The Blair’s home had everything our group of 6 adults needed from a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, beach and pool items, toiletries, and the most beautiful lanai views. Games nights on the lanai or around the dining room table were some of our favorite memories of our trip.
The location is right in the heart of Wailea. A short drive or walk to shopping, beaches, golf, and restaurants (highly recommend Monkeypod and their mai tai’s).
The pool on the property was a highlight as well. It was very well maintained and never busy. A great place to spend an afternoon.
The property manager, Hope, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to visit again!

Our villa at Ho’olei was even better than described on line. It was very spacious, with comfortable furniture, modern big screen TV’s in every bedrooom and great room. Excellent WiFi service, fast enough to stream any programming. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee, keurig pods, condiments and spices. Every small appliance one could use including a rice maker. The staff from CB Island vacations gave us excellent pre arrival instructions, met us upon arrival and provided a very detailed walk through. They even called on the second day of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each room had a modern en-suite bath, there was also a guest bathroom off the great room. The complex had a very large pool only a few minutes walk from our villa and the beautiful beach at Grand Wailea was only an easy 10 minute walk or few minutes by car. The Villa was also equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas allowing our family to relax in comfort at the beach. Ho’olei is located close to shops, 3 golf courses and many good restaurants. The Villa, amenities and location made for the perfect accommodations for our multigenerational family vacation. We willl definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

The close access to the beach at Grand Wailea, the spacious kitchen & living room and the beautiful on-site pool and spa within feet of our Unit made this the perfect setting for 7 adult family members to come and go in small groups.
We did have to put ALL of our unsealed food in the fridge when we found bugs in our freshly purchased bread. They were a kitchen presence throughout our stay regardless of my constant soap & water clean ups. The air conditioning was often @76 (a bit hot) even though we set it at 73.
Otherwise - a really perfect place to stay!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Blair house. Property was immaculate, plenty of room to spread out with comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous welcome goodie package upon arrival. Between the well stocked kitchen and gorgeous lanai views, we enjoyed many meals at the unit. Property manager Hope was great at checking in, and readily available to answer questions. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart made our daily trips to the beach effortless. Proximity to the pool, the beach and all of the resorts without being IN the busyness was a perfect fit for our group. Great location for access to many restaurants/take out places/shops. Snorkeling at the reef right off of the closest beach was even better than the snorkeling excursion we went on. We are already talking to friends about a repeat visit 😊.

For the thousands we paid to stay here, I am so disappointed. Upon arrival we alerted the property managers of no air conditioning in the upstairs. We were told to wait until morning. Contacted again in the morning. At 1pm the maintenance man came. They said owners were notified and they were giving us a portable AC unit. But the portable unit was already in an upstairs room. So clearly this was an EXISTING ISSUE. It was too hot to be in the unit. We couldn’t cook in the kitchen bc it was too hot when using ovens
Then a maintenance man told us there was a mouse hanging by its arm in our garage door. That then ran into the garage to hide. Yuck! I’m so done

We absolutely loved this property and would love to come back. We were a group of 7; 2 adults per room and 1 used the pull out sofa bed. All beds were clean and comfortable. We came in early September 2024 and the property was in good shape. We were able to use their coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The house was stocked with many cooking appliances and spices. The community pool was lovely - in the evenings, we barely saw any other guests there. The community area provides ice and filtered water too. The entire Ho'olei community was well maintained, clean, safe, and quiet. We booked directly on the PMI website. Matthew from PMI was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We asked for a late checkout (with a fee) and early check-in, and he was able to provide both since the property was available. There could be some *minor* enhancements (e.g. fix filtered kitchen sink water dispenser, hot/cold shower water fluctuates, grill + oven took awhile to heat up). However, these were not deal breakers.Overall, I recommend this property for a big family or groups of 8 adults. Mahalo, PMI, for an unforgettable trip!

We have stayed at Hoo'lei a few times but this was our first time staying in this particular unit. The place was very comfortable and well equipped. The property managers surprised us with leis upon our arrival which a great way to start our vacation. If I needed anything or had any questions, they were quick to respond. I inquired about insulated bags which we wanted to take to the beach and they went above and beyond and dropped off a rolling cooler for us to use for the entire week! The location of the unit was great, just a short walk to the gym, pool and Grand Wailea. We will definitey be back!

This place had it all! It was very walkable to all the resorts and the beach, and it comfortably accommodated all nine of us. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean, and there were enough bathrooms for us all. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to clean up after beach days. The house came with plenty of beach gear and coolers, so we didn't need to purchase much extra! It felt very private, and using the pool on the gated community grounds was nice. The pool staff was very friendly, and as a bonus, they had coffee each morning and iced tea in the afternoon. I recommend staying here, and I would stay here again!

Wialea is absolutely beautiful. The condo did not disappoint. We would walk to the beach every morning for a walk along the promenade in front of the resorts. When we wanted to play at the beach, we drove down to the public beach between the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea. Parking was not a problem. The condo had beach towels and beach chairs. The family loved, loved, loved the pool, which was a very short walk from the condo.
We did visit Costco in Kahului and the Safeway in Kihei, but the market at the Shops of Wailea was just a short walk from the condo and extremely convenient.

This was an amazing property that was tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked with all a family would need for a vacation in Maui. Close to the beaches, close to restaurants and stores, large and fun pool area in Condo complex, beautiful landscaping and neighborhood layout. My wife and I were so happy and thankful we stayed here, it made our experience so much better. Add to that the wonderful CB management and support experience/team and as we were driving to the airport after our 7 day stay, my Wife said we were coming back soon - and certainly to the same place. Communication prior to going was easy and thorough. Condo was lovely and clean and well equipped. Property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, with a gorgeous pool and gym. If issues came up response was quickly handled...there are many battery operated blinds in the home that need charging prior to guests' arrival. One of the blinds didnt work and it was fixed that evening. The view is spectacular from the upper sitting area!
Property itself is up a hill, across from the GrandWailea. Though we visited all the hotels in the area we used the Grand as a base to walk through for the beach, morning coffee. We had a wonderful week in this condo ...recommend it highly! We also recommend Humble Kitchen at the Marriott Bonvoy...great dinner!

This townhome is a real gem. The floor plan is open and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The showers were good with fast supply of hot water. The grill was clean and functional. Everything was in good condition. There is an elevator which was an asset. The townhome is located within one block of the pool and gym and 4-5 blocks from Wailea beach. A small grocery store is across the street and Kihei, which has more stores and restaurants, is a short 10 minute drive. The garage is a one-car stall but a second stall is available about 25 yards away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided: The owners provided beach chairs and sun-brellas. CB vacation rentals provided beach towels. While there is not an ocean view, the lanai is nicely surrounded by small trees and plantings. One previous review commented on white noise from the main street, which is correct, but bird songs can also be heard and we did not find the white noise to be a problem. Our group ranged in ages from 2 to 80 so the garden view location near the resort entrance was ideal from an accessibility standpoint. If you have small children, my only caution is that the stairs are marble tile and too wide for a child-gate, so parents would need to keep watch on little ones near the stairs. The CB staff were friendly, professional and accessible. We would like to come stay again!
