We had a really lovely stay here. There was plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and the first floor location was just steps from the pool, which was awesome for an after dinner swim or hot tub. We also used the gas grill in the pool area one night. The entire complex was really well maintained and there were several friendly kitties on the property too, most of which were happy for some head rubs.
We enjoyed the relative quiet of the complex compared to the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. There was never more than a few families at the pool. And the big resorts, restaurants, and Whaler Village are a short walk away. We also played foot golf at the adjacent course, which is basically a mash-up of soccer and golf and fun way for us non-golfers to be on the course.
The hosts graciously made sure we had boogie boards for our stay, as this is an activity our family really enjoys. And the beach closet had pretty much everything you'd need for a day at the beach -- plenty of towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling stuff, boogie boards -- plus stuff for kids. The only thing we didn't find was a cooler, but maybe there was one and we just didn't see it. We also wanted to try pickle ball, but ran out of time.
We would definitely stay at this property again! Check in/out was easy, it was super comfy, and with great communication along the way.

Property exactly as shown and described. Easy checkin process. Kitchen was well stocked for people that like to cook while on vacation. We had some issues with air conditioning but they were very responsive. We went about our day sightseeing and it was fixed by the time we returned. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Maui!

Beautiful location overlooking the golf course with a partial view of the ocean. Great amenities in the complex; pickleball, pool, tennis courts etc. Owners thought if everything - beach chairs, towels, a cooler, even a collapsible wagon which was genius!
However, we did experience a considerable amount of maintenance issues which were never addressed during our stay: light bulbs out, toilet lapsed out, garbage disposal not functioning and a ru Ning toilet. Issues were reported but could not be addressed until after check out. Hub?

Our family loved our stay at this place. It’s a 2 story condo with full bathrooms on both floors. Large living room and nice Lanai. They had a lot of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella and so on. Decent bedding. In summary, it worked well for our six members family.
The location is good and near the beach. But the beach is a bit of a walk (about a mile to block rock beach which is where we went all days). Especially if you have equipment to carry and young kids or elderly parents. But we parked at the Sheraton and got parking validated on most days.
All in all a very good experience and I would stay here again if traveling with family.

Clean property. The two beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. Washer and dryer worked well. There was a good amount of beach chairs as well as beach towels and a wagon to cart your stuff down to the beach. The patio was a good size and had plenty of seating for dinners on the lanai.

Me & my family recently stayed here and we had such an incredible time! The condo was exactly what we expected and then some. We dealt with a bit of a hiccup on one early morning but it was so easy to fix and the owners and Monty were so easy to reach out to and helpful. Would definitely stay there again :)

The property was at a great location and had many amenities, especially the kitchen. HOWEVER, the entire property smelled musty and there was MOLD in the main closet and drawers which made them completely unusable. The area rug in the main bedroom smelled like urine so my husband put it out on the balcony. There was also an incredible amount of mold in the brita-type water pitcher in the fridge. And the tub was constantly clogging as the drain is covered in sediment.
I appreciate past guests leaving their beach umbrellas and chairs etc for other guests.
The location and size of the property is great - it just needs a thorough DEEP CLEANING and possibly some mold remediation.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. We loved the view from both the main bedroom and the lanai with stunning sunsets.
The location and amenities were fantastic with more than enough space for our family (two adults and two teens).
The kitchen was very well setup with all that we needed to cook meals on nights that we didn’t walk to Whalers village for dinner.
We also very much appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided including beach chairs and snorkeling gear, which made it easy to spend time exploring Black Rock.
This condo provided all that we needed to have an amazing holiday.
We will never forget our stay and the memories we created!

Very short walk to the Fairway shops to get a quick bite, snorkel rentals and more. So much better than a crowded hotel room. Beautifully decorated and air conditioned. Would definitely stay again.

Very nicely furnished place. All sports equipment, chairs, umbrellas needed for the beach were included, as well all kitchenware down to spices and welcoming chocolates. Loved the Tuscan style restroom and the large balcony. Easily walkable to the beach and whaler’s village.
Minor downsides were that the stairs were a bit squeaky, BBQ grill was hardly working, and parking was additional (found out about it after getting a warning for not being registered). All in all though, loved it.

Very spacious! There was plenty of room and even areas we did not use such as the front patio and a side room off the second bedroom. The master was large with a separate dressing area. The living room was very spacious as well. The location was a win for our teens with a ten minute walk to the beaches, snorkeling with turtles, black rock jumping, and Whaler’s Village shopping and dining. We were very pleased!

Excellent place to stay! The condo was clean, cute and had all the supplies we needed. Loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning for breakfast and playing games at night. The starter kits came in handy and having a grill was a huge plus. It’s close to shops, snorkel gear rental, coffee shop and of course Whalers Village. You won’t be disappointed staying here and the location is great for Ka’anapali beach.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple for a wedding across the golf course at the Westin! It was a great (and more affordable!) alternative to staying at the resort, and we were able to walk to most wedding activities. The space was great for two couples since we both had our own bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Loved the provided beach equipment and in unit washer/dryer and we always had plenty of towels. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked with cooking utensils! I’d say sleeping more than 5 people here would be a stretch as the living room bed looked like a small futon. The upstairs shower is definitely not accessible friendly for disabled or elderly people as the side of the tub came up to my mid thigh and needed a lot of care getting in and out without falling. I’d have preferred more shampoo/conditioner as the small bottles provided weren’t enough for a whole week stay. The condo complex charging nearly $150 for parking for the whole week was another flaw, but not the host’s fault. Overall we loved the condo and our stay and we would love to stay again!

We were there for the Maui Half Marathon and could not have picked a better place. The location was perfect for all of our adventures and coming back to a beautiful and well maintained condo was heaven. We enjoyed resting and eating on the lanai. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after the half marathon to relax our tired muscles. Jim was great with the communication and made everything extremly easy. We would highly recommend staying here. This property was very well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances and tools. They even had spices and seasonings. The unit had sand toys, a wagon, a couple coolers, beach umbrella and chairs. We were so grateful for these items that are hard to travel with but were available. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was great! The location was perfect for our stay. Right on the golf course made getting to whalers village super easy and the pool was enjoyed by all. Nothing but great things to say! We would 100% come back here again. If you’re staying here with a group of adults, it’s fine.The unit is spacious and we enjoyed the patio every single morning and evening of our stay.It was our favorite spot in the condo to watch golfers and birds.It’s a quick 10 minute walk to the beach/whalers village and restaurants. If you’re coming with young families be aware that there are no sand toys, or floaties in the unit.The beach amenities are limited to 1 beach chair, a couple coolers, an umbrella and one snorkel mask. There are some trono chairs we didn’t use that maybe could have been taken to the beach, but we were not familiar with how to work them so didn’t try. I would say that this unit is bare minimum for amenities. Also, no games, which would have been fun to have available for families. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean, but other bedding was thin and old.There were no sheets or bedding available for the extra inflatable bed in the unit, which we only didn’t need because our party of 5 reduced to 4 right before our arrival. The hosts didn’t know this though, so had we arrived with 5 we would have had an issue. The beach towels were small and extremely thin. This, along with the lack of beach chairs, was probably the biggest disappointment for us upon arrival since we were at the beach every day of our stay with our kids.Kitchen is well stocked with dishes etc, but has no spices, or anything like that if you plan to cook in the unit (we did not). 4 stars out of 5 for us for this unit.

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. We were able to spread out and have our own space. My daughter didn’t mind sleeping on the pull out couch she said it was comfortable. The washer and dryer was nice. No detergent, a few dryer sheets in closet. The kitchen and master bath could use a face lift. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was missing a door. Looks like it rusted off. Dishwasher and fridge looked brand new. Sink in master bath had a drain issue with a bucket under the sink catching a slow leak. My husband did empty the dirty water once so it didn't overflow. I did let the owners know and it was fixed by a plumber a few days later. The
view from the condo was gorgeous. I loved being so close to Whalers Village. The entrance to the complex was kind of scretchy with the weird bike rental and homeless people living in their cars. I felt safe in the condo with the gates and padded lock on door. The beach equipment was ok. 4/6 chairs were nice other 2 need replaced. The wagon is definitely on its last leg but it was a life saver lugging all of our stuff to the beach. The owners did respond to my concern with the sink but I didn’t like how I’d message them weeks/months prior to our trip and we’d either get no response and once time a quick yes response. Owners have to realize we are traveling thousands of miles from home spending a lot of money. We are going to have questions and it would be nice to have a response. I felt bad asking questions.
