Just wish they were a little flexible about early check in or later check out during off season. Many units were empty and would have loved another hour for leisurely check out. But we had a great time.

This condo is gorgeous inside-everything is top notch and so comfortable. The beach chairs, boogie boards and rolling cooler made our beach trips so easy and fun! We will come back again!

Three of my sisters and I stayed for 4 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The condo is exactly as advertised. All rooms were clean and the entire place is so spacious. The grounds were well kept, the pool/hot tub area was easy to access and tidy. The beach is steps away! We were so pleased with everything…cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Our group of seven fit comfortably with plenty of place to sleep. The twin room was able to be configured into a king, which we requested but did not get. All the beds were also very firm and uncomfortable for most of us, but everyone has their own preference. Oddly the sofa sleeper was the most comfortable bed. Having a/c in the entire unit was also appreciated.
The back lanai was our favorite place to be for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings with great view of the pool, ocean, and amazing sunsets. Having the pool and beach right in our back yard was the best part. Location was great and short drives to restaurants, shops, and other beaches. Overall we had a great time and loved the spot. We would stay again.

This place is amazing. It's set back from the pool so it's quieter. I came to "get away" and focus on some creative design work so being back from the pool was perfect.
That said, the pool is wonderful and the private beach (about 100 steps from the door) has almost no one on it. The water is warm and perfect. The sea turtles love it too and don't mind a happy snorkeler watching them.
The location in Kahana is perfect. Not a big high rise but a small community of very friendly people. Be sure to check out the Wednesday afternoon MaiTai party with live Hawaiian music and hula.
My time here was toooo short. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Can't get closer to the water. Were initially disappointed because we couldn't reserve an "ocean front" unit -- but this unit has a view of the pool, then the ocean behind it. Perfect! Great location, convenient to stores and restaurants. Not at a huge resort -- so no long walks or elevators -- the ocean is right there. Accommodations were very comfortable for our family of 5. Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A/C worked great, ceiling fans in every room. Great lanai for dining/relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it both times! We were there with three seniors,( myself, my husband, my brother) our daughter and son-in-law, and our 3 1/2 year old grandson. It was perfect for us. The place is extremely well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils for when we cooked in. The beds are comfortable including the blowup mattress we used for our grandson. There is lots of space for sitting and eating for six people. The small beach is lovely and so is the pool. It’s just a great place and we would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Maui.

Hot tub heater out of order 4 of the 7 days we were there. Wind 25+ MPH and large surf made snorkeling difficult, but that’s luck of the draw when you plan months in advance. Still found some fun places to snorkel and swim.

Super lovely location with a view of the ocean. The sound of the waves and the view from the condo with a short walk was awesome. Staying in these smaller condos is far superior than the large resorts in my opinion and this location has a great stretch of sandy and rocky beach. The grounds are well taken care of— great pool, awesome rinse off station from coming from the beach and overall a nice place.
The condo itself is updated nicely! I love the open kitchen to allow food prep and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well. The cooler, 3 beach chairs and umbrella were great.
The beds are semi comfortable, though a lot of the pillows are very large and full, not great for stomach sleepers. Also, keep in mind that right now they are doing construction on the road really close to the condo and they start early (7:30-8am) during weekdays. It didn’t bother us too much since we were up early, but if you plan to sleep in it is very loud. Also 2 of the porch chairs were broken so we couldn’t eat as a group outside together.
Lastly, hardest part was the temperature. Not having AC made it uncomfortable a lot of the time. There are a lot of fans, but we were constantly trying to manage temperature by having windows open at night as well as windows closed with blinds drawn during the day, while having fans running at all times.
If the condo had AC we would return here in a heartbeat. The owners are kind, the location is prime and the space is well thought out and beautiful.

We have stayed at Kahana Village before and it is wonderful. Great location , lovely grounds and really nice people.. The beach , the pool and the hot tub are all exceptional and because of the small size of the complex, they are never crowded.
Even though Hawaiian beaches are public, this one is almost like a private beach. It is unusual to have more than 15 people on the beach. The pool is a large circle and 3 feet deep all over , so it is a great pool for kids , or just floating.
Every Wednesday night the complex has a party with drinks , a singer and a hula dancer. it is a great place to meet people and to talk more with people you have met during your stay. This is a very family centered resort and our grandson met and played with lots of other kids.
The condo itself is very nice and the pictures are very accurate. It is 1700 square feet so there is plenty of room for everyone. The Lani is large also and has seating for 10 . Each room has its own ac unit so everyone can have their own level of comfort.
I could throw a rock and hit the ocean so you couldn't ask for a closer condo.
Ryan was very responsive . We had an issue with the TV the first day and he responded immediately and ended up having a technician come by the next day to fix it.
We love Kahana Village and this condo is as good as it gets in the village.

Kahana Village #13 combines plenty of space with amazing amenities, terrific location and incredible views! We couldn’t think of a better place to stay on Maui. Kitchen had plenty of dishes l, cookware and new appliances, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely ocean breezes. We loved being able to walk out onto our “own” beach (featuring turtles and a monk seal!), catch the daily rainbows over the ocean, and also enjoyed the pool and bbq area. A terrific, magical spot. The property rental agency was professional, attentive and kind. We can’t wait to return!

Provided entry code didnt work, and had to call someone. It took 20 mins for someone to call back but she was able to assist and reset the code remotely.

Unit is clean and full of supplies that we might expect to use during a week trip. However no AC inside except for ceiling fans and portable fans. It gets pretty warm and a bit uncomfortable at times even at night. Had to leave patio door open and all windows open and all fans on full blast to help with air movement. Entry code didn’t work when we arrived but was able to get a hold of someone via emergency line after 20 minutes

Great property. Clean, modern, good AC, plentiful parking. Best of all is the location. Quiet sandy beach. Neighboring area properties have lost eroded beaches, but not Kahana Village. Some rocks under water, but nice sand on dry shore. Poor snorkeling. No waves. Great for swimming, sunsets, sunbathing, sand sports. Can hear waves from master bedroom.

The condo was everything as represented and even better! Large unit, super clean, super comfortable with everything neat and in working order. Had a great view from the lanai, which was furnished with two tables, one seating 6, the other 4, which was perfect since we used the indoor table for a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle we brought. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything we needed. Great communication beforehand and everything was clear and just perfect!

We enjoyed this condo so much. It’s beautiful and roomy, with everything you need, even a few groceries in the pantry. It has a beautiful view of the ocean with the island of Molokai in the distance. The sunsets are breathtaking. Check-in would have been so much easier if the # sign had been added to the keypad code. It took us a while to figure that out. Also, the condo does get warm on June afternoons. Why not make the investment to add two or three split a/c units to make it absolutely perfect? We were grateful for all the fans! Also adding a note that the office is for the guests of another owner in the same complex would have helped. The grounds are beautiful as well. Wish we could have stayed longer. Mahalo!

The combination of great location, great facility and great unit made for a perfect stay for us. It was three couples (parents with two married children and an infant). It was recently renovated and felt new. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. They had a lot of beach/pool equipment. I think what I liked best was the view from our lanai (only feet from the ocean) and the overall quietness of this resort. There are not many buildings and the units are all larger so I think there are only 20-30 units total. This meant the beach, the pool, and the grounds were very quiet. The beach had a great sandy part but it does become rocky right as you enter the water. The unit was on the far corner of the property. We liked this as it further enhanced the quiet/private feel. Being on the far side of the property, the ocean view is very slightly obstructed by the hedge on the property boundary (80% great view). I would definitely stay here again. I've stayed in Maui 10+ times and this was the first place that made me look up how much it was to buy a unit because I loved it. 5 min to Kapalua. 5 min to Kaanapali. Many of my favorite snorkel beaches were minutes away. Finally, the Emmett was a very responsive and warm host.

The view from the lanai is unbelievable! And quick access to the beach was a huge plus. We also enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and grills on the property. What a fantastic condo located in a beautiful property in an extremely convenient location. Recently up-dated, this 3 bedroom, two bath condo is great for 3 adult couples and one grandbaby. Nothing better than to start your day sitting on the lanai, watching the waves wash-up on the beach 25 feet away or walking 50 feet to the circular pool.
We also can't say enough about Emmett the property manager who brought us a play-pen and a beach umbrella for our grandbaby. Nice guy and very helpful!
Bottom line, great unit, great location and we will certainly book again.
