Our contact, Mike, was very prompt with responding. The room was very clean and a good base camp since we were out exploring the island most of the day. The pool area was also nice. Close to Foodland grocery store, and we found a cluster of food trucks with the the Wyndham vacation rentals, which was close enough to walk to. Only thing that would make this a smidge better, is to have some laundry facilities on site.

We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.)
The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door.
I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend.

My stay at Sandpiper 215B exceeded my expectations! Mike was a wonderful host and very helpful with clear, prompt, and accurate communication. The property had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. The linens, towels, and beach equipment was all like brand new and the place was spotless! I have stayed at many different sized properties in the Princeville area with a wide range of amenities and this was hands down my favorite! Clean, cool, safe, easy access and everything was in perfect working condition which says a lot for a rental property ! It seemed as if I was staying in somebody’s personal property since it was so well taken care of. The only reason I wouldn’t want to spread the word of excellence and recommend it is because I wouldn’t want it to already be booked when I want to come back!

This island is truly paradise, and as I told the host Kimberlee we would have loved to stay....forever...in this perfect condo. Every detail was satisfied, including cleanliness, comfort, beach fun, and even some basic kitchen neccessities. The location was amazing on the iconic North Shore and we enjoyed the beautiful beaches, Hanalei restaurants and shops, and farmer's markets. Kimberlee was the best host- we even had a tropical storm issue while we were there and she was so helpful and responsive, supporting us every step of the way to make potential travel plan changes. The outside porch was our favorite part of the unit. We will most certainly be back.

This place was great!! Had so much room. I would definitely stay here again. I have come in the winter it wasn’t as humid. Just something to keep in mind , during the day it does get pretty hot in the rooms. I don’t think this would be so much an issue winter months since I personally felt it wasn’t as hot and humid. I loved that the condo had chairs and coolers and the loft was amazing for two boys! Jim was great!! Answered all of our questions!!

We spent a week in this lovely studio apartment in Princeveille. The apartment was closely located to Hanelei and it was easy to travel to areas such as Lithue airport. The apartment was nicely furnished with rattan furniture. We ate our meals out on the private lanai. There is also a pool within the neighborhood, a grocery store, golf course and beaches within walking distance. Kimberlee was responsive if we had any questions about the area. Overall, a great experience!!

Great location to stay in the area. Property was quiet, and comfortable, with groceries, etc. a fairly short drive away. Lots of beaches and places to explore close by. I enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood to take in the beautiful views in the area.
I only wish there had been a few more amenities in the condo, such as an ice cube tray, salt and pepper (we bought some and left it there), microwaveable dishes and items you could bbq with. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this one had the least for these kinds of items. There wasn’t much for options to cook your own food other than a microwave (with no microwaveable plates to use) or the communal bbq by the pool (I wasn’t aware that the bbq was by the pool as it wasn’t clear in the description). Even a toaster or a hot plate would have been useful. Ended up buying some tinfoil pans I could use to bbq breakfast with, as there also wasn’t anything available to use in the condo (they cost almost twelve dollars and I left one there). For the cost of eating in Hawaii, it would have been great to have more options for preparing our own food.

Our stay was everything we were looking for and more. From booking to checking out the process was seamless. Kimberlee was very responsive and has a heart of gold. From the minute you open the door you can tell the amount of love put into this beauty. The decor was perfectly fit for Hawaii. The comfort of the room was on point. Make sure you take out time to sit on the beautiful patio and enjoy the breeze. As far as "things you might need" she had it all, including beach gear, kitchen items, and a fridge and freezer which we definitely used. The cleanliness of the property was 5 stars! We felt comfortable every moment we were there. This property topped off our honeymoon experience. We would recommend our friends and family to stay here.

We stayed here for ten days. Wonderful trip. We rented e-bikes from paradise bikes and just stayed local (Princeville, Hanalei, Hanea SP). Hit the pool and hot tub every day. Lots of kids, which I don’t mind. We were blessed with great weather. The condo is fan cooled. Would have been uncomfortable if it had been any hotter, but we were okay in a cool July.

It was perfect! The rental was small but incredibly comfortable and cozy. Every inch was thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless.

The check-in was super easy and when I had questions they were answered almost immediately.
The condo itself is very spacious and it was clean. In the kitchen we could find everything we needed and more.

The room however for the price that we paid definitely not worth it all the remotes didnt have batteries besides one one of the fans didnt work very well.
The vents really were not working couldn't open or close them they were stuck as they were.

Overall wonderful place to stay. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Short drive to all Princeville and Hanalei attractions. Communications with Property Manager were quick and efficient. No problems checking in with clear instructions for our late arrival. No A/C however did not bother us as there were stand up fans that kept us cool at night. Cooking ware, silverware, etc...in kitchen good quality (compared to other places we have stayed). Only thing that we wanted that wasn't available in the kitchen during our stay was a lemon squeezer. However we picked one up at the supermarket during our stay. We were there for 12 days. The only thing about our stay that wasn't ideal was that the apartment is located on a corner and there is early morning (very loud) traffic each morning. The fans weren't loud enough to drown out the noise so I had to turn on my noise cancelling APP to avoid being woken up at 6am-ish when the traffic started. My husband just put in ear plugs and slept comfortably. I would recommend to owners/property manager to have a noise cancelling machine in bedroom or louder fans to make the stay more enjoyable. The noise wasn't a surprise as other guests had mentioned it so we were prepared and not disappointed in our stay. Thank you for a great visit to one of our favorite places in the world!!!

I agonized over where to stay for my annual trip to the north shore of Kauai. Janet's place was perfect. It was spacious & immaculately clean & stocked with everything you could want while on the best island. Janet is also very kind & understanding. At the last minute, my husband couldn't go on the trip & my friend ended up joining instead. The home is spacious enough that we had enoigh personal space. I hope to stay here again in the future.
