We loved this place and would definitely stay here again on our next Maui trip. The condo had everything we needed, making it feel like home. My wife, a coffee lover, would have appreciated a Breville coffee maker like the one we have at home – that would make it feel even more luxurious, ha ha!
The beach was just a short 7-9 minute walk, which was super convenient. It was also great having air conditioning to come back to after a hot day out.
One small suggestion: maybe check over some of the items and replace anything worn out, like the hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom. Also, a nicer body wash with a fresh scent would be a great touch. Overall, though, these didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. Thanks again, and hope to return next year!

Everything about George’s condo in Maui Vista was perfect. Perfect location, easy check in/check out, the place was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the AC units felt phenomenal after long days hiking in the sun. Parking was no issue either, it is included and all you need to do is obtain your parking pass from the office upon arrival. The property has 24/7 security patrolling, so any belongings we left in the car we had no worries with. Located less than a half mile away from South Maui Gardens/Food Truck Oasis, we ate at a different place every night. Located within a few blocks of Kam 1,2,3, also less than 10 minutes to Wailea (our fav beach ended up being Ulua). We put tons of research into the area we wanted to stay in and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Save yourself the time we spent researching and go ahead and feel comfortable booking here. You won’t be disappointed!

Condo was perfect for a “home base”. We spent most of the days exploring the island and it was great having a place with a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry because we were always out hiking or at the beach. The condo is close to a lot of things and central for other activities. We did a lot of hiking so we were always out at different parts of the island. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

This property was just right for us. Very clean, comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. It has a small(ish) pool. One of three in the complex. It was never crowded. But who needs a pool when a beautiful beach is a very short walk away? The unit has a nice view of the ocean, we enjoyed nearly every sunset sitting outside on the deck. Our unit was in the 3rd door, and there is an elevator. Parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again .

Vista Maui was a great location and the sunset view was gorgeous!! The condo had great accommodations, the hosts provided everything you could need for the beach. The kitchen was sticked with some seasonings and other items that saved some money. The BBQ was awesome and did a great job in cooking our ribeyes. The hosts are very responsive and on top of your rental arrangement making it easy upon arrival. My family would definitively stay here again!! Thank you Yoko and Justin!!

I feel like this unit would be a great place to buy but falls short of the mark of convenience for a vacay rental. Management Co is always available and was quick to respond to my request for beach chairs and ice trays.

TJ max style metal nightstands make a loud clanging sound whenever anything ( waterglass, phone) is moved during the night.
Microfiber polyester beach towels are great for backpacking but lack comfort and warmth at the pool.
Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes.

We have stayed at this complex 2 other times once in 1998 and another in 2003. Great location and easy check in and instructions. Condo is a little run down but provided us with everything we needed and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The pictures are very accurate - what you see is what you get! Especially loved the accordion glass door that opened to the lanai and, of course, the great Maui Vista location. The property manager always responded quickly to my inquiries. For those that are particular...soft beds (but comfortable), a lot of light in the loft in the morning (but who sleeps in in Maui?), the dryer is not easy to operate. The air conditioning is awesome, though!

Absolutely beautiful condo!!! The main bedroom downstairs is a really good size with dressers and a huge closet and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom downstairs is big and plenty of room for your stuff!!!
Kitchen/great room was perfect to play games and watch some TV. ONLY thing, I wish there was another big chair in the living room because there is only a couch, but that’s not a deal breaker!!
Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need!!! A few spices too!!
Patio was beautiful with great views of the sunset and ocean.
Upstairs loft was big and had curtains around the stairwell for privacy. Bathroom upstairs was big too!!
Pool and barbecue areas were clean and very enjoyable!!

I loved this one bedroom condo. The location was perfect being so close to Charley Young Beach! This is my first trip to Maui and it will not be my last.
When I had to reach out to the owner they answered very quickly. Even though they have a property manager that handles the day to day that I was supposed to reach out to they never made me feel like I was a bother or imposition when I realized my mistake. It was not pointed out to me at all.
I am a princess when it comes to beds and this condo had one of the most comfortable I have ever slept when travelling.
I loved the addition of a vacuum which made tidying up after a long day at the beach a joy rather than the standard broom that many places have.
It is the small details that made our stay wonderful and I cannot wait to come back.

Communication was outstanding. Checkin was easy with door code. Quiet no road or area noise.
Hall to unit very poor lighting reducing secure feeling.
Unit was clean w/slightly worn condition, kitchen cabinet doors need tightening/adjusting/refreshing. Glasses/dishes/silverware was like a garage sale find nothing matched.
Bathroom lighting weak (easy fix change CFL's to LED bulbs) but clean just be sure to bring your own toiletries plus a extra roll of TP.
Shower has 3/4 glass wall so shower floods floor no matter how hard you try to avoid.
A/C unit blows directly into comfortable couch side so just kept cycling (easy fix was to move couch 3' from wall to blow towards bedroom) after that unit stayed cool.
Towels another garage sale find and well worn.
Bed was comfortable and sheets newer.
Carpet was clean and in great condition, marble floors very 1990.
Beach stuff great surprise chairs/umbrella/mat/etc.
Final words, for the price point (it's not a Westin) we will stay again and would be great with the above small updates.

It had the essentials and in a good location. Overall clean but mold growing on air conditioning wood area. Air conditioning was very small and did not cool down the condo to a comfortable temperature. Couldn't use stove or oven due to the added heat. It took a day to cool to a bearable temperature.The bedroom portable ac’s exhaust gave off so much heat that it heated the room. It was at least 10 degrees hotter in bedroom. Please do not rent this if you are not used to high temperatures and humidity. It was not enjoyable and definitely not worth the price you paid to be uncomfortable.

Great place to stay. Clean unit with all the amenities you could want. We used the bbq a few times and swam in the pool. But the best part of this unit with an ocean view is you literally walk across the street to Charlie Young beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had several family members in town for a wedding and they all stayed in different units in the same complex and our unit was the largest and nicest! The owners had great communication with us and check in and check out was a breeze!

We had a few issues come up with our stay. Dirty towels all over the floor when we arrived, no sheets on the bed, garbage disposal wasn’t working so sink wouldn’t drain properly and the dishwasher stopped working. Our host was fast to communicate with which was appreciated! The location was great and we loved having beach chairs/umbrella to use. Overall wasn’t great but wasn’t bad.
