The condo is exactly as pictured and fit our needs. Enjoyed the amenities on the property and was grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear to take with us on beach excursions. The location of the unit is great; close driving distance to lots of shops and restaurants.
The only thing that was a little odd is the check-in timing. Our unit check-in time was 4pm, but the property office closes at 3pm. We had no issue accessing our unit, but had to wait until the next day to get our parking pass and the code to access the pool area. If we could have received the pool code with our check-in details, that would be been ideal.

Matches description and other reviews. Very clean, good location, awesome lanai and views. Located across from a pickleball court which actually provided morning entertainment while having breakfast! Air worked great (although warning that it is locked at 72 degrees which was sufficient). Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Didn't use outdoor equipment but there is a chest with beach stuff and I think boogie boards and snorkels and chairs. Checkin was easy to understand.
As others have noted there were ants on counter, seemed mainly not to want food but in search of water. They are super tiny, almost like gnat-size. Told office, but I doubt they did anything nor is there much one can do in this case. They were not a big problem as we put all food in fridge and cleaned up after ourselves quickly.
All in all if returning to Maui I will definitely stay here again if the unit is available.

We really enjoyed this property! The condo itself had everything so we were able to relax. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and spices. The fridge space was so nice for leftovers and we were able to fit large pizza boxes in there. The linens were stocked as well. We had plenty of blankets, sheets, pillows, towels and a great selection of beach/pool items. The lanai was so nice to sit on and enjoy breakfast and sunsets. The location is great! So many yummy places to eat nearby and plenty of public beaches within a few miles. We also enjoyed walking and playing on the beach in front of the property. The host was also very quick to respond as well as had wonderful recommendations for us. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui!

There was even a cooler and ice packs for when we went on the Road to Hana and hiking around Maui. We especially enjoyed trying out pickleball in the park between the condo and the beach. This is my third time to stay at Luana Waikiki and the second time to stay at this unit. You can see the ocean beyond Fort DeRussy park. Through this park you can go to major hotel restaurants. Also Kapiolani park and Alamoana beach park are walking distance. This location is really a gem.

Loved the location of this condo! Condo faces beachfront so there is a wonderful view of the ocean while sitting on the lanai. Beds were comfortable. The decor was nice! Owners were quick to respond to questions. It would have been nice to have an elevator to the 3rd floor to make getting luggage up to condo easier.

We had a really nice stay here. The condo was very clean, airy, and felt perfect for what we were looking for. The outside balcony is perfect for meals for a family of four. We pretty much had every meal out on the balcony, with a view of the ocean.
The Condos were overall very quiet, which we really appreciated. We also really enjoyed playing Pickleball at the courts on the ocean-side. We were far enough to not hear the pickle ball, but close enough to be able to enjoy playing in the afternoons.
The condo also had pickleball rackets for four people, beach chairs, beach, umbrellas, a large cooler, and a snorkeling mask. Perfect for our beach excursions.
The host was very kind and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is exactly as it appears in the pics. The owner cares about her property and will answer your question. The air stopped working and the repair guy came out at 7:30pm about 30 minutes after I was able to speak to the owner. He was great. Got it going! I cleaned the property and got it back to the way I found it for the owner when I left. The condo is close to almost everything. There are restaurants and coffee places all over. You will love all of the chickens everywhere you go! I bought bags of shrimp flavored chips to feed them every morning when I bought coffee. Hope this review helps all of you!

Great view, good location and a nice condo. The condo met our needs. Could have been cleaner and the pool code upon check in would have been nice. We had to wait until the following day to access the pool. Pickleball goes all day, right in front of unit, between you and the view. It is not a deal breaker, just be forewarned

We stayed in this Kihei Condo for 3 nights in September 2024 and the weather were great, particularly for using the pool & hot tub. Kihei is centrally located on Maui and this unit has an ocean view. Plenty of parking on the property. The unit was not cleaned upon our arrival and the owner offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Jill and Brian have poured a lot of love, thought and consideration into their condo.
When planning our Maui holiday, I knew I wanted a 2-bedroom, ground-floor condo in the heart of Kihei, and this place over-delivered. Being able to open the sliding glass door to the lanai, and have our kids stumble out onto the grass to run around or go straight to the pool was excellent. We loved being able to sit on the lanai, drink a morning coffee and enjoy a peekaboo view of the ocean. At the end of the day, walking across the lawn to the beach to watch the sunset and turtles swim by was a delightful surprise.
The condo is extremely well stocked. And sometimes it's the little things that people remember most - like having Tupperwear and Ziploc bags on hand in the kitchen to make it extra easy to pack lunches and snacks for adventure or beach days.
Add to that comfy beds, boogie boards and free parking practically right at the condo's door, and it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to land after a busy day of activities on the island.
My last thing to note: Jill was wonderfully communicative at booking and prior to our arrival. It was really nice to be able to speak directly with the owner of the condo, as opposed to a management company.

Very pleased with the condo; no complaints at all, it was even cool enough in August with the air conditioning. We were able to enjoy the pool and grill, and parking was easy and convenient.
One thing that made it easier was there was a door keypad, so we didn't have to deal with a key for 3 adults.

We recently stayed for a family vacation and not only was the property beautiful, but Yolanda was wonderful. Easy to work with especially since we needed early check in and late check out. Use of the van was awesome and the home was perfect. Will definitely be back again.

We loved the condo. Plenty of space for our family (3 of us). The porch with a gorgeous ocean view was the highlight. It was only a few minutes' drive to Kihei 's restaurants and many food truck parks. From this location, it was easy to visit Wailea, West Maui, and the road to Hana. The condo also had great beach chairs and umbrellas.

The location was perfect with beaches & great food stops very close, but also kind of in the middle of everything on the island. Was easy to get everywhere. Only issue we had is that the listing said there was AC but apparently that was an extra charge per day. Wasn’t too much of an issue except the first night. Now of the fans were on including the big fan they recommend to Col the apt plus the drapes for the big window were open (to show off a great view) but at 5pm that sun had warmed the co to very hot. Took all night to cool it down and there wasn’t great directions on the big fan that helps. All around was good though. Would recommend.

I loved that this unit is on the ground floor with no road to cross to hit the beach. Ample ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay in Jim's property was perfect. The property was clean and well-appointed. We didn't spend a ton of time there, but the time we did spend there was thoroughly enjoyable. Morning coffee and dinner on the lanai provided breathtaking views. The bedding was comfortable. The hosts also provided beach gear. There were enough chairs and umbrellas for our group and a cooler that allowed us to pack lunch and some beverages for our beach days. We enjoyed strolling the beach in the morning (head north) to see turtles resting on the beach. The property is centrally located in Kihei providing easy access to all beaches, Wailea, food trucks (amazing food), and restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub provided a nice way to wind down at the end of the day after exploring what Maui has to offer. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui.
