Our 2nd time renting here and we love it so much! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We love the neighborhood and enjoyed grabbing local food and having dinner on the balcony with the best view! Beds are comfortable and the morning views from our rooms was breathtaking! Kitchen is well stocked with all apliances and we couldn't have been happier!
I will say there is no air conditioner and the 1st night was hot and humid but there are lots of fans and the rest of our stay we adjusted! We love this unit sooooo much!

This spot is a beautiful spot, the beds were comfortable and it’s very rare to have views from both bedrooms. Would highly recommend staying here no matter if it’s just for two people or a small family. Kitchen had everything you could need for a week long stay and the parking garage underground was super convenient.

the only great things about the apartment was the view, and vacasa customer service agent being prompt in reply.
Cons-
1. the sofa bed in living room is broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep.
2. The master bedroom had strange bedbugs and our family had bug bites all over.
3. The parking assigned to us was always occupied and we were asked to find street parking for ourselves even at odd times

Loved our stay here! There were five of us -- 2 parents and 3 teenagers and the condo was plenty big. It was clean and very well appointed. We didn’t have to buy many extras and there were a few surprises like beach chairs and beach towels for us to use. The decor is lovely and there were planty of places to sit inside and on the lanai. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo property was conveniently located to beaches, shops and attractions. Amazing views and sunsets. We were able to watch turtles from the balcony every day. Owners were great with responses to questions and checkin/checkout was very smooth. Property was as expected with nice beach extras and dedicated parking. Only minor issue is that the unit is not air conditioned and this was not obvious from the listing. With the unit being on an upper floor and ample fans this ended up not being a big problem

We stayed for a week in July 24. The views are stunning- we saw turtles every time we went out on the lanai…fish and dolphins throughout the week as well. The sunsets were gorgeous and we had an occasional rainbow too.
There was plenty of space for our group of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The pool and outdoor grills were cleaned daily. Check in was easy. Covered parking was a nice amenity. Host was extremely responsive.
No AC but it was comfortable with the windows open…the unit is dated but the views more than make up for it! I hope we get to come back someday!

This condo was beautiful and had just about every amenity provided, from dishes to laundry detergent. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and both rooms had a balcony, the main bedroom facing the ocean. There is no air conditioning but fans are placed in the condo to move air flow around and it was never hot, the wind coming in from the balcony and front door (there is a locking screen door) kept the condo in perfect temperature.
Parking: You're assigned a spot in a parking garage but the spot is next to a concrete pillar, I would not suggest renting a large truck as parking in the spot provided was a bit of a task. Also the ceiling height is 6'7" so anything taller would not fit in the parking garage. They do however have elevators going up to the condo so that is a plus.
Quiet Community: Quiet hours are from 8am to 10pm, which is a good time frame, however, the condo is right above the Manager and you will be told to be quiet for any noise. I would not suggest bringing rowdy children who may not be able to stay still or be quiet outside of those times.
Overall great stay and lovely condo, would suggest others to stay here.

It's all about the view! The view is a 10 plus, there is no arguing the view! You really can't get a better view. As other people have mentioned, the property does need a little TLC and the hosts have stated they price it accordingly and I agree with that; but little things that would take very little effort would help. The bathroom faucet in the master bath leaks all over the counter when it runs for few, hence the reason for the water build up around the faucet so it needs to be addressed. As someone mentioned before, the slider in the master bedroom needs attention; it was extremely hard to open, really stuck. A little bit of paint could go a long way in the property and give it a nice refresh as well as fixing the towel bar that is making holes in the bathroom door. I felt the cleaners could have been a little more detailed in their cleaning. I understand that it is a condo and there should only be starter items available which I am totally fine with - but an almost gone roll of paper towels, a used kitchen sponge instead of replacing it with a new one for each guest - is that something the cleaning crew is responsible for? if those little things won't bother you then this would be a great choice! Andrew was great with communication when we booked it and with any questions, we had prior to arriving, so I am only docking the cleaning part but wanted to mention a few things that could use improvement. My family and friends enjoyed our stay. The view to the beach front was simply spectacular. I’m sure we saw a turtle each time were in the balcony. Closest beach was just a few min walk away. Stay provided 6 beach chairs and 6 beach towels that really convenient. We used the couch as a third bed and it was comfy enough to get a good sleep. The shower bath in the guest room did not drain the water. It drains slow enough for the water would stay around ankle high. The stay did not have any AC, but the beachfront waves and multiple fans made it comfortable enough to sleep through the night with no covers. Property management communicated in a timely manner with any questions we had. All in all we enjoyed our stay, it was the view to the ocean though that really heightened our experience. We would definitely come back again.

Overall was a great stay! We loved the ocean front views and the pool! The decor and furnashing were tastefully decorated.
The smoke alarm went off during our stay. The response to fix smoke alarm was very quick and the staff was very courteous and respectful. They ended up installing a new smoke alarm to fix problem.
Here are some things we noticed and some suggestions:
Bathroom with bathtub:
- Loose shower faucet
- Clogged shower drain, slow draining
- Sink drain unattached
- Drywall above toilet cracking
- Loose Toilet seat
- Bathtub needed a deep clean. We noticed Orange mold and buildup
Kitchen:
- Dishwasher door hitting wall when opened
- Drawer with silverware hitting oven door
- Need more plates
Master bathroom:
- Screen door does not lock
- Shower door sticking and needs new handle
- Shower stall needed deep cleaning. We noticed orange mold and buildup
- Needs more kitchen essentials like more silverware, salt and pepper, sugar etc. Some condiments like would be nice.
- Kitchen and bathrooms needs updating.

This was a beautiful place to stay and feel lucky it was available on such short notice. Would love to stay again! One thing I recommend, which I initially failed to do, is READ THE WELCOME BOOK! It answers so many of the questions you may have. The only thing that I could see that was slightly bothersome was the lady below us complained about the TV being loud at 6pm at night, but it was just slightly raised so we could hear it from the bed while relaxing and watching the sunset. We had all sliders and window open enjoying the breeze so maybe that’s why. We were very respectful of all rules and directions so just kind of felt singled out a little. But this wouldn’t keep us from wanting to return again!

The view from the 8th floor is beautiful. Back patio has a perfect view of sunset while the front door has a perfect view of sunrise. The rooms were clean, kitchen worked perfectly, towels and toiletries were readily available, couldn't have asked for a better room to stay in.

I have no problems with the unit or management. I just wished the there was a beach and that the unit was larger. I fully understand that management has no control over the ocean beating away the shore line. I would have no problem renting here again, just in a larger unit.

My wife and I along with my son and his girlfriend stayed on this property. It was in a great location with 2 beaches within easy walking distance on either side of us. Ours was the corner unit with a stunning ocean view. We absolutely loved our stay on this property. Coming "home" after a day of activity was easy and comfortable. I would easily recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in West Maui.
From our lanai we could see turtles every morning and even saw whales in the distance in mid April! What I didn't expect was how beautiful the night sky was in addition to the fantastic view from the daytime. Sunsets were also beautiful from our location. If you're reading this, just book it.

We had a great time there. We were initially worried about the lack of AC but the trade winds blew strongly and fans were plentiful and effective. The lanai delivered with beautiful sunsets, fun turtle watching and even a double rainbow. It was very comfortable and the beach equipment came in handy.

Amazing location. Near all snorkel, surf, family friendly beaches and hikes. The two bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their space and was so comfortable. Every single room (including bathrooms ) had an ocean view. We went in April and still saw whales from the balcony. Tons of sea turtles, rainbows and sunsets. The washer and dryer came in the clutch, and we loved having a full kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed to make food for our family anytime day. Can’t wait to come back.

The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There are some updates that are needed. Like the sliding doors that don't slide and some of the furnishings are outdated. This was our first time visiting Maui, and this condo made our trip even more memorable. The balcony views alone are worth staying here. Our mornings and evenings were so beautiful and peaceful with the views of the islands, the sounds of the waves, and watching whales, dolphins, and a few sea turtles that would pop up to say hi. It was all perfect for our days on vacation. The condo also had everything we needed and it was all clean. If I could change anything about the trip it would be the length of time. Five days went by too fast. A great little home away from home!

Not Family Friendly! The property manager was very unprofessional. First night there she turned the pool lights off on us, while we were still swimming. At 8:30pm the pool closes at 9pm. The next day I asked why the pool lights were turned off at 8:30pm when the pool closes at 9pm she apologized and said it’s on a timer. Than the next day same thing. And we over heard her telling another guess that she was ready for bed and turned the lights off so the kids would get out of the pool so she could close everything up. She lives in a room on the ground level with her cats next to the pool. The next day my eleven year old son was getting ready to go down to the pool and was standing on the lanai and set his towel on the railing, before I could remind him that they don’t want us placing any thing on the railing. The manager yelled out from the ground level, at him to take his towel off the railing. We were staying on the fourth floor. On are last night there I mentioned to her that the lights were still going out before the pool closed and it’s dangerous when we can’t even see the pool steps to safety get out of the pool. That night she turned the pool lights off on us at 8pm. We decided to just keep swimming, at 8:30 she came to close the pool down. I reminded her of the pool rules and the sign said 9pm. And she continued to start locking up. So we used our cell phone flashlights to leave the pool. I will never stay at this place again. Worst vacation experience ever.
