We were very pleased with all this property gave usKitchen was well stocked with cookware and the fridge freezer was ample big enough to hold a good size trip to Costco for 5 days of food for 8 adults. BBQ was very good.We made grrat use of the patio.

This is our third time in a row staying at this place. It is phenomenal and feels like home. I don’t think we could ever stay anywhere else when visiting Maui. The owners are very friendly and caring and they make the checkin and checkout process so easy which allows you to really enjoy your trip.

We had a great week's stay at this property. Walking distance to many shops and places to eat. Clean, fun, and calmer beach just right down the road from the condo. We also appreciated the close proximity to the parking lot making it that much easier to come and go. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo worked out well for the four of us. We spent our evenings on the lane and saw some gorgeous sunsets. Access to the highway and shops is good. Love the Cafe Kalia for our coffee. Great coffee and friendly staff. Hope to be back.

I love this location, it is so close to an amazing beach and the restaurants around this unit are great. There is such a great breeze throughout the unit, I didn't even have to use the ac. So close to many hikes if you are into that kind of thing. Very modern and updated unit, I will definitely be staying here whenever I stay in Kihei.

The property was clean and nicely equipped for the most part. There were some parts that felt run-down and in need of an upgrade (kitchen, carpets, upstairs beds were uncomfortable, and pillows in master were really thin — we purchased more at Target). But we used the kitchen each morning and it had everything we needed and it was a good size apartment for our group of 5.

Wonderful mattress! Larger lanai than most condos AND a view of the ocean; very nice & relaxing. Lots of steps as the condo is built on a hill. Lovely pool area & very spacious w/ a nice barbecue area close by. Thank- u for a lovely time!

We loved this condo, it really felt like a new one. Ron was very communicative and helped resolve some issue with AC. The beds were comfy, full kitchen, nice ocean view from lanai, beach equipment (note that for snorkeling fin sizes were kids L, so would be good to have something for adults), washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed this place.

This place had everything we needed and is larger than the photos suggest - we stayed here comfortably with our almost two year old in a portable crib, which the host Janice graciously provided (along with a high chair). The living area was roomy enough for our toddler to run around in. Short walk to the beach and shops. The A/C in the living room plus the fans provided kept us comfortable in the 27 degree C weather. Would definitely return! thanks again Janice for being the most responsive and accommodating host :)

Location was perfect. We had a rental car and chose to stay in south Maui so we would be more central to rest of the island. The actual rental location was also perfect for more relaxed days as we could walk across the street to the beach, walk to plenty of restaurants/stores. The pool/hot tub was nice as well. The condo was as described in the listing and pictures. Communication from the host was very good and fast.

Overall, this condo met our needs in terms of location and amenities for the price. Location is right next to various restaurants and shops which was very convenient after a full day of activities in the sun!
Docking a point for the check-in process. There were no parking registration passes at the time of check-in, which was not communicated earlier. I had to call the property who then transferred me to another gentleman for him to tell us they weren’t getting more passes till Tuesday. Letting us know beforehand would’ve saved time during check-in.
Another note, the warm water ran out quite quickly. We had a total of 4 people staying, so we were taking cold, quick showers often which wasn’t the most pleasant.
Other than those two things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Couldn’t beat the location.

AC unit undersized and not able to meet set point. No AC in bedroom and AC unit not able to cool this area. Carpet stained/dirty in some areas but not terrible. Unit could use some maintenance on doors and etc but was sufficient for our stay. kitchen updated. stocked well with beach chairs and umbrella. Murphy beds good for additioanl guests however makes the unit closed off and a bit dark.

The property itself is clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable for our group of 5. The beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards made it very easy to take advantage of the beach.
The main draw is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to an absolutely beautiful beach. We had perfect weather while we were there and took advantage of the beach everyday.
It's also walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store, which was very convenient too.
If we're every back in Maui, this would be our #1 choice of where to stay.

I have stayed in several VRBO type accommodations through the years. This time I was somewhat disappointed to find upon check in that the suite was surface clean only. I would have been okay to clean to my comfort level but I was left with only a 2” X 2” sponge and some dish soap. Not even a dishcloth. This unit could really benefit from a DEEP clean Including a good bleaching of the facecloths and towels. The location of the facility and the amenities were excellent. Check and check out were also smooth.

The condo is lovely and very comfortable with all the amenities you need for your stay. We loved having meals and relaxing on the balcony enjoying the great view of Kaho'olawe island and Molokini crater. Kamaloa I beach is an easy 1/2 block walk and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and beach rentals stores about the same distance. The condo's location is a short drive from Kihei's many other fabulous beaches too. We had a wonderful vacation here and love the home!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to make coffee every day and there is a nice big refrigerator so we picked up some snacks and water from Foodland for the week. The kitchen was equipped very nicely and we appreciated the washer and dryer too. So close to the best beach! Walking there was no problem. Janice was easy to communicate with and reached out to make sure everything went well. It was a smooth and pleasant experience for us. It was our first trip to Maui and we loved Kihei. Really close to so many places and great food. Hope that we can visit again someday!

This condo is fantastic. You couldn't ask for a cleaner, more accommodating place for our little family to stay while we were enjoying Maui. Both of my small children and my husband and I were very comfortable staying here - with the onsite washer/dryer, the very accommodating kitchen, and the comfortable bedrooms and living area we honestly told ourselves several times that we really lucked out and hit the jack pot with this condo. A very short walk will have you immediately enjoying Kamaole Beach, with the rest of the Kihei at your immediate disposal. We would absolutely book this location or any others under this property management company again. Their concierge services helped us book and incredible fishing trip that my some will never forget, and family pictures that our entire family will have to look back on this time with. Thank you again to this property company and this condo! It was spectacular!

As a family with small kids, we really couldn’t fault this place. It’s the top unit at the front of the block so it had the best outlook, was well equipped and clean, and the beach directly across the road is very gentle for swimming with loads of good food and coffee options within easy walking distance. We even saw turtles! Highly recommend this place.
