Pictures do not do this beautiful property justice. All that is entailed in the description and the photos that you go through, are magnified one hundred times when you physically step onto this gorgeous property. Everything inside is very well kept and full of many accommodations. The amenities are exactly as listed and did not fall short of any expectation. The view from the lanai is absolutely magical! You can see the waves of Wailea beach right from the property! Sailboats passing by and mesmerizing sunsets. All that you needed to go to the beach or take a dip in the pool was available right on the property. Speaking of the pool, what a beautiful setting and environment. The pool and jacuzzi are relaxing and very enjoyable. The property manager was very attentive and courteous. They greeted us right upon arrival and showed my family and I around the property. Our stay was memorable and we definitely plan on coming back and staying at this property again. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ho’olei. Eric made sure we had everything we needed. The team takes great pride in keeping the home and grounds clean. The outdoor patio with panoramic view of the ocean and proximity to the Grand Wailea resort and beach were a highlight of our stay. We have stayed at Ho’Olei properties in the past and they never disappoint. Spacious and convenient are the two number one things that come to mind. We were a 17 person, multi family group staying in Maui for my parents 50th Anniversary. We rented two units to accommodate everyone and there was still room to spare! Having a master bath for each bdrm is a so good. The convenience of laundry, dishwasher, coffee makers, beach chairs, wagon, towels and so much more really is convenient. The view from this unit is beautiful and it is just a quick walk down to the pool and gym where there is fresh brewed coffee early each morning. The location is nice as it’s not so busy on the sidewalks like in Kihei and the landscaping is always so beautifully manicured! From start to finish everything went seamlessly! Would highly recommend this unit!

The gate security code had been changed, and we needed assistance from a passerby to enter. However, apart from that, check-in went smoothly. After contacting the property manager, we promptly received the new code, which resolved the issue. The second garage, conveniently located right in front of the unit, was also very helpful.The unit was well-equipped with beach gear and fans to counter initial warmth from the air conditioning delay.The children enjoyed swimming in the pool every morning and evening. The pool was not crowded, and the water temperature was perfect, making it a highlight of our trip. Additionally, complimentary coffee in the morning and iced tea in the afternoon were provided by the poolside—a thoughtful touch we appreciated.I recommend bringing extra shampoo and conditioner, as the provided amount may not be sufficient for longer stays. Every bed in the unit was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.A couple of minor points to note: the light near the entrance was out, and when sitting on the patio or leaving the windows open, some noise from the main road could be heard. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our overall experience.The location was excellent, with high-end hotels, an ABC Store, shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Some minor inconveniences included a non-functional entrance light and occasional road noise when on the patio or with windows open, but these did not detract from the overall experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to high-end hotels, an ABC Store, shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach, all within walking distance. The neighborhood was welcoming and felt safe throughout our stay.

The Blair’s home had everything our group of 6 adults needed from a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, beach and pool items, toiletries, and the most beautiful lanai views. Games nights on the lanai or around the dining room table were some of our favorite memories of our trip.
The location is right in the heart of Wailea. A short drive or walk to shopping, beaches, golf, and restaurants (highly recommend Monkeypod and their mai tai’s).
The pool on the property was a highlight as well. It was very well maintained and never busy. A great place to spend an afternoon.
The property manager, Hope, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to visit again!

Our villa at Ho’olei was even better than described on line. It was very spacious, with comfortable furniture, modern big screen TV’s in every bedrooom and great room. Excellent WiFi service, fast enough to stream any programming. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee, keurig pods, condiments and spices. Every small appliance one could use including a rice maker. The staff from CB Island vacations gave us excellent pre arrival instructions, met us upon arrival and provided a very detailed walk through. They even called on the second day of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each room had a modern en-suite bath, there was also a guest bathroom off the great room. The complex had a very large pool only a few minutes walk from our villa and the beautiful beach at Grand Wailea was only an easy 10 minute walk or few minutes by car. The Villa was also equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas allowing our family to relax in comfort at the beach. Ho’olei is located close to shops, 3 golf courses and many good restaurants. The Villa, amenities and location made for the perfect accommodations for our multigenerational family vacation. We willl definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

The close access to the beach at Grand Wailea, the spacious kitchen & living room and the beautiful on-site pool and spa within feet of our Unit made this the perfect setting for 7 adult family members to come and go in small groups.
We did have to put ALL of our unsealed food in the fridge when we found bugs in our freshly purchased bread. They were a kitchen presence throughout our stay regardless of my constant soap & water clean ups. The air conditioning was often @76 (a bit hot) even though we set it at 73.
Otherwise - a really perfect place to stay!!!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Blair house. Property was immaculate, plenty of room to spread out with comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous welcome goodie package upon arrival. Between the well stocked kitchen and gorgeous lanai views, we enjoyed many meals at the unit. Property manager Hope was great at checking in, and readily available to answer questions. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart made our daily trips to the beach effortless. Proximity to the pool, the beach and all of the resorts without being IN the busyness was a perfect fit for our group. Great location for access to many restaurants/take out places/shops. Snorkeling at the reef right off of the closest beach was even better than the snorkeling excursion we went on. We are already talking to friends about a repeat visit 😊.

For the thousands we paid to stay here, I am so disappointed. Upon arrival we alerted the property managers of no air conditioning in the upstairs. We were told to wait until morning. Contacted again in the morning. At 1pm the maintenance man came. They said owners were notified and they were giving us a portable AC unit. But the portable unit was already in an upstairs room. So clearly this was an EXISTING ISSUE. It was too hot to be in the unit. We couldn’t cook in the kitchen bc it was too hot when using ovens
Then a maintenance man told us there was a mouse hanging by its arm in our garage door. That then ran into the garage to hide. Yuck! I’m so done

We absolutely loved this property and would love to come back. We were a group of 7; 2 adults per room and 1 used the pull out sofa bed. All beds were clean and comfortable. We came in early September 2024 and the property was in good shape. We were able to use their coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The house was stocked with many cooking appliances and spices. The community pool was lovely - in the evenings, we barely saw any other guests there. The community area provides ice and filtered water too. The entire Ho'olei community was well maintained, clean, safe, and quiet. We booked directly on the PMI website. Matthew from PMI was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We asked for a late checkout (with a fee) and early check-in, and he was able to provide both since the property was available. There could be some *minor* enhancements (e.g. fix filtered kitchen sink water dispenser, hot/cold shower water fluctuates, grill + oven took awhile to heat up). However, these were not deal breakers.Overall, I recommend this property for a big family or groups of 8 adults. Mahalo, PMI, for an unforgettable trip!

We have stayed at Hoo'lei a few times but this was our first time staying in this particular unit. The place was very comfortable and well equipped. The property managers surprised us with leis upon our arrival which a great way to start our vacation. If I needed anything or had any questions, they were quick to respond. I inquired about insulated bags which we wanted to take to the beach and they went above and beyond and dropped off a rolling cooler for us to use for the entire week! The location of the unit was great, just a short walk to the gym, pool and Grand Wailea. We will definitey be back!
