This was our first time staying in a rental property and the experience was so easy and great! It was located in the most convenient area at the beginning of Kihei. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 to comfortably hang out in the evenings. There was a pull out sofa bed that was a little small for my two adult size brothers. But not to worry! There were two twin size air mattresses in the closet that we were able to use. It was a little warm, which was expected for the summer but the central air from opening the windows cooled the house enough when the Kihei trade winds came through. Overall, really great stay and we would definitely come back again!

Overall nice stay and very central location. The unit is clean and has air conditioning although the cross wind keeps the unit very cool.
Not sure what the upstairs neighbors and/or renters are up to, but there is constant noise -- heavy footed walking and moving furniture (sliding across the floor). I was luckily not in the unit for long periods of time or it would have really bothered me. Most irritating in the evening, but nothing a good pair of airpods couldn't fix.
If you are planning on renting a car, get a small car as the dedicated parking space is next to a wall and the unit who parks on the other side of the space parks so close to the line you can't get out of the car--literally. I had a van so maybe a smaller car will be better. Guest parking is available but it's further away from the unit.
Bathroom sink was plugged/very slow to drain. I'm sure this can be fixed.

Had a very pleasant stay here! Great location that was close to everything. Loved the parking spot, king size bed and big kitchen. They also had all the things you would need for the beach which was a welcome surprise- chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Great place!

This condo was just awesome! It was perfect for my wife and I during our stay in Maui. Susan was a fantastic host and was excellent in communicating with us. Check in was a breeze and could have been more simple. All the details that she provided were spot on Thanks Susan!
It is certainly a quiet spot surrounded by lush vegetation that made mornings on the deck perfect. Beach access is right across the street which makes it easy peasy for early morning walks and enjoying the awesome sunsets that Maui provides.
We would certainly have no issues what so ever staying here again.... (and we will)!!!!

I have stayed at Kihei Resort several times and always go back because of the location, ease of working with the Manager, Susan, and the wonderful condo. The one this year was newly remodeled and very up to date. It is always very clean and supplied with all of the items needed. Absolutely will continue to go back!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this condo. It is very well stocked and comfortable. There are beach chairs, snorkel equipment and a sun shade available to use along with multiple travel guides. The grounds are very peaceful and the pool is rarely used but a welcome respite. The location is just perfect. Right across the street is an historic fishpoind where about 20 turtles reside during the morning and evening times. There is a stretch of beach to the left of the fishpond where you can walk to your hearts content. And best of all, Kihei is the least rainy part of the island.
Lastly, Barbie was a great communicator and I appreciated her help.

My family and I were very impressed with this property. Not only were the hosts very transparent with the online listing, but they were also very accomodating! Locating the property was very easy, especially with the well outlined instructions the host provided us. We really appreciated their digital "Welcome" Guidebook that gave us a full and detailed outline of what to expect and how to prep for our stay. The Condo was very nice and in a great location! It may not have sat on the beach but it was right across the street and less than a 5 minute walk, which my family enjoyed A LOT. We really appreciated that the hosts took time to recommend places to eat and things to do in their guidebook as we had not planned anything prior to arriving. Fortunately, my family and I have nothing but good things to say about staying in this property! It met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely try to book this property again when we return to Maui, but I'm sure other guests were just as impressed, so that might be difficult. :)

The condo complex is quiet, clean and located in a perfect spot. The condo is very nicely updated with new appliances, nice floors, comfortable beds and furniture. We stayed for a week and had a great experience. Gretchen was an amazing host, she was responsive and gave clear and timely instructions. This was the perfect location in Kihei to our wedding day which was at White Rock Beach. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was super clean, had all the kitchen amenities one could hope, and overall gave us a tranquil place to relax and enjoy our time until we eloped. I would definitely book again. Great kitchen with everything we needed to have our meals while staying. Comfortable bed, selection of pillows available, and bedroom had lots of space. It was everything that we needed for our trip - including chairs, cooler, boogie board, snorkeling equipment.
Could have used a few more facecloths (only 2) for the bathroom but we did use the washer/dryer so made due. The number of remotes for entertainment were confusing to figure out, but labelled so eventually through trial and error, we figured how to turn on the cable TV. Wish the swimming pool opened before 9am.

It was clean and well maintained and up to date. The location was good, private, quiet, and safe. There was a family with lots of kids upstairs and we could hear them jumping and running around sometimes. Good phone service, excellent TV choices. Comfortable bed and couch. We pretty much had everything that we needed in the kitchen and the whole place. Glad that we had air conditioning. We liked that when we booked it that they had what it would cost you plus the cleaning fee and taxes. No big long list of add-ons and hidden fees to figure up.

This was a great place to stay for my family of four (kids ages are 7 and 11) during our Maui vacation. The complex has lovely grounds, and it was nice and quiet at night, so our kids could sleep well. Fans & AC units keep the place comfy at night. The beach and a whale center are within walking distance; plus, you're within quick driving distance of lots of other restaurants, shops, and beaches. Highly recommend this place.
