This property was great for our family. Centrally located, and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. A quick drive to other beaches, hiking trails, and more shops and restaurants. The complex is well maintained with a nice pool.The unit itself was clean and well stocked, even though we didn’t cook any meals ourselves. It was nice to have beach chairs and sand mats to take to the beach. Great to have air conditioning, even though you don’t need it most of the time with the island breezes. It would’ve been nice to have a couple of chairs on the front lanai, and a bigger table for outdoor dining on the back lanai. Lastly, I would say it may be time to replace the couch and chairs in the living space as they seem a bit worn. That aside, I would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice condo for our family of four. While not right on the beach, we enjoyed our walks (about 15 minutes) to the beach and the shops. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the condo kitchen was great for meal prep too. I would stay here again.

There were 6 of us in the family here over Christmas, ranging from ages 7 to 85. The kitchen was well-appointed, the location in Poipu is convenient to many attractions, and 8C is right in front of the pools, jacuzzi, and gym. We had a great time here-beach/pool towels were available and we made good use of them, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie board. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Mahalo!

After we called the management company and they were notified of their noise, they continued it again the following night. Not a great start to our vacation. We had a great stay here! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. The condo was very clean & organized & had everything we needed for our short stay. The pool & outdoor area was very nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the hot tub was undergoing repairs so we were unable to use it. Just a short drive from the condo we were able to find coffee shops, local restaurants, golfing, local attractions, shopping, & of course the beach to catch the sunrise, sunset,& the amazing turtles. Beaches are walkable distance, though I would not advise walking at night. No safety concerns at all, just very dark, no street lights outside of the community. Sidewalk is not fully paved going down to the main road.

Everything was great and as described! The view of the golf course was absolutely beautiful! It was really nice having access to beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc. The location was perfect - a short 3 minute drive to Poipu beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, etc. It did get a little warm upstairs even with AC - there didn’t seem to be as much airflow up there, but we did ok with the ceiling fans. My husband and I slept upstairs and the bed was really comfortable which you don’t always find in rentals! Huge bonus! The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is that a vape pen was found in the downstairs bedroom as well as some clothes in a dresser drawer and the bathroom mirror behind the door was really dirty. And there weren’t any dishrags for doing dishes or wiping counters. We did contact the owner and it sounds like a switch was recently made with cleaning companies and they were glad to be made aware of the issue and said they would definitely follow up on it. Other than that everything was clean and five star worthy! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

This condo has just about everything you could need while staying here. The kitchen is fully stocked (some spices, but not complete). Plenty of towels, wash clothes, paper towels and toilet paper, laundry supplies. The ocean view is great, it does have a designated parking spot, which not all have here. There are several beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and there is also a low booster seat available to use. We loved this condo and Pili Mai is so quiet and clean! Very close drive to everything you need. We will be back, for sure!

This was the PERFECT place for my family! We walked into the unit and my family said “mom, you did good! This is going to be the best week ever! This location is beautiful!” We loved having separate bedrooms and our own bath, it was stocked with everything we needed- from kitchen supplies to beach supplies to a pack and play! The shampoo and conditioner smelled so yummy, we spent lots of time relaxing on the cozy sofa and patio furniture. We went to the pool everyday, it was literally dreamy! We recently stayed here and only have good things to say about this rental! There ended up being 5 of us that stayed and the place is so well laid out so everyone had their own space, bathrooms and TV (which was hard to find with the other units in this complex). The unit was so spacious, clean and very well stocked including beach towels for everyone. The garage also chairs, snorkelling masks, boogie boards etc to use. This unit is also steps from the pool and the outdoor BBQs. The rental company was also at your fingertips via text if you had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a place to accommodate your guests and for people to have their own space:)

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals all over the world, and this is among the best property management I’ve come across. The condo was extremely clean, an extensive list of amenities (the high chair was an unexpected surprise!), and the kitchenware/cookware was all in excellent condition. The one question that I had about accessing the garage was answered promptly and it was made clear that I could call about anything during my stay. We enjoyed the pool during our stay (very close to this unit, but no pool noise can be heard), and it was really nice to be able to walk to the shopping center down the street or be within a few minutes drive from anywhere in Poipu. We’d stay here again!

After a bad start, we enjoyed our stay.
The problem: I emailed Vacasa asking for an early checkin. They replied that they would email me if an early checkin was possible. At 3:00pm I received an email from Vacasa apologising for the unsatisfactory cleaning. We rushed over thinking that we might have to clean ourselves. On arrival the cleaner was there and knew nothing about the email. She said she needed 20 minutes to finish and gave us towels to head to the pool. My husband and I walked back 20 minutes later, she was driving away but stopped and told us it was ready. We went up and now the supervisor was there, she told us it wasn't ready and called her boss. She gave me the phone to talk to the boss, who was very rude, accused me of arriving early while check in was at 4:00, she said she was going to ask the supervisor to leave and sounded like we were going to be refused entry and would have to find somewhere else. I argued with her over the phone, told her about the email (she said it had nothing to do with her, she was in charge of the cleaners) I told her the cleaner had told us it was ready. Again she got nasty and acused me of entering the unit before it was ready (we had asked the cleaner if we could put our perishables in the fridge, she had said it was okay). Overall, it was a horrible experience, arriving from Kona at 10:30, grocery shopping and getting supplies, receiving the email indicating the unit would not be clean, and in the end, 20 min early!

First and foremost, don’t hesitate booking this property it’s in a great location with access to great amenities.
Can honestly only give it 4/5 stars when compared to what we’ve come to expect in VRBO rentals. The house was cleaned okay but had items left in the shower like hair on the walls, old soap bars and hair ties. As well I don’t appreciate a fridge full of random leftovers from previous guests like beers, sodas and other foods.
The kitchen was clean enough but the sponge was older and not fresh. Most properties I’ve booked usually have a fresh sponge waiting. Also missing what I would deem kitchen essentials like sharp knives, scissors and an ice cream scoop. Also there were 3 random coffee makers in various drawers cabinets and even a closet.
Lastly we really would have appreciated a full sized ironing board and not the tiny two foot long one provided. I’m 6’ 2” and trying to iron my clothing on something that small is ridiculous.
Now again the house is lovely, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Poipu is amazing and this property provides you a lovely stay to enjoy all the the island has to offer. Just missing a few things that if were there, would reach my 5 star approval.

We really appreciated the property management's understanding and willingness to better our circumstances as they contacted us. The Pili Mai was a beautiful place, sitting on a golf course with immaculate grounds. The rental was very nice and quiet and even had a garage with any kind of amenity you may need on vacation. The unit was beautiful, fairly new and very clean with central air conditioning. The unit was huge with plenty of space for up to four with a gourmet kitchen. The location was just a short walk to the Poipu Shopping Village. The property management staff was communicative with information during our stay. We would definitely recommend this unit and this company as they actually cared about our stay.
