This is probably my 7th stay at Honokeana Cove, first in this unit.
The good: an amazing property! Snorkeling right out from the cove is such a treat. We always see turtles and cool fish. The turtles bask here as well. The grounds are immaculate. Nice folks work and stay here. We love Napili and there are walkable restaurants and it’s a short drive to the market.
This unit is really clean and updated with a large lanai.
The bad: the beds are hard and not comfortable. The ceiling fan does not work in the smaller bedroom. It would be really nice to have sheer curtains in addition to the pull down shades, so you could get better airflow with the open lanai door, but have a little privacy with the sheers. At night it’s a bit of a fishbowl with the shades up!
We will always come back to the Cove!

This family friendly condo was the perfect getaway. Honokeana Cove has the best snorkeling with an abundance of sea life. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. They would checkin periodically just to make sure we had all we needed. The landscaping was exquisite, a variety of beautiful flowers and other tropical plants. The view was phenomenal and we enjoyed every sunset at the pool or balcony of the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. More importantly, we were very happy with our stay here and will be back for years to come!

We had such a wonderful time and Cyndy and Victor could not have been better. The property is one of a kind in a quiet little condo community with beautiful landscaping and a calm beautiful bay to snorkel swim and watch the turtles.
Napili beach is a short walk that we did daily and then spent the late afternoon evening enjoying the property.

Everything about the complex and our unit was as advertised. We had a great 7 nights here with 2 other couples. Our unit was clean, well maintained and furnished. For two couples sharing, it was just a bit tight for space but very comfortable. This unit has some pros and cons. Pro: Shaded from direct sun and overlooking the pool but off to the side. Perfect in that regard. Loved watching the sunrise on Molokai from early-morning perch. Con: This unit catches noise from the street, the gate entrance, and the kids who live next door. Also, no AC is a deal-killer for us.

Excellent accommodations in a small secure complex with incredible views. Very private with beautiful, well-maintained landscaping. Nice pool. Great access to snorkeling in the cove with lots of fish and turtles. Unit 118 has a well-appointed kitchen with newer appliances and tasteful decor better than what is depicted in the photos. The beach and picnic equipment were greatly appreciated. The lack of AC was not a problem once we learned to control the heat with the shades. Our only real complaint was the guest who scheduled private swim lessons for her three year old child everyday in the pool - a little presumptuous. Our only suggestion would be some comfortable chairs on the lanai rather than just patio table chairs.And a more personal management style would probably be better.

We had a great big family trip and had lots of fun. We rented 3 different units. The quality really varied from each place. The upstairs bathroom for the main bedroom of our place has a really bad layout; the toilet sits in front of the sink and only one person can be in there at a time. Most things in the unit need to be updated, many things need to be replaced or cleaned out - too much stuff in every drawer, cupboard, closet. Loved the property & location but I wouldn't rent that condo again. The property manager wasn't very friendly but he diligently did his chores everyday.

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, peaceful location overlooking the cove. This was our fifth visit to the cove in the past 30 years, and it did not disappoint. The view from the unit is outstanding. You can see the sea turtles swimming under the water, from the balcony. The ocean breeze, through the unit and the sound of the water, made for a peaceful stay. The unit is well stocked for cooking and was very clean. The only bummer is there was no additional blanket for the pullout couch. Only sheets. Not a huge deal, in August though. The king bed and pillows were super comfy! The front desk ladies are so very nice and helpful. We will def stay in this unit again. The groundskeeper, Ray does a fantastic job. The property is absolutely beautiful.

I have been coming to the Cove since 1987 and have stayed in a lot of the units but I must say 105 is really nice. Bright and kitchen has more stuff than my house! The kitchen is thin and tight and the master bath is beyond tiny but the location to the water is perfect and views are off the hook. I can see why everyone wants 105I will be back as I always do, best place to stay on the island hands down.

Location, location, location! The condo complex is incredible. The views from the condo are fabulous. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condo is dated, but there is no reason to stay inside. The lanai, pool and cove keep you outside. Everyone is extremely friendly. Condo perks are air conditioning in bedroom, new comfortable mattress, new snorkeling equipment,new beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend!!!

Thank you Cyndy and Victor for a wonderful vacation! Honokeana Cove is magical and was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed at many other units at Honokeana Cove and definitely Honokeana Cove is a place we love! This unit has a very nice corner location with a beautiful view into the water. It is quite spacious, but other than that It really doesn’t have much notables to speak of. For the size of the unit and for how much more you pay for that particular unit, I would’ve expected a bit more as far as amenities, such as chair cushions on the outdoor furniture, updates, startup supplies, and typically units have a bin or closet area that has Chairs, beach, toys, snorkel gear, maybe even a small ice chest. This unit had two chairs in the closet. For the size of this unit and the space it had outside and even in the closets there’s plenty of room to have these things. It was not there. The upstairs beds in the loft were comfortable, but the other two king beds were not. The Cove is special and you definitely get some nice views of it down into the water at least from this unit and a bit more wiggle room.

Absolute Perfection! The “Old Hawaiian” experience is truly captured in this spectacular townhouse. It was amazing to relax in “Hawaiian Style” and watch the sea turtles from each of the lanais. Unit 101 was as beautiful as described. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Having snorkeling access was awesome. The cove is loaded with Turtles, assorted fish and coral.
