To cap off an amazingly relaxing and wonderful stay we were able to save a turtle snorkeling at marker 14. We can't wait to come back again and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Another wonderful visit to Kihei Sands. This year we stayed in B11. This unit was very comfortable. The recent remodel was very well done and simply beautiful.The overall complex is friendly, comfortable, clean and the grounds are gorgeous. Especially the walkway for the lower units. Everything is well maintained. As always, the staff at Kihei Sands are truly remarkable people. It is a perfectly maintained condominium complex with absolutely beautiful gardens and each unit is furnished with all any one or group would need for a spectacular vacation. Located right on the Sugar Beach (we walked 17 steps to the beach from our unit A9!). Best management personnel you can find who care about the development and you as their special guest. We have been coming to Kihei Sands for over 40 years now and it continues to amaze us.

We recently married later in life after 13 years losing our spouses. We chose Hawaii as our destination and spent 3 weeks on Oahu and Maui. We loved Kiehi Sands condo right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the boats that were anchored. Perfect location for exploring the island. Comfortable bed and pillows! We hope to come again!

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

When we open the door I feel like “I’m home”. The furniture is beautiful, the decor is perfect!!! We love cooking breakfast in the kitchen , make lunches to go for the day and then a delicious dinner at all the fabulous restaurants in Kihei. This condominium is absolutely a slice of heaven. 2023 we stayed in it 3 times for a week!! Just came back this August 2024. Another incredible stay!!! We are REPEAT guests!!

This was our second time staying at the Kihei Sands Beachfront Condos. Both times were absolutely amazing! It is the perfect location for any Maui activity you want to do! We loved being in walking distance to small shops and shaved ice. We loved walking out to sugar beach every morning to drink coffee and enjoy the view. Clean room, living room, and kitchen. The walkways were full of tropical flowers and lizards. Overall, we loved it and look forward to coming back!

A/C kept the place cool. Condo is comfortable - we had 5 in our party (unit B15). Property description is accurate. Pack light, there is a coin laundry on site. Make a trip to Costco - all the cooking accessories in kitchen. 2 newer higher end gas grills installed that work great! Wi-Fi is fast and location has good cell reception. ABC Store, bakery, and shave ice 10min walk away. We will for sure stay here again on a trip back to Maui! All the staff is friendly. Thank you Connie and Sarah!

We loved our stay in A6! A very delightful, well appointed unit right on the beach. We grabbed our coffee/breakfast and sat on the lounge chairs every morning to watch the ocean and rowers and even a rainbow during our stay. It was the perfect location to reach other parts of the island too. We were a half hour or less (usually less) to explore other beaches and sights all over the island would definitely stay here again on another trip to Maui.

Our stay at A5 in Kihei Sands was nothing short of perfection.
The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the stunning Sugar Beach. We spent countless hours lounging in the sun, swimming in the pool and ocean, and building unforgettable memories.
The condo itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
Krysta, our host, was terrific. She provided us with invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems, ensuring we made the most of our vacation.
We can't say enough about A5 and Kihei Sands. It's the perfect destination for anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. We can't wait to return!

We previously stayed Ka'anapali for many years. Suffice it to say we are beyond thrilled to have found the South side of the island to be so much better. Sun every day, trade winds in the afternoon, mere steps from the pool to the ocean - the best of both worlds! We loved the central location and saw much more of the island than ever before - Kihei Sands is a great jumping-off spot for planning adventures. The condo was clean and comfortable and the gardens in the breezeway were gorgeous - they should charge admission to walk through! Staff was always available for recommendations on what to see and do. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay, sofa quite uncomfortable, it’s time for an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom small but adequate. Good cable tv set up and ac in main area. Bedroom has ceiling fan only. Landscaping is beautiful. Ocean view pretty much non-existent but short walk to the beautiful lanai pool area which is beachfront. We stayed for two weeks and have stayed multiple times at Kihei Sands. We were able to arrange late check out which was helpful.

Our stay at Kihei Sands was perfect. It was so great staying just steps from the beach. We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

This was our first time staying in Kihei and we loved everything about it! Our condo (B6) was very well stocked for our adventures on Maui. We were greeted by a most amazing welcome basket of goodies! Plenty of items to take to the beach including a cooler and a much needed umbrella, grass mats & beach towels. The kitchen was very well stocked for our stay. We loved the shared patio and access to BBQ's. There was also a little basket of sunscreen and after sun care.Location! Location! Location! A lovely walk on the beach and you reach the amazing Sugar Beach Bakery, Shave Ice Stand and ABC store. Easy access to lots of restaurants in Kihei (The food truck park was our favorite) and surf shops with beginner surf at the Cove.We loved our stay and will definitely be back because of all of the attention to detail and easy location for our daily adventures!
