. The pool, literally across the street, was incredible. We used the pool BBQ area 4-5 times to avoid heating up the condo which was smart. The place is spacious with room to spread out. The upper level gets good trade winds even in heat, although two windows are broken, and should be fixed to maximize wind flow. The lower bedroom’s screen door was rickety and broken and couldn’t be locked at night, leading to a stuffy sleep experience. Overall, we enjoyed it, but the lower level really can’t cool down effectively or comfortably for hotter days even with fans. That said, the upper master bedroom was lovely and cool. Kitchen well equipped.

Place was as advertised. Good location, plenty of space for 6. If you’re renting a large SUV, it’s a tight fit maneuvering into the garage. Beach stuff and lots of towels were nice. Would recommend staying here.
