Overall was a lovely space with loft, back patio, coffee machine, and kitchen. Walkable to lovely beaches as well. Had some smaller issues with cockroaches, touch pad not working (but back up key was great!), drainage in the showers -- but we were out so much that these areas didn't matter much!

Lovely condo on the 3rd floor. The floor plan was perfect for a family of four. All of the necessities were available to us and having the beach chairs was great for those trips to Poipu Beach. We knew going in, there was no a/c which made it a little warm when there was no breeze. We still had a great time!

We had a relaxing stay at Ed & Sharon's condo. Everything was exactly as pictured & described. The two AC zones for the living area and the bedroom kept the condo very comfortable and quickly cooled the unit down at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the curtains & shades kept the bedroom dark and quiet (save for the occasional rooster). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a pretty short walk down the street and through the neighborhood to Baby Beach, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops just across the street and less than 10-minute drive to everything else. We hope to stay here again when we return to Koloa.

The only thing I would change is to have a little more clarity on amenities in the apartment - we rented some things like a beach wagon and a crib for our baby, but didn't need them because they were already in the apartment! Was construction going on but wasnt an annoyance by any means.
Had family stay in same location but different room. Theyre rooms were both hot and muggy while ours stayed cool the entire time. Washer and dryer are a must along with the AC. Overall great stay!

This is a hidden gem if you want a low key place to stay. Beautiful grounds. Great location. Not a big fancy resort but very nice accommodation and pool. We extended our trip by 4 nights and needed a place that was reasonably priced and this fit us nicely. A little warm at times without ac but the fans did a fair job. Great for families.

It was a good place for the money - it was really just a place to sleep but it was very outdated and the lighting in the bathroom is horrible. If you are looking for something a little more "honeymoon" style, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place to sleep that is convenient to beaches and shopping, then this is your place. We didn't have an issue with mosquitos and the frogs didn't bother us. It was overall "clean", minus a few cockroaches and the broken cabinet door...again incredibly outdated making the pace feel a bit dark and damp. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work and it takes a while for the lights to fully come on so getting ready in there was a little rough at times. The couch was comfortable and the balcony was pretty overlooking the stream although the AC unit is on the balcony so keep that in mind as far as noise if you have it running. Again - an okay place to just sleep and get out to explore. The snorkeling gear and beach chairs were a good perk. There wasn't a beach umbrella but there was a backpack cooler available.

We couldn’t have been more pleased or comfortable in this beautifully decorated and well thought out place. Our arrival was so easy and communication with our host was very quick. The place was so clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the very private lanai to have a morning coffee and plan our days. This was a wonderful place. The property was well maintained with amazing gardens. There was a salt water pool and an area to relax. There were also barbeques that we used twice and both times they had been cleaned from any previous users. The house had everything we needed, from a stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, fans to cool us down and very comfortable bed. The location was very close to beaches, shops, and places to eat. We highly recommend this place.

The check in process was easy. The TV was a good quality TV but I was not on Kauai to watch TV. The bed in the room was stiff. The toilet had a super weak flush. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was broken off in the condo when I arrived and was just laying there inside the cabinet. The window sills by the front door seem to have been roughed up quite a bit by the rain coming through over the years and has some discoloration that is concerning for the health of those staying there.

The condo is in a nice location and close to quite a few shops and restaurants. Close to Poipu Beach although it’s not a great beach since the ocean floor is very rocky.
The property is very nice, beautiful landscaping and very quiet. Great pool area too! This isn’t the owners problem, but way finding on the property would be nice. After a long day of travel and a Costco run, it would be nice to have signage pointing you in the direction of your building, trash, pool, etc.
The condo had all the necessary amenities you need for the week. The bed is super comfortable and love the bedroom furniture! There’s no kitchen table in the condo (because of the Murphy bed) so that’s weird. You could eat on the lanai, but with the humidity and the noise from the rooster, it’s nice to eat inside. At least there’s the bar!

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2024. Upon entering, I found the unit to be clean, cool (thanks to two Daikin AC units in the living area and bedroom), and contained all the required cooking utensils to make meals. The large fridge was perfect to store cold food and drinks. Opposite ends of the unit open up to allow a cross breeze; there is a lanai with table and chairs. The bathroom was clean, although smelt a little musty. The location of the complex is set back from the beach, and the surrounding area is wonderfully quiet. The pool was great to swim in the afternoon after island exploring earlier in the day.

When we first arrived at our condo, it looked exactly like the picture. It has been remodeled and was very clean and well maintained. It has a very open floorplan and was decorated lovely. The pantry was fully loaded with any appliance you could ask for.. Everything was in good working order. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. This home is quite spacious which was wonderful! I assumed this was on the first floor, but it's actually in building one and on the second floor which was difficult for my elderly mother, so would've appreciated that being stated a little more clearly. I wish the front windows were not glass shutters as you can see straight into the apartment from the front of the property and there were no curtains there (but had some for the patio). Was a decent stay for the price, but not the nicest of our stays on the island.

Easy to find and centrally located by Poipu Beach, shopping centres and old Koloa. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, including the thoughtfully provided ear plugs for the cane frogs. (The cane frogs mate at the full moon, which we experienced- and you 100% need those ear plugs. They were SO LOUD! They could be heard with the windows closed and the a/c running.) We accidentally locked ourselves out one afternoon and Kristen was able to help us get back inside in less than 10 minutes. Would stay here again.

An older property nestled between
upscale resorts and the upscale Kikui’ula shopping center, this complex gets you walking distance to the beach & shopping action at half the price of the resorts. It’s a basic, no-frills condo, but met our needs as we had no trouble finding big pools and beach access nearby. The owners were very responsive and divided thorough instructions. The only thing that might have made for a better stay would be if the kitchen had coffee filters. Other than that, we found this condo a comfortable and very shady place to land after a day of sun-seeking.

I loved the accommodation. Even though there is no air conditioning, there are sufficient fans to keep the place a comfortable temperature. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is close by. I enjoyed the walk to see the sunset, walking to Baby Beach, and having the restaurants and shopping so close at hand.
