This unit is in a nice location. We liked the size and layout of the 1bdrm apartment. The view was spectacular. We could not stay here as there were problems with the mattress. The property manager seemed to be sincerely sorry, and I presume the mattress will be changed for the next renters.

Super clean and well équiped. Lovely to eat on the balcony. Fantastic View and sunrise. 3 relatively small downsides: 1. Slight noise from the street in the bedroom, 2. Outside light forced us to close bedroom soir and 3. Funny smell in the área but not really in the condo. Still very good for value!

We were a bit disappointed with the outdated condo. Some small issues included the cabinet door to the trash was
broken and wouldn't close completely. The window sills of the louvered windows are most likely difficult to remove to clean and the dust showed. The dishwasher appeared wobbly. We removed our shoes upon entering the condo, but the dirt in the carpeting made our bare feet dirty. The front door would not latch completely when leaving, we needed to give it a good pull each time.The carpeting on the outside also appeared quite in need of a good cleaning

Washer, dryer and screen door all broken. Property manager was already made aware and came by with repair man and refused the pay the repair man so nothing was fixed. I stayed 6 days and no repair. Property manager sent me paperwork just days before making me agree to any and all broken items in unite will not be fixed. A blanket cover not telling me what was broken. If I knew this sooner I would have canceled. They waited until I payed the whole amount first and it was too late to find another place. No air conditioning, no spa and very cold shaded pool. Corner unite next to heavy loud traffic on main highway. Very out dated unite and nothing matches. For 6 days and 2 people they only left us 1/2 roll of paper towels and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, I requested more and was told to buy my own supplies. Bugs in bathroom. I would not stay here again. Sewage plant close bye burning trash all day long. It smells toxic. The price is high for what you get.

I have stayed at many condo's in Hawaii and this one top's the list! The owners really out did this condo with the furniture and all the amenities provided for cooking and beach time. The location is great as well its within walking distance to Cocunt Marketplace. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying at this condo in our future travels to Kauai.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. And it is outfitted with everything you could need on vacation. The lanai has a great view, perfect for breakfast every morning. We loved the decor, the view, and the location, central to exploring the whole island. Wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the stay and location. Very close to everything. Perfect for 2 people. The place is stocked with everything you need. Very clean, my only complaint would just be to replace the pillow and pillow covers. They smelled and pillows were very flat. Everything else was great.

The Property, with beach view, was as advertised. There is road noise, but nothing that disturbed our stay.
Even though I received detailed instructions w photo about getting the key and getting in, I got confused. Luckily one of the maintenance people was around, and showed me how to get in. I never saw the property manager - no one in office during stay.
A good choice for exploring the island and close to the airport and to Costco for gas.

The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The office where you pick up the keys is literally 5 minutes from the airport. They handed me an envelope with the keys and detailed instructions about parking and other important information. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with thoughtful touches, like a reusable shopping bag and locally made Kauai cookies and coffee, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
The house was very clean. It felt a little warm initially because all the windows were closed, but once we opened them, the airflow cooled down the space. There are also several fans in the room that you can use, but on some days, I actually felt chilly.
The view is spectacular, especially the sunrises, as the condo is located on the east side. The house is very well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen. We also found beach chairs and a cooler that you can take to the beach.
The area is very quiet and in a great location, whether you want to explore the north or head to the west side of the island. Additionally, the host was very kind and allowed us to stay in the property until the evening on our check-out day for a very reasonable price, as our flight didn’t leave until 10:30 PM and they didn’t have any reservations for the following day.

This is a very comfortable property with a beautiful outlook. It is situated right next to a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic. The double windows in the bedroom pretty much cut out all the noise when you are trying to sleep and it didn’t bother us in the other part of the unit. The location is very central and convenient and the owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was clean and well stocked. AC in the bedroom kept the room cool for a good nights sleep. The views from the Lanai are amazing. We took advantage of the easy beach access and took many walks along the beach. It's an easy walk to the Coconut Market for shopping and dining.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property.

Enjoyed our 2 weeks staying there. No problem issues at all. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in assisting us with advice on things to do there. I'm pretty picky on wanting a comfortable bed and this one was amazing. We are going over our calendar now to decide when to return. Love this place.

Unit 312 at Wailua Bay View was excellent. Well maintained and fully equipped. The beach is great fir walking and surfing but not so much for swimming. However Lydgate Beach park is less than five munutes away and is fantastic for everyone. Surrounded by facilities and easy driving to anywhere

Great location of corner unit overlooking a sand and surf. It was lovely to go to sleep with the calming roar of the surf and a real treat to sit on the lanai in the morning listening while drinking out morning coffee. Only negative was the unit was hot at night. When the windows and patio doors were open the unit was a perfect temperature. However, at night we had to close the bedroom window as it opened onto the common walkway letting in noise and light. Next time we visit the island we will be getting a vrbo with A/C.

We really enjoyed this place. Views were incredible. It was clean, lots of space, very comfortable. The location is central to great restaurants, beaches, and hikes. 10/10
The only thing I would warn others about is the smell. The area uses recycled water to hydrate plants and it smells like sulfur, sometimes mild sometimes heavy. Those with sensitive noses should beware. It didn’t bother my much but my wife was very uncomfortable when it was heavier. Otherwise absolutely amazing.

We have stayed at Wailua bayview several times and love the location. The views from the Lanai are spectacular. This apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained . It is exceptionally well equipped, everything you could possibly need and more . Bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom is very quiet due to the new windows . The owners were very quick to respond , and provided lots of useful info if you haven’t visited Kauai before . Highly recommend and hope to stay again . We had a wonderful time , thank you .

This is a lovely condo in an excellent location - close to everything you might want to do on the island. The unit was very clean, safe, and as advertised in every way. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of counter space. I didn't use the small pool or BBQ, but they looked great. Only FYI is that Wailua beach (visible from the lanai) is more of a surfer beach than a swimming beach.

Every good review of this property is spot on. The amenities, the location and the privacy. What was really special for us was the kindness of owner Teri and local manager Marvis after we spent the first morning of our vacation at Wilcox Hospital in the ER. When they heard about it they checked on us to may sure we were okay. Not just once but for the rest of our two week stay.

The view is even better than photos indicate. The sound of the ocean is a pleasant constant and the waves, surfers and fishermen/women are often active in the area. The waves while we were there were very big so there was a lot of action on the water. The pool is convenient, well kept and gets direct sunlight. The free parking is close and terrific. The property is close to many great restaurants and shops, walking trails along the ocean in both directions, public beaches and close to the airport (you can see the planes taking off and landing). We met some of the full time owners/residents while at the pool, and learned about the history of the property and surrounding area. This was the earliest fall/winter visit we've made to Kaua'i and missed seeing the whales we would see in December, January and February, but did see large turtles sunning on the beaches of Poipu. The weather was ideal every day we were at this property and that made it easy to go to the beaches, sit by the pool and explore the area further. Thanks for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Mahalo.

This home was very clean and had everything we needed! It was nice to be centrally located and close to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping, and to have additional beach items available although the weather didn't cooperate and we didn't get a chance to use them. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and people on boogie boards. The only issue we had was that we were expecting AC and it only had it in the bedroom. Other than that everything was wonderful!

This condo was in pristine condition and very well equipped to every detail possible from kitchen to bathroom, bedroom, terrace and beach equipment. Amazing view right on the ocean. Owners very informative prior to visit and provided a very open channel of communication. Fantastic to have a very efficient washer and dryer. Definitely strong recommendation to choose this unit if you are planning to stay in the area.. kichen and bathroom very clean, modern and all very tastefully decorated.

We liked the location but certain times of day the traffic was pretty ridiculous. The unit we had no A/C. Not sure that I realized this before getting to our unit. It was much warmer then I expected so going forward I guess I would consider A/C. The unit was well equipped and I so appreciated that. It felt over clean but the floor grout never has been cleaned which mad3 the floors feel dirty. Absolutely loved the view of the bay, incredible sunrises that we took advantage of.

I was only able to stay a short time at this property but I wish I could have stayed longer. The wonderful bay view from the balcony invites getting a take-out dinner and some wine and just sipping away out there. It's also very close to Coconut Marketplace if you want to do some shopping.

Great, sweeping beach view from the lanai. Spacious living area, thoughtful and “just tight” Hawai’i vibe decor. Excellent central location provides relatively short access to either the northeast or southwest coasts and towns. Highly recommended!!

This was an amazing place to stay. Very clean other than the carpet under the bed really needed some vacuuming and there was a black hair on the sheets (I'm blonde). Other than that, spotless and very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was well equipped and had a beautiful ocean view. I enjoyed the lanai and the beach nearby. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler to use. The unit has AC, which also was great!The only negative thing I have to mention is the eyesore next door. There is a dilapidated closed business where homeless people sleep.Other than that, we loved our stay.

The view from the balcony/patio is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed eating our breakfast out there and watching the surfers. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There was an issue with it being very warm in the condo. The owner was quick to respond to my message. We purchased a second fan which we left at the condo to help cool the condo. I would also recommend they fix the shower door so you don't have to use a bungee cord to hold the door close. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and it is a great location on the island.

It’s hard to put down how nice this unit was. Comfortable beds, AC, washer and dryer, everything was tip top. Location is great if you are planning on exploring the island. Easy access to great bakeries, shops, and restaurants. And most of all, the view. It’s near impossible to beat a balcony on the ocean where you can sit and listen to the waves and wind, watch the surfers and the sunrise. 100/10
