Great penthouse view and great location to multiple beaches and the rest of Kihei. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty our entire stay. Cloudy water and sand on the bottom. It was never properly cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. We contacted the property manager but the issue was never resolved and no follow up was made. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool for our 2 week stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were wonderful. Each day we had coffee on the patio with a view of the ocean. We were also walking distance from several restaurants. The unit had everything that you would need including chairs to take to the beach, beach towels and all the kitchen essentials. We can constantly complemented the decor. It's a beautiful island decorated unit. We were also happy to have on site parking. We must say that initially we thought you had to be a skilled driver to get into the parking spot, but after a couple of days we were able to get in without much anxiety. 😀 We highly recommend staying and would definitely stay again.

Unit is just as indicated in listing. We have rented this unit numerous times over several years. On back side of building so view is limited, but benefits from no road noise which exists in other units in the building. Quiet. Great pool, grills. Very short walk to beautiful beach with astounding sunsets .Management company is great. A plug failed in the bathroom. Repairman arrived and fixed almost instantly. Have booked with Rentals Maui several times. They are great. Building is older, but in good repair as is this unit, which has had a full renovation.

Quiet complex in an awesome location. So lovely to walk across the street to see the amazing sunsets each evening. The unit was spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need...plenty of towels, beach equipment, and well appointed kitchen. The location was a short stroll away from restaurants, shops, and activities. The comfortable space was loaded with windows and ceiling fans and the cross ventilation breeze was refreshing. Two A/C units are available if needed and are on timers which as a environmentalist I really appreciated. Less waisted energy and honestly we didn't really need them even on the very warm days. Steve was a wonderful host and I appreciate his willingness to accommodate me on short notice. I have stayed in Kihei several times and his penthouse is a favorite among gems!

The condo was perfect: clean, spacious , fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great ventilation, sunset view from the lanai, lots of beach towels, toys and chairs, etc etc. GREAT location at Kam III & II, lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away. And Steve was one of the best host’s I’ve had in my decades of travel: a real person, has the place so well set up, quick to reply and generous with helpful suggestions. I absolutely recommend this stay and would certainly reserve again.

Great hosts! We were able to arrive early, but it took us a minute to figure out parking. The parking stall is a tight fit. We were able to park a mini van in the stall but with severe anxiety and going slow. It might be easier to just park on the road. Upon arrival the floor and table were dusty. I'm assuming from a window being open (it was super windy when we got there.) But within 20 minutes of letting the hosts know the cleaners were there and had it super clean! And they were super friendly! They were the ones to let us know where the beach stuff was located. Everything else was really clean, except the reclining chairs. When you lay back the part for your legs needs to be vacuumed. :) The property was located overlooking the pool and location was just a little walk to a fun beach. They had ample beach/snorkel gear. The beds were all comfortable and the pull out couch was a lot bigger than most and comfy for my two kids. (8 and 11 with enough room to make a divide with pillows).This property had everything for the kitchen and in the bathrooms! Including sun hats that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed!We had a great time here and my kids favorite was the 8ft pool. There are a lot of rules for noise at the pool and to be mindful of your neighbors. The A/C ran on timers which was inconvenient, but they would cool down the place.Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

This property is centrally located in Kihei. I live in Makawao, Upcountry, but stayed in this roomy, open penthouse when my mother came to visit me from Texas. Took the advice of the owners to, rather than run the A/C units, enjoy the Maui breeze. If you open certain windows and utilize the many ceiling fans, a constant cool breeze circulates throughout the rooms. So refreshing! Also, the sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking. Could not have asked for better accommodations.

This is the best experience I have had with Vacation rental companies ever! the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, spices, pots, pans, coffee maker and even an airfryer. The beds and the space are extremely comfortable and fit our family of 5 just perfectly!.Bonus of this place was the saltwater pool in the complex. If you want to stay in a beautiful central location, this is it! we could walk anywhere (restawanted, shops, groceries, touristy spots) and most importantly the beach, which is right across the road if we wanted. I highly recommend walking around and getting to know the locals. The lanai was also perfect to have meals and people watch and the views are incredible. The only downside was that the power went out for a while one evening (city wide) and there were no flashlights and such in the apartment. As some people have mentioned, it is on a main road so it can get noisy. We didn't mind though, as it's not to the point where it's unbearable. Will def rebook!

We had a lovely stay at Daniela and Todd's condo. Even before we arrived, communications were friendly, prompt, and accommodating. And once we arrived, the condo exceeded our expectations. It really was spacious - perfect for four people. The decor was beautiful, everything was clean and well organized, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenware was in great shape, making cooking/eating in a nice option. We'd love to return next time we're on Maui!

Had such a time staying at this condo. Super convenient. Nothing to complain about the place. The only thing I suggest is maybe writing out somewhere that the AC and fans are ran off a timer. It took us a min to figure out how things like that worked. But thats just being picky. I'd def come back and stay there!

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, house was fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels etc. a few things to be aware of- the parking spot is horrible! Very hard to get in and out of. And the pool has very strict rules- no inflatables, no music, and no games. Other than that, our stay was perfect and no complaints!

We had a rough first 24 hours but the host more then made it right. He was exceptionally responsive and made everything right. We spend 4 1/2 weeks. Loved our location and all its conveniences. The unit was more than adequate and very comfortable. We would definitely go back. If you want to walk everywhere in Kihei this is the spot.

This was a lovely 2 bad 2 bad double master condo locate in South Kihei. We enjoyed sunset from the lanai as well as a spectacular one at Keawakapu Beach just a short drive away.
S.Kihei is such a great place to stay. The condo had beach gear available and made the trip that much less stress. Steven was prompt with responses to questions and just note when arriving come in from the north most driveway to access the assigned parking.

This condo is excellent! Great location with sunset views! The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Get up have coffee and breakfast, grab chairs and head to the beach! Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. Owner George was super easy to work with and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!

Great location with beautiful beach access just across the street, restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a great local Farmers Market Wednesday mornings next door. You fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The unit was clean, spacious, and we loved that there was a bathroom attached to each room. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating our meals on the lanai or at the dining table in the A/C. Both had ocean views.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit! It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the local beaches and town. The pool is amazing and my kids really enjoy spending time there in the evening. There is also a swap meet across the street on Wednesdays that wasn’t there the last time and it was so fun to walk over and do all my shopping for gifts to bring back home.

We loved the lication, but didnt find the sleeping arrangements the best during iur stay. The bedrooms have separate ac units so they stayed cooler at night, but those who used the sofa bed slept in hot weather because there is only a fan. I texted the company at the number i had to see if we could get a an extra fan brought in but didnt recieve a reply. I didnt followup as we were busy any way. The pool pump had also broken so that was disheartening since we couldnt use the pool, but that stuff happens.

Everything about our stay was lovely from the welcome basket full of Maui Cofee and snacks to the amenities. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and even had beautiful bamboo and glass storage containers. Plenty of beach chairs, and towels. Right across the street from Kam 3 in a prime location. Super happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 11-night stay. The unit was located nicely with just a short climb up the stairs but for anyone with mobility concerns, the condos had a working elevator. Beach access was a short walk across the street with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo itself was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had both k-cup and drip style coffee makers. Washer & dryer in the unit was a nice ammenity. We were provided 6 laundry pods. Plenty of beach equipment including chairs, umbrella, ice chests, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to look here first if we make it back to Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It wasn't perfect, but given the price, it was pretty incredible.
Pros:
The place is as described. Two bedrooms, two baths, spacious, full kitchen, laundry, large lanai. The beds were comfy and the unit is in a quiet part of the property. It is short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is also a lot to do within a short drive (Wailea is less than 5 minutes). Neil is great host - extremely responsive and provides all of the information you need.
Cons:
The furniture and appliances are a bit outdated, but none of that was a surprise as the listing is accurate. There were a few little tiny bugs constantly on the dining table, so I think that needs to be replaced. The cleaning crew didn't do the best job, so there was some dirt, etc. when we got there. I also wish there was more than just hand soap and dish soap, as we had to buy a body wash/shampoo combo at Safeway.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again given the amazing value (two beds/baths and amazing location). Thanks for having us!
