This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the kids with the double bunk beds. The condo is gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious. The master shower is amazing with 3 shower heads! Quick walk to the pool & parking. Overall we loved the condo and the property and would definitely book again!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the comfy, roomy, clean, spacious condo. Easy access to all our beach and sightseeing adventures. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach closet had everything we needed for our beach days; chairs, cooler, towels, umbrellas, wagon to carry everything and lots of sand toys for our girls! It was easy to prepare meals in the well organized kitchen. Our host was awesome!

I don’t recommend walking around on bare foot here bc my socks and feet were black. There was a cockroach the size of a crawfish in my cousins room, ants in the sink upstairs (the one in the bedroom), ants on the dinning room table, and ants in the bathroom down stairs. Otherwise it was really good location wise (great amenities), but if only stay here for less than a week next time.

The Koa Resort pool is the best on the island when comparing condo amenities! Koa has an “old Hawaiian” feel — lots of grassy area, plumeria trees, and flowers instead of looking out at parking lots from the lanai. When sitting on the lanai for morning coffee, we could hear the birds and smell the plumeria flowers … very relaxing!
The 3-bedroom unit we rented was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing. This unit was close to the parking lot, and had a lovely view of the lush landscaping and a peak a boo view of the ocean. The beach stuff bin on the lanai was chock full of beach gear. Most of it (umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs) was in great condition. Some of the stuff (floaties and snorkel gear) had seen better days, but we had our own so it was all good. There were several coolers, tons of ice packs, and even a beach carry to haul it all!
The kitchen... Oh, what a kitchen! It was better than my kitchen at home. There was more cookware than I could ever need, and we cooked/packed most of our meals.
As for comfort, I couldn't ask for better. The three AC units worked like a dream. Even though we turned them off during the day when we were out, there condo cooled down very quickly when we got back. The beds/pillows were very comfortable, even the sofa sleeper, and the bathroom towels were large and fluffy.
The complex grounds were pretty good. My kids (14F, 13F, and 8M) loved the pool, especially the deep end. The hot tub was nice and hot. I wish they're was more shade around the pool, but it looked like the trees just got pruned so that will take care of itself. Fyi, there are no bathrooms by the pool, so when nature calls, you have to go back up to the condo. A little

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and I can't say enough good things about it. Everything was perfect! The condo is ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the most beautiful beaches on the island and the lively center of Kihei.
The place is fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a delightful surprise. The pool and the gardens are simply stunning, providing a serene and picturesque environment to relax and unwind.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Kihei. I will definitely be returning!

Overall location and resort were very nice. The number of rooms which was my mistake looked like there were 3 rooms and a loft. There are two rooms and a small loft with 4 smaller than twin size beds but worked well enough. Maui is beautiful and we were not in the condo very much so to have a place to sleep and the kitchen living room is open concept with lots of room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo in a really nice complex with a fantastic pool. Not much in the way of complimentary toiletries or supplies but sufficient. Kitchen is well equipped.
House will sleep 6 but not room in the living area for more than 3 adults to be comfortable.

The condo was fine, some parts were updated and fine. There were a lot of things that didn’t work. The light and fan in the living area didn’t work, the hall light didn’t work, the windows didn’t open and close- many of the knobs were stripped, the blinds in some of the rooms didn’t open and there was no way to pull them up to let the air blow through the unit, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the lanai at night. The kitchen was pretty nice and we appreciated the ice from the refrigerator. The bunk beds were good and the bathrooms were nice. It would have been nice to have somewhere to leave our luggage until we could get into our unit. All the people we met were very nice.

We were glad to have a vehicle included with the rental, that was very convenient to have a car that fit 8 people. The unit included many amenities that we used such as beach towels, chairs, and kitchen equipment. The unit is very spacious and fits many people. The pool was very nice and the location was great.

Owner gave us two addresses and two check in codes for Unit 5A. Very confusing. The refrigerator's ice maker did not work, only 1 of 5 tv's worked, Freezer did not keep things fully frozen, fan in one bathroom didn't work and washer smelled of mold/mildew. Unit was roomy and in good location but upstairs bath wasn't very clean and unit is very dated. Needs painting and modern updates.Very disappointing for the price paid. Should be an adjustment in price made by owners.

This was the perfect place for us, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Everything we needed was provided, and the accommodations were so comfortable. The condo was clean and had a variety of dishes for indoor and outdoor cooking. This allowed us to have a lunchtime bbq in the picnic area. All the public areas of the complex were spotless. The property manager for Koa Resorts was super helpful. We enjoyed evening walks to the beach due to the close proximity.
We got locked out of the property and even though he does not manage the unit we rented, he reached out to the host on our behalf. It wasn't very pleasant that our host never responded to him or vrbo's customer service to help us. Thankfully other friendly renters were able to help.

The property was fine. Nothing exceptional but was a good location and worked for our family. The beach near the condo was not nice and across a busy road but we drove to beautiful beaches. The pool was nice at the property. We were able to grill out at the communal grills. Nice that they provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Bath linens were very nice.

Spacious condo that allowed our family to gather or spread out over our stay. The zoned AC allowed for our bedrooms to be at the temperature each felt most comfortable at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren't eating out. We used the snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella almost daily. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We used the foosball table and the pool frequently. We enjoyed our stay!

Second time staying here and we were completely happy again! Although close to a busy road it’s actually pretty quiet. The grounds are beautiful, the units and lanais are private. Large swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, ping pong, tennis & pickle ball courts, of which my family of 8 took full advantage of. This unit ( 1C ) is a minute walk to all amenities. One block away from a great beach location for early morn & sunset turtle sightings. Unit is LOADED with everything you need - kitchen, linens & beach stuff, she has thought of everything! Very homey, comfortable and clean. New furniture and decor since last we stayed!!!! Love the murals in the bedrooms!!! Did not wish or want for anything else …. grateful for all of it!!!! We had a great vacay with kids and grandkids who stayed two units down. God willing we will keep bringing them back, and will definitely continue to stay here.

Our family of 12 loved staying here. Great location. Plenty of room. Three big bathrooms. Our only suggestion is that the bedroom with a queen bed upstairs needs its own AC unit and a new mattress. Otherwise the place was great! It's really hard to find anything to rent on Maui for big families and this is the place plus it comes with a Suburban which was wonderful to have use of. Highly recommend.

Spent ten days in this unit. It could definitely use some updates. But overall, it wasn’t bad. Light fixtures and switches were questionable. Perhaps labeling them would be helpful. Also lacked cookie sheet, tongs, and chip clips. A couple more food storage containers would have been nice. We bought one and left behind. The pool was the best around… the kids loved it! Property is beautiful. Communication with Andrea was great. Also beware…

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The A/C and the fans worked very well to keep us cool and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs bathroom is really tight quarters when trying to open and close the door. Kind of uncomfortable. The pictures online made this condo look much nicer than it actually was. It is a lot smaller than what was presented in the add. It was comfortable and we had a great trip but we feel like we overpaid for what was represented.

We had 10 of us from ages 8-65 stay at the house and it was fabulous! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep in their own rooms (by families) and eat inside or outside together.
The back of the house walks right to the gated pool, where there was no more than 3 other people in with us at a time. The hot tub was great and the beautiful plumeria and palm trees all around made this place a beautiful getaway.
We could walk across the street to the beach, and the family lived this as well.
The house is central to all plazas, markets, and basically everything!!
We had a great time and our host was quick with responses. Thank you for a great time!

The location was great for us, the community pool is literally a few steps away and having the suburban was a PLUS! Yolanda is an amazing host and was quick to answer msgs. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook from home, fit our family great. There were boogie boards for the kids and sand toys and beach chairs you could use too. We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The property has been updated with nice kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and furnishings. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Each bathroom is updated and even the towels were very nice. The Master Bathroom is gorgeous with a large shower. There are AC units in every room so you can control the temperature in the individual rooms. The TV's in every room are a nice touch. The pool was very nice! It wasn't crowded when we were there. The property is close to grocery stores, beaches, Food Truck locations, etc. The Washer and Dryer were very handy for us to wash our clothes from our daily excursions. Parking was easy in the Resort Lot. Communication with the owners was great! All details for check-in and check-out were provided in advance through emails. There's also a very detailed handbook on the coffee table with all the information you could ask for like restaurants, resort info, check-out instructions, etc. There is a flight of stairs outside to the unit and also a spiral staircase inside to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom doesn't have its own door and is open to the floor below. This wasn't a problem for our family. This is a great property to stay at for your visit to Maui!

I was contacted the night before we were to arrive. The AC was not working, parts had been ordered and repair scheduled. They had added fans in the bedrooms. After the repair day, we heard nothing. I contacted the office. No reply. It was obvious that nothing had been done to the AC units. Again, they called with another repair day and again nothing was done. There is NO AC in this condo. It has been nicely remodeled, nice furniture and decor. The kitchen was well stocked, but cooking pans need to be replaced, as well as the toaster that was not working. Without air, we still had a great time and loved our stay. Beautiful grounds and pool.

We love staying at the KOA Resort. We had multiple family members rent their own units this time and it was wonderful! This particular unit I stayed in with my immediate family and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The host was reachable and responsive throughout the stay when needed. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a convenient stay. The AC units worked great, this unit is located close to the pool which was nice. Make sure you walk across the street and see the turtles at sunrise each morning.
