My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. Ty stocked the closet with some simple beach supplies like a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. It was walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. I’d stay here again no doubt!

Eve was a great host! She was kind and helpful as well. This unit was very cozy. It had everything you needed and more. Location is perfect with a bbq grill on one side and the pool on the other side. The beach is within walking distance across the street. Local grocery stores nearby. Parking is ample. Between enjoying spectacular sunsets at beach across the street and playing tennis at the courts mere steps outside the door., we could not have found a better spot to reside during our stay in Maui. The perfect condo for my first sisters trip. We had 1 bedroom.,plus a pull out couch. George had almost everything we needed. I left the next person our reusable shopping bags and a soft sided cooler for the beach. Loved having a fridge that made ice.
We had coffee on the lanai every morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks George. Couldn't asked for a more convenient location for our first ever sisters trip.

This condo suited our needs for a three-night stay and was just as advertised. We made use of the proximity to Charlie Young Beach and beach chairs every day! Everyone slept well and it was clean throughout. Kitchen contained basics (salt,pepper, olive oil, coffee filters) that we used on a few occasions. We would certainly return!

It is very unfortunate that I have to write a terrible and very disappointing review with this rental unit.
This was rated as "Excellent" on Vrbo website.
The place was "Terrible" conditions; carpet, furniture were old, especially the carpet was disgusting, appliances (stove, kitchen counter, freezer) chipped and the freezer was full of rust). The light fixtures, doors and fans were full of years of accumulation of dust. Two of the night stands are broken (light bulb is off of its socket and the connecting wire was exposed - was dangerous.)
We could have settled as long as it was clean........, unfortunately, it was not the case.
At night, we found that both the bathtub (downstairs) and shower (upstairs) were both stained and dirty, and the vanity was infested with ants, the bedding was furnished the cheapest quality sheets, pillows, bed-spreads with a lot of wrinkled (it looked someone was sleeping on it for weeks, and not sure if they were washed before our arrival.)The property was simply mis-managed.
After all, we came to Hawaii to enjoy the paradise of the Island, this is our vacation to relax and enjoy it. This place was just taking away all of our joy - we decided to check out after one night and found another place.

This property has a 3rd party management company. When arriving we had to check in with security. no bid deal there but it is one person and we had to wait over 45 minutes. At that point we called them back and asked what the eta was. once we got to our room and unloading our cart kids of other guests were attempting to steal my food and alcohol from my cart with their dad present. This property is mostly rentals and one security for this property is not enough. The condition of the unit is severely neglected. There are small insects infesting the ceiling in the kitchen and stove area, mold and mildew in the bathrooms, every plug/Light switch, baseboard..etc covered in dust, bedroom AC/dehumidifier broken, paint on walls is disgusting and unit was obviously barely cleaned prior to our arrival, AC unit in the main area does not cool the loft or the bedroom, closet in bedroom is haphazardly stuffed with owner supplies and not useable, hallway closet stuffed with beach toys and supplies that fall out when door is opened....i could go on and on. Its a shame as the unit layout and location are great. The owner clearly has gotten their money worth out of the rental and milking every penny out of it. I would not recommend this unit or any other unit Managed by this company to anyone. We are looking to expand our California company to maui and all future trips will not be here.

Great location, accurate description. Across the street from the beach. Minutes away. I would recommend the stay here for sure! The bed was firm but didn’t really bother me. There’s isn’t AC in the bedroom so some nights were a little warm but we knew that going in and very expected for Hawaii. Overall not a deal breaker. Very convenient to have a cooler and beach chairs! The umbrella sadly was broken :( so we had to rent one. But other than that, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!

Excellent views and location, air conditioning was perfect overnight (we wanted the breeze during the day) and the condo was spotless….first time after many visits to Hawaii where I didn’t see a single insect inside! Owner was super accomodating! We would happily stay here again!

The unit was very clean, pictures were accurate and it is right across the street from the beach!! Restaurant, shops, and activities all within walking distance. This unit was great for my family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, bowls/plates & cups. Bring your own spices. Washer and dryer were great, they even provided laundry detergent and fabric softeners.
**the only con was the A/C did not reach the back bedroom. Even with fans it was unbelievably hot and uncomfortable. However, we have stayed at this complex before and the way the units are set up, you cannot really put an A/C unit back there.
All and all I would recommend this place.

The livingroom is separated from the lanai/balcony by accordion style doors ie this top floor condo is open air to south kihei, 1 min walk to beach! Amenities are modern. Beds supportive. Decorations, especially at the loft were amazing. Walking distance to a lot of stores. This unit is a gem.

Brenda is very supportive and helpful.
We have truly enjoyed out vacation here. If we come back to Maui, for sure we will stay here again.

Great access to beach - across the street. Missed having a "smart" TV for access to Netflix, Prime, etc. Ample kitchen accessories and sharp (non-serrated) knives which were perfect. Patio was nice and pool was right out the sliding door. The few times I needed to communicate with the host, I was able to get in touch immediately. Thanks Mark and Pam.

This unit was perfect for my recent trip to Maui. It is clean, well appointed, and most importantly, in a GREAT location. Everything you could want is within walking distance-- grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, beaches (Kamaole III is pretty much directly across the street and is fabulous!). If something you want isn't close, the rest of Kihei and Wailea are just a few minute drive away! The unit even came stocked with necessary beach supplies-- chairs, umbrella, small cooler. I will say, if having a full, oceanfront view is important to you, it's probably best to look elsewhere as the view here of the cove is limited, but still nice and quite pleasant. It was perfectly adequate for me while relaxing with coffee on the balcony in the mornings. All in all I couldn't have been happier with the stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui!! We would absolutely stay here again! My number one priority when using VRBO is a clean property. This condo met my high expectations! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It was nice the kids had their own space in the loft and their own bathroom. It was SO close to the our favorite beach. We could easily walk down for a morning swim or to watch the sunset. The cooler, beach stairs, towels and boogies boards were a bonus! We didn’t have to purchase any beach equipment. We didn’t use the pools much but were nice for a quick dip. The owners were very responsive and arranged a late checkout which was very helpful with our evening flight. My only complaint was the back bedroom got pretty warm, even with air conditioning. Once we placed fans in the hallway to direct the cold air, it was much improved. Overall it was exceed we hope to return!

The condo was in a good location in central Kihei at the north end of Kamaole Beach 1. Property was a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach (we were in building 3 at the back of the property so took an additional 5 minutes). The unit was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 5-6 adults. Generally clean but downstairs bedroom had sand in the bedsheets when we arrived. Stairs could use some maintenance as nail heads were jutting up on some steps. Beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated but one umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used while the other was missing one of the spines in the umbrella top. Close to stores and restaurants. Overall good value for the price and would recommend as a centrally located place starting point to explore the area.

This condo is an a great location with easy access to beach and an easy walk to some restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had everything you need to cook some meals if you want to do so. Our only issue with the stay was with the neighbors who were consistently load every night - screaming and yelling until about 11pm each night. Otherwise our stay was great!

The place was overall quite nice and was a good size for a couple. Compared to other units in the Maui Vista complex, it's been updated, and the kitchen is comfortably modern.
The location in Kihei, directly across the main road from a string of beaches, yet close to plenty of food and stores, was perfect for us. The community grills were well maintained and regularly cleaned, and where we did a ton of grilled ono and zucchini.
The beach chairs were much appreciated, but no beach umbrella provided. It's really needed, so we purchased a reasonable one and left it in the closet (might still be there).
There were a couple downsides, like the screen door easily getting off-track, and the blinds in the bedroom not really blocking much light. I should have sent the property manager a note about that, but it is pretty minor. Also, the building can echo, so outside noises around the elevators can be heard, but people generally followed the quiet hours guidelines. The pools can get overly-splashy kids/adults, but we mostly used them for evening lounging.
Some advice: Maui can get very windy, and we once got back to a very fine layer of dust because we didn't close the window vents. Close them!
We did see a few small to medium size insects in the kitchen area, and were set to complain to the property manager before reading in the documentation that we needed to throw the trash out daily. There were enough bags provided, and doing this mostly got rid of the bugs.
