The owner's description was pretty spot on, nice remodel on the kitchen, bathroom and flooring. The corner location did not bother us, as we slept with earplugs with the windows open. Where we had some concerns was the musty smell of the unit when it's closed up as well as the portable fans were pretty dusty and dirty. Lastly, the underside of the bedding needs to be cleaned and freshen up as we noticed dark spots below the mattress. Other than that, the place was fairly clean, no bugs, nice pool and residents of the complex were mostly friendly.

This place was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the traffic noise since it's close to the parking lot and a semi-busy road. However, the noise dies down by 9pm. It's across from a golf course with a great walking path. And there's a water filter pitcher in the fridge which was so nice to have! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The studio was spacious and situated on beautiful grounds. It was the perfect location for our vacation on the gorgeous island of Kauai. I would rent it again given the chance :).

This was a good base location for exploring the north side of Kauai. This is a studio “condo” but I would not say this space has a kitchenette - there is no where to cook food and the fridge is very small. Make sure the portable air conditioning unit is actually close enough to the air outlet, it’s not secured and can come loose. Lastly the king size bed is a bit oversized for this space, and the side of the bed closest to the TV is very worn out with a noticeable dip in the mattress.

What an amazing time in Princeville. Proximity to Aniki Beach and Hanalei is unmatched. We had so many amazing mornings by the ocean. The hosts were communicative, and assisted us with any questions in just moments. We will always remember our week in Princeville. Highly recommend to any other travelers!

This apartment was very peaceful and has a perfect view of the golf course and more importantly, the mountains. We had breakfast on the balcony every day. It was quiet and a short distance to the Princeville shopping center, beaches and Hanalei. They have a couple boogie boards, beach towels and a blender for making fresh smoothies! Perfect spot for a couple.

We’ve stay 5 nights at this condo and really appreciate. The condo was clean, has a complete kitchen, and two comfortable beds. The WiFi works well. We slept very well even if there was no A-C. We really appreciate the extras included like beach chairs, ombrella, cooler and ice packs, and the pantry basics food. The owner was very kind. We recommend this condo.

Can opener was rusty and unusable, some of the basics like sugar and coffee weren’t provided although they said they would—not a dealbreaker but just not as advertised. I’m glad they provided tons of fans because the humidity made it almost unbearable. Some of the fixtures need updating, e.g., bathroom curtains almost falling apart, door frames with cracks, closet doors that don’t latch, etc.
Overall very clean and comfortable but definitely needs some updating.

After having a few adventurous days on the south side, I came up north for some quiet relaxation and got that with this condo. The lanai was my favorite part of the condo. It was spacious, comfortable, breezy, and relatively private with the shade down. It was perfect to drink coffee on in the morning, or to enjoy some takeout in the evenings. If you want a place on the north shore that is calm and relaxing, this is the perfect location.

The studio is very cozy and located in a very nice and quiet community. The patio provides extra space to enjoy the meals and to relax at night. The place also provides all the necessary water activities gears, such as, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, boogies boards. The host, Kimberlee always provide timely responses and offers helps. This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, clean, beautiful, and RELAXING!! It came with serval amenities both indoor (cookware and guide books) as well as outdoor (beach chairs, cooler, snorkels). The lanai was our favorite place to start the day drinking tea and coffee and to end the day eating dessert under the party lights! Kimberlee was an AMAZING host who was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had! She was always friendly and had a great sense of humor! We will defiantly recommend this spot to our friends and family who head to Kauai!

The stay at Kimberlee's "Piece of Paradise" was all we could have asked for and more. The place is just as adverstised- just spacious enough to make the stay cozy. We really enjoyed the outdoor lanai for having all of our meals and hanging out in the evenings. Having all of the beach stuff there was also incredible- we were able to pack up the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella and quickly head out to enjoy all the nearby beaches. The hiking poles were an unexpected blessing and really came in handy on some of the tougher hikes we did! As a cherry on top, Kimberlee is an exceptional host. She lives in the suite just across from this and was incredible about checking in if we needed anything. If we come back to Kaua'i, we'll absolutely be staying here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Mike’s little condo. It was very clean and equipped with everything you would need considering the space. The AC unit was a lifesaver for sure and a huge reason in why we chose this rental. However the other major deciding factor was the listing states there is a washer and dryer to which there is not a set either in the unit or on the premises. I came more prepared because I’m a woman and tend to over pack but my husband brought very little with him considering he was planning on washing what little clothing he did have. Mike was great when we brought the matter to his attention and did his very best to accommodate us. I’m only bringing it up to inform anyone else who is booking this listing specifically for the washer and dryer. Other than the washer/dryer issue the space was perfect for our needs. We were there for eight nights and never felt we had outgrown the studio condo and again the AC was amazing! Overall great place and a perfect location in the stunningly beautiful North Shore of Kauai! One tip I can share is to buy any groceries you might need from the Big Save Market in Hanalei vs. the Food Land in Princeville. You will definitely save big!

This rental was everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy which is not always the case when you rent a condo. the living area was also comfortable and relaxing. It was great that the owners provide a backpack cooler, umbrella and beach chairs and boogie boards. This allowed us to hit the beaches comfortably. We loved being able to sit out on the lanai to drink our coffee in the mornings. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed. The location of this rental was also very nice, only a couple minutes to Hanalai!! Thanks for a memorable and amazing place to stay!!

1. The unit that we stayed in was okay. I made a big mistake not reading the reviews. I assumed they had AC in Kauai, this unit has no AC, just loud fans to keep it bearable.
2. We arrived after dark and found the directions were wrong. My son spent at least 300 minutes hiking around the complex trying to find where 116a was located. Good way to start a trip.
3. Parking policy terrible. They give you 1 parking spot that I thought was no big deal. When we found our parking spot had a car parked there marked 116B. When we called Vacasa they said it is a shared and it's 1st come 1st served. We had to use an unmarked parking spot when not available. Those spots tend to be much further away from our unit.
4. When we 1st arrived we had a 10 digit door code. Out of the many times we used the door entry system, there was only 2 times that it worked on the 1st entry. We called and they said we may have to lift the door or move the handle around. It would sometimes require 5 or 6 tries before opening. They made 0 effort to get someone on site to fix it.
5.I was wondering why they waited so long to get me the unit information till the night before we arrived. Now I know.
6. We spent 5 nights in Maui and 5 nights in Kuaia. We had a wonderful time on both islands. The only negative was Vacasa Property Management. Will never rent a place that uses their services.

Our contact, Mike, was very prompt with responding. The room was very clean and a good base camp since we were out exploring the island most of the day. The pool area was also nice. Close to Foodland grocery store, and we found a cluster of food trucks with the the Wyndham vacation rentals, which was close enough to walk to. Only thing that would make this a smidge better, is to have some laundry facilities on site.

We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.)
The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door.
I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend.
