Fabulous well appointed condo with easy access to airport and island destinations. Terrific private lanai to enjoy ocean views from sunrise to sunset. Beach is walkable for miles in either direction. Hosts are incredibly thoughtful and generous. Communication was responsive. Check in directions were clear and easy to follow. Late check out to accommodate a late flight was much appreciated.

It had everything we needed, except a cutting board.There were lots of small flying weird bugs, annoying. And I’m certain we had termites. No problem at all for us, but you’ll need to check them out. We were very impressed the minute we walked in. Decorated beautifully with a beach theme. We were welcomed with gifts of cookies, macadamia nuts and coffee!! The bed was wonderful as well as the shower area. No need to buy any beach gear it was all supplied!! Highly recommend!!

We stayed 5 nights here and, although small, the condo had everything we needed plus some. Owners left a lovely note and a snack basket of specialty Maui snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch. Actual building is a bit older. But the condo had nice comfy furniture and updated appliances including a washer and dryer in the unit. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Communication with owners was friendly and prompt. We would stay here again if we visit Maui.

Aloha, if you are looking for peace and quiet in paradise, this is the place for you!!! The location and beach could not be better, perfect sand, perfect water, perfect sunsets = perfect stay!! The condo was exactly as described and had more than enough amenities!

Based off of the pictures online I was not expecting the view that we got. Amazing oceanfront view from the top floor with a beautiful panorama of the bay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with cookware and dining ware for making or eating meals in the suite. Property representatives were respectful and answered any questions as well as offered suggestions for places to eat and enjoy the day.Definitely on my list to stay here when I come back.

Our stay in this unit wasn't our first stay at Kealia, so we definitely came into it with an idea of what to expect of the property and the area. As always, the property always outdoes our memory of it. The beach is steps away from the building. There's a pair of huge lawns to hang-out and for kids to play in (one of which has plenty of shade even for the midday or afternoon sun.
The unit as a whole was clean and stocked well enough. It's got plenty of dishes, utensils, and the owner even provides a bit of a starter kit for anyone staying there (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, dish soap, etc).
The view from the balcony is great! Breakfast out there in the morning with the sound of waves crashing against the beach is just the best feeling. You can even watch the sun set from the balcony (at least during our stay)!
There really isn't much to complain about from our trip other than (as always) it was entirely too short. We'd definitely stay in this unit again in the future if presented the opportunity.

This is the most beautiful location and RIGHT on the beach. Hearing the ocean throughout the night is amazing!! The only downside is the second room gets warm. We set up fans to blow into there but it was much warmer without an AC. You cannot beat the views or this place. It really feels like a home and has EVERYTHING you need. The beach is empty here and a fun place to walk and play.

We LOVED this spot! The pictures are spot on, we practically lived out on this balcony and on this beach. The location is great and around tons of other beaches and great food spots and shave ice as well. We traveled around to the other beaches but there was kind of no point because this beach was so quiet and private and even shaded in spots do you dont need an umbrella. I swam multiple times here because the waters were so warm and inviting. I've already recommended this condo to multiple friends and family.

The condo was the best place to be able to go all over the island. The pool and beach were immaculate. My only complaint and it was not a big deal, but there is only one window unit in the den so the bedroom was a little warm. Still I would stay there again. Thanks!!!

This location was perfect for us. The resort is steps away from the beach where we walked and swam every morning. You can walk for miles up the white sand beach. Water in front of the condo is calm so swimming or boarding is great. The property was very clean and had recently been updated with new appliances and a king size bed. The manager, Sherry was great as she is very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

The parking spot too tight small car recommended and the last night our stay it was a trash day I guess because they put a trash bags and trash barrels on our parking spot.We had to park on someone else spot next to us.Good thing its no body park there since we got there and plus its our last night.The condo has everything you need.Clean and good location.The

We had a great stay in #309. We didn't hear our neighbors next door, above, or below. I love that the unit is a corner unit and that you can hear the waves crashing when the lanai door is open. You do get some road noise but it's not overpowering. The unit was a clean, bed was firm and comfortable, and amenities were adequate. The grounds were clean and maintained, loved the pool and the yard overlooking the water. Proximity is central to just about anything on the island. We loved that we weren't isolated to one corner of the island. Everything was within a 30-40 minute drive. It was a great stay, we would happily come back and stay here again.

I originally reserved this room for 10 nights but I had to ask for relocation due to the overwhelming number of bugs-- about 1 inch size huge ants with wings. I vacuumed all of them (45 of them at least) and contacted the property management and sent them the pictures and videos of those. The management team quickly relocated us, which was awesome.
This property's view was awesome but all the windows and its rails were too dirty, so I never felt like opening them. It's such a waste of nice view, by not to cleaning behind blinds. Sorry, but I can not recommend this place. I appreciated the Ali Resort for relocating us so quickly.

The condo had an amazing view! It was also quiet, clean and had plenty of supplies like towels, beach bags, chairs, a cooler. A couple residents living in the condo were so friendly and gave us suggestions of places to go. We enjoyed lounging on the lawn area so we had the ocean view without the sand. This location is a short drive to where most of the restaurants and nearby parks, with a couple places within walking distance like Dina's.

The apartment was perfect for a short weekend event we had in Kihei. Pros: David is an excellent host. He was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was perfect for us. Sugar Beach is long and great for walking. The condo was low key, clean, and well kept. The bed was excellently comfortable (new, not too firm, not too soft). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking. The lanai was blocked from the winds and lovely to sit and drink coffee and have breakfast. It is well located on the island for exploring West Maui, upcountry, and Hana. TONS of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby (thanks for the recommendations David!). There are beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a boogie board and even coolers. A new washer and dryer came in useful! The grounds and pool are well kept with a lovely lawn to lay on.
Just a few cons to be honest: The air conditioning window units are loud and right by the bed (not a problem if you want to sleep with the windows open instead) but something to consider if you're a light sleeper. The parking space was tight (we had a mid sized SUV). The condo itself is on the smaller side (worked well for just my husband and I). The water off of Sugar Beach was not the crystal clear Maui water that we'd expected, more of a cloudy brown, but we loved walking the long stretches of gorgeous sand and had fun exploring the many nearby beaches. That being said, we really enjoyed our time and would recommend David and this condo for those looking for a splendid stay on Maui!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo in Maui and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The condo was not only stunning, but it was also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved being able to wake up to the sight of the sparkling ocean every morning. The location of the condo was also perfect - it was close to all the attractions and amenities in Maui, yet still provided a peaceful and tranquil retreat. The staff at the condo were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We kept all food in the refrigerator and kept a tidy stay in this unit and even after being sprayed for ants we had a problem. The on-site maintenance manager was awesome. We always saw him out working even on the 4th of July. He really makes sure the place is taken care of.

We adored the ocean view from the lanai and enjoyed watching the chickens walk around in the grass below us. The outrigging paddling teams would launch from the nearby club and we got to see them out in the water. Sugar beach was a more quiet beach, perfect for runs and walks. There was sunscreen, lotion, and snacks set out for us, which was a special treat we appreciated. A/C worked great and we were impressed by how quiet it was, despite the road nearby. Super clean and relaxing!

My mom and I stayed here as a much needed respite from my father’s passing. The condo was everything we needed, well appointed and very clean. The property is perfectly situated not far from the heart of Kihei, which is very cute with lots of good restaurants and food trucks. The best part here though was the stunning views of the ocean from the lanai, sound of the waves lulling you to sleep and direct sugar beach access. There’s also a lovely pool on-site as well. Lydia was very helpful in calling to warn us of a minor flying insect issue caused by the weather and offered to have cleaners come, we appreciated her attentiveness.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything about this was wonderful until we were charged $50 for a lost beach towel (which I'm certain was in the condo). I know the towel realistically cost between $10 to $20. It's kind of a disappointing way to end an otherwise perfect stay.

The property ad is misleading and we thought we were getting a room facing the ocean. Instead it was facing a very busy road. From the porch you can still see the ocean which is very nice, but it isn’t what we were expecting at all, which was disappointing.
The room was clean, although quite hot so the window AC unit had to run all the time, which was quite loud. If the AC unit wasn’t running, you could hear the road.
The property is nice and backs right onto the beach which is great for swimming and late night walks. Overall good place, but not in line with expectations
