We enjoyed Pili Mai 6G for so many reasons. First, it is inviting and decorated very well. It had everything we needed in the kitchen! This is not common for all vacation rentals and we appreciated it. We used the community grills almost every night. It was so nice to have basics supplied such as detergent, garbage bags and other staples. The beach towels and beach supplies were great. Pili Mai is a convenient location, lovely atmosphere and nice community overall. We hiked, visited beaches and shopped at the little villages and towns nearby. I would love to go back to this property for sure and highly recommend.

Pili Mai 10B is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo. I don't think there was anything that we needed that was not provided. It was very clean and most comfortable. The golf course view was so peaceful and the location was very close to the beach and not too far from Old Town Koloa! The swimming pool was beautiful and quite refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing...
My only negative would be that the A/C seemed to have been turned off in the morning of our check out. It got very warm and uncomfortable as we were packing.
Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

Beautifully decorated condo with comfortable and spacious living spaces and bedrooms. The lanai was the favored space by far, any time of day! Plenty of room for a multi-generational family gathering. An extremely well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for those who love to cook. Conveniently located to beaches, shops, restaurants, and local sites. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo and property, and would stay here again!

The Pili Mai 2K condo was excellent for my family. You could tell someone put a lot of thought into this condo and what a family would need and everything was there and provided for you.
The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, even a rice cooker. The grounds are landscaped very nicely and you feel the beauty of the Island just being at the condo.
The location was great and an easy drive to beaches shops and restaurants. This is a wonderful place to stay and I would stay again in a heart beat.
I noticed on an old review when researching this condo that some of the rooms were hot. That was fixed by the owner as they had single room A/C units which really worked great. Again, these owners put a lot of thought and pride into this Pili Mai 2K unit.

We had a great time at this property! Loved the roomy kitchen, the lanai was a great place to hang out and watch the sunsets, lots of privacy with two bedrooms upstairs from the master bedroom, and the locations was very close to the beach and many other island activities. We'll be back!

Great air con everywhere. Well maintained unit and estate/complex. Tasteful. Plenty of good towels. Blackout shades in all bedrooms v useful. Quiet rental and area except occasional crowing of cockerels (they are everywhere on this island).
Property manager super helpful, brought laundry drying rack when we asked for it as we really needed it.
Location great, we walked to Kiahuna Beach, nice walk and short drive to Poipu beach. Lots of beach furniture and accessories. Played golf- very easily accessible. In high season, reserve good restaurants ahead, they are booked out for weeks.
A property I would not hesitate to come back to!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo! It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with pans and prep ware and has upgraded appliances. The boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were great to have for long days at the beach. Condo is in a great location - close to restaurants and great for morning walks to the beach. As much as we loved our stay, we did have a few issues. We were notified a day before our stay that the a/c was not working and would not be fixed until much later. Instead we were provided portable a/c units in 2 of the bedrooms and the owners worked to get us an additional one for the third bedroom. This really made the stay amazing as the nights were warm and the condo is an upstairs unit. We also discovered an active hornets nest on one of the windows close to the lanai. We notified guest services and they had property facilities remove the nest the next day. So although we had a few issues, it did not dampen our stay or affect how much we enjoyed the home. Communication between the home owners and property management was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is centrally located to beaches and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were easy. Unit was spotless clean upon arrival. Ample space, kitchen well stocked to cook simple meals for dinner.The beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and cooler were great, bike had flat tire and no umbrella however staff did accommodate. Signs of wear, needs painting, scuffs on walls, rings on furniture in master, cracked sink, broken blinds in kitchen. Needs more living room furniture, pictures do not match listing living room. The property was immaculate with everything g you could possibly think of… was at your fingertips. Everything was organized and easy to find! Everything was labeled and had a place! Information was provided to help with ideas of things to do. The house was beautifully decorated and so very comfortable! Plenty of beach chairs, boards and coolers for perfect beach day!

Nice location, 2 master bedrooms and third room had its on bathroom. Front masterbedroom was a little warm, but there was a fan in the closet. Nice selection of beach umbrellas and chairs. Only thing that I would have asked for is another set of towels.

Went for a short golf trip, the condo was clean and mgmt company left clear instructions. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit but it's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Had a nice welcome basket with snacks. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Koloa.

Enjoyed our 14 day stay! Condo was roomy, conveniently located to stores, beaches, activities. Beach equipment available was a real plus and we used the umbrella, sand chairs, and wagon every time we went to the beach. Management was responsive to our needs and responded promptly each time. Appreciated the shopping bags left for our use too!

Great stay. The place is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the golf course is beautiful from the master bedroom and porch. We had a little problem upon arriving and noticing a little cleaning issue. However, the host were very responsive and took care of the matter immediately. I would love to stay here again with my family.

Beautiful spacious, three bedroom three bath townhome. The home had everything we needed all the cooking appliances and utensils you can think of. The kitchen had seasoning and cooking oil. The closet had an ice chest, beach chairs, beach, wagon, snorkeling, gear, bug spray, and sunblock. The washer and dryer was very convenient as I had three kids. Downstairs neighbor was nice. I said hi and by a few times she did not bother with us. The bedrooms are very spaced apart, which was very nice. I absolutely love the ceiling fans. The AC worked wonderfully. The pool was really nice as well along with the resort style pool that you have access to. The house was very clean when we entered. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closet. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and laundry soap. They also provided dish soap. The cupboards are packed with cups and plates. Everything that you possibly need. The property was very beautiful and big. I highly recommend this townhome to anyone especially families with kids. we stayed for eight days and I actually called to extend my stay, but unfortunately the unit was already rented out on my scheduled check out day if it wasn’t I would have stayed an extra four days.

We really loved our stay! Layout and size of unit was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space to hang out, prepare and share meals and play games. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and shared grills are just across the street. Location is very convenient driving access to Poipu beach and other island sights. We didn’t use the pool, but it is good sized and an available amenity.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The location was great, with on property pool and plenty of parking. Very convenient with good restaurants. Grocery stores are a bit further away but that’s just the nature of Kauai. The property itself is very clean, with all the supplies, kitchen appliances, plates, utensils you’ll ever need. Good communications from property manager, with easy instructions via text and easily reachable by phone call.
The only callout I have is that there was a glitch during check in and they didn’t contact me to let me know the property was ready. I ended up called them after checkin time has already passed to get the info I needed in order to check in.
I would definitely go back to this property in the future, and would highly recommend a group of 6-8 people.

The unit was located in a well-maintained setting, The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were there to attend a family reunion and did not have the time to enjoy the pool or use the bbq grills. We appreciated the use of the rice cooker, beach chairs and cooler. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner did not work until we cleaned the filter filled with lint and debris. Mahalo for providing us a great vacation home!

We stayed for a week. This was our first time on the island and it was amazing. Enough room for the 4 of us to rest comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, pots, pans, utensils. The pool is about a 2-3 minute walk. We found backing into the parking spot was the best option. We will be back.

This unit is right on hole #9 of Kiahuna Golf Course with a distant ocean view along with sunset view. We golfed twice at Kiahuna, which is a nice course. The unit did not have soap or body wash for the showers but luckily we had brought our own. Otherwise it is adequately stocked with the necessities. We were a little disappointed in the tv channels available and we missed being able to watch Wimbledon.

We stayed three nights at this condo and enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again.
The location is very convenient, close to Poipu Beach where you can see sea turtles everyday. The complex is so quiet and peaceful, much better compared to a crowded hotel. The room is well maintained, and you can find everything you need for a house.
The only complaint, if I must say, is the corner of the wood bed frame of the master bedroom. Call me clumsy and my knee bumped into the corner for 3~4 times (once a day).

We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. It is a very spacious condo; our family of four (my husband, our two children ages 16 and 19, and myself) all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. This was lovely, as was the AC and the close proximity to the pool. The beach was a 5 minute drive. We did all our own cooking and the kitchen is well stocked, just missing a vegetable peeler. The oven has a safety feature that is a bit of a nuisance. When you open the oven to check on the food, the oven turns off and will sometimes take as long as 20 minutes to turn back on. As well, the unit is stated to accommodate up to six people, but the furniture is only intended for four people - four chairs around a small kitchen table and the couch is rather small. The furniture is too small for the space - there could be a much larger dining room table with eight chairs, as well as a much larger couch. Some of the furniture (inside and outside) is looking rather worn. There was only one chair outside that was not covered with animal droppings (between both patios). It also would have been lovely to have 4 beach chairs; there were only two. Paint touches are needed throughout. The unit looks a little tired,
but this did not take away from our wonderful stay. As stated, we would stay again.

It is sometimes difficult to find a 4 bedroom rental, however this was a perfect unit for our family. My son, wife and two young children were able to stay in the rooms upstairs giving them their own space. The other two bedrooms downstairs were at opposite ends, also giving my other son and us our own space when needed! The location was near the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Although the unit is adjacent to a road, you really could not hear any traffic. Check in and out was supper simple as well. The unit is decorated really cute and all of the essential kitchen items were available. They also left us a nice welcome gift which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property was in a great location in Kauai. Central to lots of shops and restaurants in Poipu. The condo came with everything you could possibly need (dish soap, laundry detergent, sandwich bags, laundry detergent, beach towels, boogie boards, etc) This was important in deciding where we would stay so that we could pack lightly for our stay. We were thankful for a well stocked kitchen and all of the extras that we needed. Condo was very clean and offered so much. Our teens loved having their own bed to sleep in and even though it was busy time of year, the noise from other condos was minimal.
