Location is wonderful. I watched the outriggers pass every morning from my lanai because the condo is right on the beach. My husband and I walked a mile on the beach every day and swam in the evening in the pool. I was even able to get a book from the library on site and it was a smoke-free building. A farmers market was across street and close to onramp to Piilani Hwy. GREAT PLACE.

We had never stayed in kihei and were very glad we did. The views were beautiful from the 405 condo and it had everything we needed. Liked having a second bathroom! The beach and waves right in front of us were a special treat. We also liked the convenient layout with a table to eat indoors

We had a great time staying at this property. The only issue we had was a last minute change in our room because of construction that was going on above the original unit rented. The location was great and made for some outstanding sunset and beach views. Some of the interior was a bit dated with popcorn celings and shower doors that would come off the tracks but overall was fine because we spent most of our time exploring the island instead of at the condo.

My family and I had a nice time staying in the condo. The central location made it nice for day trips. We had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have the option to walk out the door and be on the beach, go to the pool or walk across the street for shaved ice!

We've stayed in three different ground floor units at this property and all were excellent, including this one. Been to Maui five time and the last three have been here, becuase of the great condos and Ali'i service, direct beach access, shave ice /bakery/ ABC store access, and close to town location.
This unit has a great master bedroom and bathroom, a comfortable living room and kit hen, and a separate bathroom.We took our son and a friend for a graduation gift and it the pull out sofa was just enough.
This is a great choice if you're looking for a great condo in Maui.

Wonderful stay for our family of 6, we loved the rental unit which was very clean upon arrival and felt like home right away. Plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs, fluffy towels provided, and a wonderful location (warning: the malasadas across the street at Sugar Beach Bakery are incredible!)and great pool downstairs too. Being steps away from the beach was a big plus, and a close drive to many beaches in Kihei or 10min drive to many restaurants and stores in Kihei and 15min drive to Kahului. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone!

This place was great! I cannot believe the view. We loved seeing the outriggers ever morning from the lanai. Since it’s a corner unit there was a view on the side of the unit and a better view off the side of lanai. The location was great. A short walk for coffee and a pastry across the street in the morning. The shaved ice place was always busy and with good reason because it was awesome. Then the farmers market and ABC store were so convenient for everything. I thought this was a good location to get to anywhere on the island. We will definately stay here again on our next Maui trip.

Not only was the beach right outside your doors but restaurants and shopping just a few miles down the road. The ABC store and Ululani’s shaved iced literally across the street along with the farmers market and a place to get coffee and bakery items if you wanted. The property management company was so attentive and helpful and got back to us promptly when needed. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place!

What a wonderful condo! It had everything we needed: location, beach supplies, convenience. The location was prime. Right next to the pool, beach, and a strip mall with bakery, ABC Store, and shaved ice. It is also a good spot for exploring any part of the island. We really couldn't ask for a better stay. We wished we had a better view of the beach, but it's so close you can hear it. And we wished we had more time to relax at the property. It was our first visit to Maui so we spent a lot of time checking out the island.

The bakery across the street was extremely convenient and a delicious start to most of our days on the island. WOW, what at GREAT Time. Let me tell you a little about where we stayed. The place was AWESOME, easy to find, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! If we were any closer, we would be WET! If you leave window open like we did you will wake up to the sond of waves rolling onto the shore and a rooster will call out to you to get up and start the day. And you want to because there is just so much to do. The place has everything you need. Kitchen has all the utensils you need stove, oven, microwave, air cooker, refrigerator. The rooms are spacious with two very nice bathrooms. You are located at a good spot on the island. Right across the street is an ABC store however, I recommend dropping off the luggage at the condo then heading back to costco which is right by the airport and a good place to refuel your rental car before leaving. Also, right next to the condo is a place to rent kayaks and stuff. If you have any boating experience, I would also recommend "Aloha Outdoors" for a boat rental. We stayed here for a week in mid June and everything was just as it said it would be. Very comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The unit is right beside the Outrigger Canoe club and we absolutely loved watching the boats go in and out in the mornings and hearing their horns and Chants. There is also an amazing bakery, Hawaiian Ice Place and Farmers Market right across the road. The location is wonderful. Far enough away from town to not be crowded but close enough to be at a restaurant or grocery store in about 10 minutes. We loved how it was very central on the island as well. 15 minutes to the airport but we could be anywhere on the island relatively quickly. The host were very nice and very responsive to anything we needed. The only thing that was a very small negative but out of the host control was the water quality in front of the unit was a little murky but just swim out about 15-20 yards and the water gets clearer. It’s just the sand making it cloudy. We had a wonderful week here in paradise and if we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. This condo was exactly as listed. Very quiet area, the views from the balcony are stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen is wonderful, everything we needed was there. It was very clean when we arrived. There is no management on site after 1pm and on weekends, which makes it difficult if any questions arise. The book in the condo did not have accurate information as to the codes for the pool or the laundry but we were able to get them quickly. The laundry room is old and extremely small. It would be nice if this condo had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. This condo sits directly on the beach which is exactly what we wanted.

My BFF and I stayed at the Kihei Beach condos for our birthdays. The property manager met us upon our arrival and showed us around our condo. They had a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and a happy birthday balloon for us since we were taking a special vacation to celebrate both of our birthdays! The condo was lovely, the view was exquisite, and overall we were very impressed with the property. Would recommend to others and definitely would stay again.

Property was quiet and only steps away from beach front (no highway to cross). Condo was well equipped with most items you’d need such as coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids, kitchen appliances, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The on-site property manager, Luigi and staff member Danny, were friendly and helpful. Luigi helped push our rental that died to the side of the road.

This place is all about the location - on the beach, amazing view, walkable beach, away from the crowds, ABC Store across the street, as well as Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The condo could use some updating, but that’s what’s keeping the price down. The other units are more expensive.

Amazing trip of a lifetime with my family! Travelled with seniors and the first floor location was so convienient. The one bed was also lower to the ground so it was easy for them to get in and out of. The unit had everything you need and more and it was super clean! Coffee maker and coffee was supplied as well as all the spices you need for cooking The access to beach chairs and pool toys was perfect so you didnt have to go buy anything. If you travel with little ones it a perfect location as the pool is two steps away and fenced. Access to the beach was easy and there is an outdoor shower on the property to wash up before returning to the unit. Never had an issue with finding loungers to lay out on on the grass.
The property manager was incredible! Always responded to any questions and was so kind. I cant say enough great things about this rental. You wont be dissapointed.

We loved this condo. It was easy to get to and close to a great bakery, farmer's market and great shave ice! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, pots, pans every convenience you can think of. We loved our stay here and will consider coming back. This condo had a great view. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated as it was a little chilly so we didn't go in. The beach was magnificent to walk and watch the sunsets on. You won't be disappointed with this condo and the owners. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great property for a group, located on a quiet beach. The inside furniture is more comfortable than most of the other properties I’ve stayed at, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The AC did struggle to keep up, but it was worked on during our stay, so hopefully the problem is fixed.
The only issues we had were that:
1: The pool code we were given was wrong both in the app and in the notebook in the unit.
2: The lanai furniture is impractical for a unit that sleeps 6. There were only 2 chairs & 2 very uncomfortable bar stools, which made it difficult for us to enjoy spending time out there.

Great location, just outside of the typical resort area. I don't like to be in the middle of everything. Unit was clean, beds were comfy, had everything we needed, enjoyed using the beach chairs and cooler that are kept in the unit. Would have liked it better if the washer and dryer were in the unit. One of the TV remotes was missing so we couldn't log into any of our Netflix, Hulu, etc. could only watch cable. Door code I was given was incorrect but they answered when I called and sent me a new one right away. Code to the pool is also wrong but I think everyone at the resort had the same old code because everyone was just reaching over the gate to open it. Loved being steps from the beach and watching the canoers. Store and farmers market across the street were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sensationell ,davon lebt das Appartement, die Einrichtung bis auf die Küche ist älter, z.T Badarmaturen eher grenzwertig, die Fenster und Wände dünn, man hört alle über und unter einem bei den Nachbarn, Party , Kinderlärm etc., insgesamt für 4-5 Tage o.k. guter Parkplatz, Supermarkt und Bakery gleich über die Strasse.Was wirklich eine Frechheit war ist die Waschmaschine und der Trockner: verrostet, dreckig , versifft , wahrscheinlich auch verschimmelt, gesundheitsgefährdend ! Niemand mit Verstand will hier seine Wäsche waschen oder trocknen, wir mussten mit dreckiger Wäsche nach San Fran weiterreisen.Somit Preis-Leistungsverhältnis grenzwertig, die Insel und der Strand machen vieles wett, ich weiß nicht ob ich das Appartement wirklich Freuden empfehlen kann, wir waren ganzen Tag unterwegs und fast nur zum Schlafen da, dafür war es o.k.

The grounds were well maintained and the condo staff were great.This unit was on the end near the canoe club so it could get a Little noisy early in the morning. This was a great condo, with ocean views and super comfy king bed (I have never slept better on vacation!). It is right in front of a more sheltered stretch of beach (not super wavy) and across the street from a great little bakery and fresh produced market. If you want to be a bit away from the busier parts of Kihei, this place is great!
