Never saw a roach in any of my accomodations and residences. For the price per night, I'm not paying to see a single roach. Had no issue at a less expensive hotel, on the beach, first floor in Kuaui.

Stayed at Poipu Palms with my 5 year old and husband. Accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking. The lanai was amazing. We saw turtles and dolphins almost every day. The pool and shared deck were also very nice. Randy was responsive to any questions I had. Overall had a fantastic stay. Would come back in a heart beat.

We loved our stay in Poipu Palms. The condo had beach chairs, a body board, and an ice chest that made our days perfect on each of the very close beaches. There was plenty of ice (thank you for the extra ice trays in the freezer). The large private deck was wonderful for relaxing. The condo deck and pool were outstanding. We watched the waves and sea turtles each morning and evening. The BBQ had everything to make dinner and enjoy a sunset meal looking out at the horizon line. The partial view was exactly as advertised and very pleased with it. It was great to come "home" after a day of adventure and relax by the pool and/or lanai. Plus, the turtle show below the deck was pretty cool. There were enough fans for ventilation and space for a group of four people. We walked to the surrounding beaches and hiked to Shipwreck. Awesome! But, also would like to say thank you to Nani, the property host, and the cleaners for their patience and understanding. Our flight got cancelled due to the cyber attack impacting computers worldwide and Nani was very helpful trying to accommodate us in case we were not able to fly out. Loved the place we stayed in and their great staff. Thank you!

Removing one point was because the contact from the property management company was not super helpful or responsive. The property is an excellent choice for the value! Located near the beaches so you can walk there. Very quiet and your neighbors around you are also very nice and quiet. Our host, Nani, was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Plenty of beach gear in the storage room on the lanai. Plenty of supplies in the locker chest on the lanai but if you need anything just text, Nani…she’ll take care of it. Pretty secure location…super safe to walk around at night or down to the beach. Overall family and I loved the property and the area. I highly recommend this property!

Loved it! The condo is stylishly appointed and had everything we needed for our weeks stay including all kitchen/bath needs, laundry, beach towels, boogie boards etc. It felt secure and safe. Everyone we encountered (owners & renters) were kind and considerate. Parking was always available. We loved being able to walk to Brennecke beach for boogie boarding. You can walk a bit further to check out additional hotels and restaurants. The Heritage trail is the other direction-a very cool coastal hike. All in all a great location for good weather (less rain) and close by activities! Two thumbs up!

We absolutely loved staying here!! We arrived at night and weren’t quite sure what the view would be. To wake up the next morning and see the ocean was amazing. Condo was stocked w everything you need and we appreciated all the beach gear that was available. We stayed 5 nights here and then headed to Princeville. Both my husband and I wished we would have booked our whole stay here!!! Clean, well stocked, comfy bed, amazing lanai and views…this condo really was paradise!

The condo was perfect for us. Loved the fact that it was in a small complex / unit and very private. Great view. Also proximity to walking path was a huge plus. We were on third floor and the view was awesome but you do have stairs to carry for suitcases. No big deal if you don't have mobility issues. We will rebook in future

Very comfortable condo with all amenities in kitchen, washer and dryer, and beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The lanai is comfortable and very large with ocean views. We enjoyed the pool, oceanfront deck and BBQ grill. Quiet except for construction workers onsite who were not respectful, which was our only turnoff.

Our stay here was great. The property owners were highly communicative and responsive and clearly put effort into creating a lovely stay. All of the necessities were well stocked (kitchen items, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, beach chairs and other beach equipment, etc.). The property is located within walking distance of two different beach areas and was within an easy drive to all of our planned activities. The large deck overlooking the ocean was a treat every morning and evening. Recommend!

We stayed at the Poipu Penthouse for two weeks. It is a lovely condo with pleasing decor, furnished very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We were pleased with the host welcome gifts and really loved having a keurig for our morning coffee. The highlight was the gorgeous view overlooking a deck and pool and amazing ocean views. We saw so many whales and dolphins during our stay!! The neighborhood was wonderful for walking. If I have any caution for this property it is to consider that it is on a busy street and very noisy when trying to sleep. While that did bother our ability to sleep, it was worth it for the wonderful views!

We have stayed in Poipu many times. We were intrigued by the VRBO listing and it most definitely did not disappoint. The condo is beautifully done with spectacular views of the ocean. We took advantage of the lovely renovated deck where we would watch the sunset while the waves were hitting the rocks below. The location is perfect and feels more like a cozy family home than a resort. Our favorite spot was the lanai where we spent many hours reading and watching whales and dolphins frolic in the surf. We will be back 😀

This condo is in a good location near Poipu Beach, oceanfront property without beach access. Balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Condo is well-equipped with a full kitchen, towels, beach chairs, etc. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms works well for two couples or a family of four. There is a nice breeze that comes off the ocean, but the lack of air conditioning was an issue with the humidity. Pool had some debris in the bottom of it from wind and was not cleaned until our last day there. There is some outside noise with the windows open all night. Condo is showing some wear and could use a little TLC. Overall, it was a good( not great) place to stay.

Wow! What a beautiful place— the location, the space, and the views were top notch. And the check-in/out experience was so easy!
We also appreciated the conveniences of having basic necessities stocked for us upon arrival such as dish soap, hand soap, TP, paper towels, coffee, etc. These details made a difference when we arrived late after a long flight.
The space is designed well and tastefully decorated. Views of the ocean are fantastic from inside and outside— we saw whales almost every morning.

Ocean views were amazing. Great to see turtles swimming right from our lanai. Being 1 step up from pool level gave us a much better view of ocean. Communication with property management was easy when a lightbulb needed replacement. They even sent us a notification when a highway accident occurred to allow for extra travel time to get to our destination for the morning. Greatly appreciated. Hope to be back.

First, I’m not usually a reviewer but this place was too amazing not to share with everyone! From the moment we booked it communication was excellent.
We already knew from visiting Kauai before that this property was the BEST location and it was, tucked right in the middle of our 4 favorite beaches…Walking distance to everything! And Last but certainly not least the penthouse itself was the most beautiful place I think we’ve ever stayed and we stay at beautiful places.
This place just checks all the boxes, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, it’s beautiful, it has everything inside of it you could think of…Truly every convenience they had it.
Possibly my favorite part was the breezes that circulate through this place. It’s wall to wall windows with a cool breeze around the clock.
And I need to just take a second to note the little things that make a BIG difference on a vacation - things like the silky soft bedding, was beyond any vacation rental we’ve stayed at, - it was like staying in a five star hotel, with all the fun beach toys, stainless steal pots and pans, an airfryer, beautiful dishes, HUGE washer and dryer - things that made being away with my family easy and extra special!! Everything was so above and beyond in this place!!!
Lastly the lanai was just magnificent with truly the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen!
We had a few questions that came up and the owner was impressively quick with getting back to us.
We just got home and are already looking to rebook!

We had a lovely stay. Well appointed condo. Unfortunately we had some very stormy weather when we first arrived. We did cook a couple of dinners there. The kitchen has everything you need (although we couldn’t figure out the exhaust fan). The deck slopes a bit but great views. This is a convenient location. There is a closet with boogie boards, snorkeling gear, everything you need for a beach trip. The stairs didn’t bother me, I liked the view. Will definitely be back!
